So, I’m giving park n go four stars. This is solely because of their customer service.
I made a booking then drove to the lot. The main entrance was blocked by construction. The side entrance was blocked by construction. There seems to have been a convoluted back way, but it was well off the beaten path.
Not having time to look I just parked at the airport. Park n go have me a full refund, no questions asked! I’ll definitely be trying them out again next time I’m flying out.

Park N Go is an easy parking to get to for flying out of Minneapolis. Rates are low (compared to airport). Ride to and from airport was quick. They pick you up and drop you off at your vehicle so no walking with bags.

First time user and transportation to and from the airport has always been something I stressed about. But this service was excellent! I got there, checked in, got a parking spot right away, and the shuttle came right to me and brought me to the airport without delay. On the way back, the shuttle was ready to go at the airport and brought me right back directly in front of my car. Also, the shuttle drivers were super friendly and helped me get my luggage in and out of the shuttle. Nicely done everyone! Highly recommend!

Parked here for a weekend getaway (09/09/22 to 09/11/22) and had a great experience. The wait between parking and off to the airport was 5 to 10 minutes and picking up from the airport was about the same. Considering the airport would have been $76 for daily parking or $57 for value parking, the $35.40 we paid was worth the savings in my opinion. Just plan for 20ish minutes from parking to arriving at the terminal and you should be all set. No need to call for a shuttle since they're continuously running and seems like they have a shuttle there within 10 minutes (we had just missed one when we got out the door). We will be using this service again!

Didn’t start great as my pickup request call went unanswered initially. When the driver, Jimmy Thompson, arrived, it improved dramatically. He quickly got me from Terminal 2 to my vehicle (maybe 5 minutes). Temps were below zero with brutal windchills. When he noted that my car was covered with snow, he hopped out and cleaned it in about 60 seconds. When it failed to start, he whipped up to the office and grabbed a battery pack. Another 60 seconds and I was on my way. Thanks again, Jimmy. That is above and beyond service and was sincerely appreciated.

Lower cost option to parking than the airport yet very close. Only thing is that the parking lot can fill up quickly and you end up parking on the end of the row and it seems like your car could be prone to getting hit by another car since you are parked in teh driving lanes.

Our family flies twice a year. We go here every time!! The drivers are great and friendly and we haven’t had to wait very long when we get back! The check in is easy and we pre-pay for ours ahead of time. We enjoy the all day security and there are always buses driving by so I don’t get worried about someone possibly breaking into the vehicle.

We parked our car over a long weekend to Vegas and left the lights on... When we got back to a dead car, the staff was more than happy to assist us with jumping the car! They have great rates, buses were timely, and incredible friendly. I felt safe parking our car there, and safe on the buses. I will be recommending Park 'N Go to all my friends! The night guy driver is the best! He is hilarious. I wish I knew his name but if you get a guy telling jokes the whole time and been there for 10 years it will be a great ride. Parking is quick and easy. They pull up to your car and pack you luggage. They give you tickets to make coming back easy to find. The shuttle is there waiting and if not only a 10 min wait after you make the call. Used parking here a couple times and always good experience. Gave 4 stars due to our plane being delayed a couple hours and they charged an extra day. I had prepaid online and they could see flight info. I think a better experience would have been to not charge more as we go through enough with a flight delayed.

I've used Park 'N Go 4 times in the last 8 months and it has always been a wonderful experience! They are always friendly, courteous, professional, and fast. Never had any issues in any regard. I definitely recommend Park 'N Go for anyone who needs temporary parking while out of town/state and fast, friendly transport to the airport! If you book in advance you get a sizeable discount too.

We were extremely pleased with this service. The employees were friendly and helpful. We were picked up by the shuttle right at our car and dropped off in the same exact spot. We saved tons of money and we calculated
that the shuttle times only added about 5-10 minutes to our trip. Some of the negative reviews expressed frustration at where they would get picked up at the airport. For future reference... When leaving Backage Claim, follow Ground Transportation signs and then the Brown parking signs are the ones to follow and it will say Shuttle parking or Off-Site parking. Follow those signs and you shouldn’t have an issue!

Pick up and drop to and from the airport was excellent, within 15-20 minutes of my arrival.
I parked my car for 18 days and the car was safe and undamaged.
The rates were OK. I wish they had a discount for longer parking, as the bill for 18 days was rather too expensive for just parking a car.

I’ve used Park n Go several times and each time the employees (drivers and the people working the parking lot) have been so kind and friendly. Have not had any issues with being late or waiting a long time. Plus it’s one of the cheaper places to park and shuttle that I have found. Would definitely recommend!

We returned from a warm trip away to very low Temps.... the crew at park & Go are very helpful everytime. This time our car was dead and would not start. They let my family and I stay warm in the office while we figured out what to do. A driver (and I wish I would have remembered his name) brought me back to our car and helped jump it then drove back to the office to get my family. I will always be parking with PARK &GO EVERY TIME WE FLY!!!

It took almost 45 minutes for a van to talk us to the airport. By the time we got to the airport our flight departed and had to book flights the following day on a different airline. I called Dan (district manager) and he offered to pay for our original flights. I will be back.

This is the first time I've ever used parking when going to the airport. We had an early flight that I didn't want to ask anyone to get up to take us to. My wife and I took a trip to Las Vegas last week and decided to utilize Park N Go rather than rely on friends to drop us off during rush hour and pick us up late in the evening.
When we arrive at their lot at 3:30pm, the nice lady directed us to a parking spot nearby where the shuttle was already waiting and ready to go. From arrival at Park N Go to getting through security at MSP Terminal 1, it only took 15 minutes!!!
There wasn't a shuttle waiting upon our return, but it was late in the evening, so I get it. A driver did finally show up about 15 minutes later and got everyone on the shuttle.
All-in-all, I would definitely keep using Park N Go for the convenience & affordability.

This is the cheapest and easiest way to get to and from the airport! As soon as we parked, a shuttle was waiting to grab our luggage and drive us to the terminal. Jacque, our driver was so friendly! When we returned, we waited about 10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive.

EDIT: I have used park n go for many years with not a single hiccup. It would be unfair of me to leave up a bad review on one bad late evening with staffing issues. Park N Go refunded my stay, refunded my taxi and have given me a free pass for future use. They handled this professionally and quickly and nowadays, that can be hard to find. Thanks for doing the right thing.

We were left stranded at the airport on a Sunday/early Monday morning from midnight to 3am. We had to take a taxi to the park n go in order to get our vehicle. They have not refunded me for this... nor given ANY explanation for why this happened. Many clients were stranded, nobody getting explanation.
