Amazing!!!! They went above and beyond for me and my 3 boys! Once I was dropped off at my vehicle, I realized that I did not have my keys (forgot them in Seattle). Bobby, the driver came back to check on us and offered to help. We walked up to the office and told them that we will have to wait 2 hours for my husband to bring the spare set of keys. They let us leave all of our luggage in the office and Bobby took us to McDonald's so that we could get food and wait for my husband instead of waiting there in the heat Thank you is not enough to show my gratitude.

This is my go-to place when flying out of MSP. I needed to be at the airport at 3:00 AM. EZ-Park had an on-site attendant for check in and there was a shuttle waiting to take me when I arrived. I was able to get a shuttle quickly upon my return and the on-site attendant made check out easy. The drivers and attendants were great to deal with and the price reasonable!

We did panic because our car battery was dead, so I called & shuttle driver returned 5 minutes later & gave us a jump & left immediately to get back to airport to pickup more incoming travelers! PLEASE READ - Had family fly to another country. While over seas they lost car keys. I was able to work with CURT and send him a new cut key. My roommate and I arrived to EZ Air Park and were immediately picked up at our parking spot from one of the drivers. The driver helped us load our luggage and dropped us off at our terminal in a timely manner. After our trip was done, we called the number to be picked up from the airport and we were greeted with a driver within minutes. His name is Ricky, and he loaded our luggage in right away. It had snowed a lot within the week that we were gone on vacation, which left our car snowed in when we arrived to our parking spot. Ricky took his shovel and windshield wiper and not only shoveled our car out, but proceeded to clean off our car and load our luggage. He was extremely kind and I could tell he loved serving others. He was amazing! Highly recommend EZ Air Park, and if you can find the driver named Ricky, you won’t be disappointed.

Hard to get a hold of on the phone but they didn't charge us extra for missing our pickup date, we only had to pay for our car's extra day. Our shuttle driver Joe was awesome too.

This is my second time using them and will be booking them again soon. We left for Vegas in Feb during snow storm. When shuttle came to drop us off afterwards the lot was plowed and the shuttle driver made sure we could get our car started and out since it was cold and he put our luggage in trunk. We are using them again in November. Feel safe leaving car there and shuttle drivers are great. You can bet I leave them great tip!

EZ Air Parking was very convenient during my most recent trip. They were professional, lifting the baggage onto and off the shuttle, picking me up and dropping me off in a timely manner. I had to delay my return by a week and they were able to accommodate this schedule change. In addition when I noticed one of my tires was low and asked for the nearest petrol station to top up air they directed me to an area within the yard and their staff happily filled the air and checked other tires for me. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. You can book your space online and pay the first day's rate, then balance on return. Prices are fair, the yard is open air, fenced in with staff at the gate and running shuttles. It is located off site of the airport so allow yourself some travel time.

We were transported to the airport promptly upon our arrival at ez Park but our pick up on our return flight was very delayed waiting for about 30 minutes. Driver apologized and informed us that he had assist a handicap individual before returning to the airport. Sometimes things happen that cannot be foreseen.

I originally was only gone for about 12 days, But my flight got canceled and I was delayed a few more. Which is no issue. You just pay the difference when you get back.
I got in at 2 AM, And they had a shuttle driver follow me in and take me right to the airport.
Upon my return to the airport in Minnesota, All it took was one phone call. And I was picked up within 10 minutes from terminal one.
Fair price and I had great service all around. Highly recommend parking here for future travel

The best place to park if you are flying out of MSP and much cheaper than the airport and other park n rides. This is very easy to find right off of 35E and 494. The staff is great and easy to find at either terminal. Plenty of parking in the lot as well.

I used EZ air park for years when I lived in MN. Then I moved to another state and have tried many other park and fly companies and they were terrible compared to this company. I was spoiled by EZ air park and now nothing compares. They are friendly, convenient, and they get you to the airport quickly. You don’t sit there waiting for 30 mins before the bus brings you to the airport. They also were so quick to help me out when my car wouldn’t start in the middle of winter once.
I recently was back in MN and used their services again and they were top notch! When I think about what I miss about living in MN I think of family, lakes, and EZ air park.

My experience was seamless. Upon arrival, the cashier was friendly and helpful. She directed me where to park, provided my parking slip and instructed me to call the number listed upon my arrival back at the airport. Once I parked, the shuttle driver was there in less than five minutes. The driver provided clear instructions on where to enter the airport and how to find the shuttle upon return. When I arrived back and had all my luggage, I called for the shuttle which arrived in less than 15 minutes.
I recommend EZ Air Park and will use this facility again.

EZ Park driver Ricky went out of his way to help us, first by hauling our heavy bags onto and off the van and later, after our car wouldn't start on the chilly, late night of our return, to return from his run to help charge the car's battery. The employees here are so nice and helpful. A super pleasant experience. So glad ai went in instead of doing it all on-line. They said they really liked the headlights of my car and asked if I wouldn't mind driving by their window on my way out and they would all wave to me as I drove by. Like my own personal parade. I accommodated and sure enough they were all waving frantically as I drove by. A little weird, but fun.

First time using this company was fair. They took about 30 minutes from my call to arrive. I landed at 12:00am. Called them at 12:19am and Didnt get to my vehicle til 1:10am. The driver asked where we were all parked and we had to use our car alarms to find the cars. Leaving was easy and the layout of the lot is very efficient/ effective. The price was right and fine.

We were gone for an extended vacation and when we came back our vehicle would not start. We were able to stay warm in the bus while they charged our vehicle. Then our car remote would not sync to start our vehicle, but they figured it out and we were on our way. This took well over an hour, but we were safe and warm.
