I was not informed I needed to call and they left me sitting at the airport for 45 minutes. Even after I called I had to sit an additional 15 minutes. I saw all the other parking shuttles 4 different times and 5 buses before I was able to board a shuttle. Not happy!!
If I could give this zero stars I would! The ride to the airport was not bad, its when we landed back in MN the female answering the phone hung up on me three times. We waited an hour because the "dispatcher" continued to hang up when I was trying to advise her we were waiting, she must have been "too busy". As we were leaving the parking lot we were overcharged $11 which isn't extreme but we were told by the person at the front that we needed to pay this or we wouldn't be able to leave. I pre paid online and they were still charging me extra. I have now been waiting for a call back from a manager for a week with no return phone call. I have not been rude and I've been extremely patient and still nothing. Completely unsatisfied with this company! **To add to my original review** I have read some of the most recent posts with the same issues I have. The only thing the "owner" if they really are the owner says is sorry we will try and be better in the future. Maybe the company should get some quality employees. I am so disappointed by this company. I have been told THREE not once , not twice but THREE times I would get a call back by the end of the day and NOTHING! I was over charged by your lazy employees not doing their job. The lady in the front literally said you need to enter your card or you cant get out of the lot! She didn't even bother to look at my online receipt. If the owner is reading this, please feel free to leave your number so I can speak with you direct.
We had a horrible experience tonight, we did not get 24/7 stressless service, and apparently this mirrors others’ recent experiences. I have used EZ Air Park for years and always found them to be fast, efficient, and easy to use. That seems to have changed. Tonight’s service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! After gathering our bags and heading for the “off site parking shuttle” location at the main terminal, we called for pickup as instructed on the company brochure. The attendant told us 25 minutes for a shuttle, which sounded slow compared to the past. When no shuttle appeared, I called again and was told the driver had just left. At 45 minutes, I called again and was rudely told the shuttle was just leaving the Humphrey terminal and would be there in 8 minutes...... During this wait for service we noted other shuttle services returning multiple times to pick up their customers.
Always in the past I had felt secure, often as a solo traveler, that EZ Air Park would promptly pick me up and deliver me safely back to my car, no matter the time of day. I do not have that confidence any longer, and I will be researching other alternatives for future travel. This was not the service needed nor the service I expected. Either the owners are not managing their employees or the owners no longer care about the quality of the service they are providing.
Yet another 40 minutes of wait time when I was told 15 min. Poor service, good Shepard or park and fly are better options.
Been using them for years. No problems. This last time I waited almost half an hour for them in the designated spot at the airport after I called them as instructed. Shuttle came, too full (11 PM on a Tuesday night). Called again. Waited more than half hour. I saw the competition coming and going. I'll chalk it up to an off night for them. One more time and I'll use the competition.
This was the worst! When we arrived around 530 am, the gate attendant was sleeping! We tried to wake him and he continued to snore. We needed to get going so we scanned our bar code and proceeded in. Waited forever for a shuttle. Upon return I called the number in my email and was rudely told by a lady working the evening shift that I should have kept track of the green card I was given. I was never given the card because your lot attendant was sleeping! She finally sent me a photo with directions and they were awful! It took us so long to get there that the shuttle left us behind. I called back and let the lady know we were at the spot and needed a ride and we must had missed the first one to which she replied," well yah you did, you weren't there". So unprofessional and rude. The elderly gentleman that eventually got us was very sweet and also told us that 10+ people had already complained and he apologized. You're lucky to have him because the rest of your team is not in the right business. Help them join the unemployment line, you need some new people who care about what they're doing. The end of our trip was awful because of this experience. We just wanted to go home and your team made that difficult and unpleasant. Hope you take this seriously.
Always great service, safe and prices are very good
They have been ok in the last few times I came but my latest two was very bad. We waited at the ez parking lot for 15 minutes and when the shuttle finally came and stopped for a second and drove passed us without saying anything. Five minutes later he came back to pick us without saying anything. When we got back from our trip, our pick up from the airport was worst. We called and waited for 30 minutes and finally he came but was no where to be seen. He must have parked way in the first stall which is hidden from inside or out by the door and we were not able to see Him. When we saw him he sped by and and made no attempt to stop and just drove off. We called and waited another 30 minutes before we were picked up. He claims he was there and waited. Why would he parked way at the first stall which is 80 yards from the door when every stall close by the door was empty and we were on the lookout for every shuttle that came by. Very bad experience and bad service. These drivers needs training. This could save them on gas and us a lot of time.
We have used EZ Park for many, many years and have always been very happy with them. This last time we used them the service was horrible. We waited at our car for 30 minutes to go to the airport. When he finally came we went outside of our car right away and he drove right past us without even acknowledging us. Someone’s car needed a jumpstart but it would have been courteous when he drove by to let us know. It was below zero temps that day. On our way back from our trip we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. 45 minutes later we finally see the vehicle but he drives right past us. After calling the lady said he waited for us for over 15 minutes and so he left, which is a lie because we stood by the window and watched for him the whole time. He never parked, he just drove by. We are extremely disappointed and now it makes sense why their parking lot was completely empty. It’s now been 1.5 hours and still no sign of our ride even though we’ve seen the other shuttle companies do a pick up several times.
Having been using EZ for awhile, but the last two times it has been a 30+ min wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport to bring us back. It’s very frustrating to watch multiple shuttles from other companies pass by multiple times without one EZ shuttle. We always call right away when we land too. This time we were told it would be a 20 minute wait, after 40 mins sitting there we call again and the attendant told us it would be another 15 mins (it actually took 25 mins - over an hour wait total) because we told her the wrong terminal for pick up when multiple people in our party heard us tell her the correct terminal. Seems to be a communication issue on their end. Hate to say it but we will be trying another company in the future after this unnecessary stress.
Our drop off went swimmingly. Pick up at the airport took about an hour. I had to call them three times before I found out I was at the wrong pick up location. There is no functional information about the pick up site on the website (the document link is broken), and the only info they give you about the pick up site is on the back of the ticket they hand you when you arrive, and the attendant never pointed this info out. (Nothing in the confirmation email.) And the pickup site has changed three times in the last year, per the attendant. When I asked the attendant to call me when the shuttle was at the site, she said she didn't have my info - the company did, but she didn't. I gave her my phone number, but still didn't get a call when the shuttle arrived. When we did finally get back to the lot, the attendant did have my credit card info - but apparently not my contact info. They'd probably work well enough for a second use, knowing what I now know, but the first time didn't go too well, primarily because of bad communication on their part.
it's the only place I use for parking. Easy to find, super friendly at all times of the day/night, safe and very reasonable.
Staff are polite and wonderful to work with. My company parks our vans there everyday and always greeted with a smile. If you're decent to them they will give back tenfold.
Good but the site I went through to reserve was unreal. I got back and learned that I had to pay an additional 60. The lady worker explained apologized and discounted explaining that I paid the website not them and gave me a direct website for next time. Service counts
We've used EZ Air Park in the past, and had a bit of trouble with pick up locations. Pricing for parking is decent compared to other off-site parking areas.
They didn't let us know where to be picked up from after our flight back to terminal 1. Called to have a bus come, and we waited 30 minutes. The driver told us we had to go elsewhere to get picked up. When we went to the area where we were supposed to be picked up - the driver took off and couldn't wait a minute or two for my wife to come out of the restroom (after waiting in the incorrect area). Had to wait an hour to finally get picked up by the same driver that didn't wait. Smh
Now we know where to get picked up for the next time we decide to use them.
The team went above and beyond when my grandmother left her cosmetic bag on the shuttle containing her money, medicine, and vehicle keys. Customer service was so understanding and made a special run to meet up with the group and return the belongings before the plane departed. Exceptional service!
Easy and convenient way to park. Much cheaper than airport parking. Great service.
Not my first choice for a park 'n ride. It will do in a pinch but be prepared to move your own luggage on/off the bus. Also when arriving MSP from our return flight - I called to find out if there was a shuttle en route to Terminal 1... the woman replied in a sarcastic voice that shuttles run every 15 mins, every day all day. A simple yes would have been nice.
This was a great place to find and it wasn't hard to get to, and then they help with your bags and all. It's a great place to have your car
PLEASE READ - Had family fly to another country. While over seas they lost car keys. I was able to work with CURT and send him a new cut key. He came in on his day off and verified new key would unlock doors and start car. He is a FANTASTIC HUMAN BEING and a great manager. THANK YOU SO MUCH CURT. What a great service and to have a Leader like that in charge makes me want to recommend and use this service every time!

We have been using EZ Air Park for many years. Always have good service, and their prices are very good. Sign up for their loyalty program and get free days. We rarely have to wait more than 10-15 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Drivers are friendly, shuttle is warm and safe.

Had to wait nearly 30 minutes in the cold with a kid for the shuttle. They were totally unprepared for the holiday volume. Instead of helping get to my flight faster, we nearly missed the flight due to EZ Air Park. Worst parking experience ever.

Tried to park my vehicle there, it’s an oversized truck and I understand it’s not easy to park. I was willing to pay the extra to cover any extra spots I would have occupied but they were very unwilling to help. Terrible customer service.
This is my second time using them and will be booking them again soon. We left for Vegas in Feb during snow storm. When shuttle came to drop us off afterwards the lot was plowed and the shuttle driver made sure we could get our car started and out since it was cold and he put our luggage in trunk. We are using them again in November. Feel safe leaving car there and shuttle drivers are great. You can bet I leave them great tip!
The best place to park if you are flying out of MSP and much cheaper than the airport and other park n rides. This is very easy to find right off of 35E and 494. The staff is great and easy to find at either terminal. Plenty of parking in the lot as well.
I used EZ air park for years when I lived in MN. Then I moved to another state and have tried many other park and fly companies and they were terrible compared to this company. I was spoiled by EZ air park and now nothing compares. They are friendly, convenient, and they get you to the airport quickly. You don’t sit there waiting for 30 mins before the bus brings you to the airport. They also were so quick to help me out when my car wouldn’t start in the middle of winter once.
I recently was back in MN and used their services again and they were top notch! When I think about what I miss about living in MN I think of family, lakes, and EZ air park.

We always park here for non-work related travel. They are always super quick to get you from your car and the buses are always clean. The return buses are just as quick. No complaints.
Sooooo convenient and smooth transaction!!! Easy to find, they tell you where to park, pick you up AT YOUR CAR!! And drive you back to your car when you arrive!!! Very affordable and everyone is super nice. They even offer to jump your car or change your tire if there’s issues when you’re back. They deliver a peace of mind 😊
Since it is open my car got covered in thick layer of ice, had to spend about 45 mins just scraping off the ice before I could start driving back.
I parked my car today..it was great experience. Got the pickup van at parking lot immediately and got my all luggage moved by staff. I will add to it when i will return..couldn't resist sharing the awesome experience.
