All great except there was no breakfast before we went on the shuttle to the airport. I feel they could prepare some pancake mix at least and be abe to make something to eat. Most hotels have the waffle makers that you make your own.

Quiet. The jacuzzi suite was spacious and comfortable.. Even on the fourth level our room was quick and easy to access. Room had all amenities as expected. Clean and well priced. The hotel is located close to many shopping and dining options that are easy to get to. I will definitely choose to go there again in the future.

I recommend this place. My relatives came to visit recently and thought the service was excellent. The rooms were cute and the place was tidy. Jacqueline was great. She helped my relatives find local excursions by printing out directions and a map for my older less tech savvy relatives. The breakfast was amazing!

Friendly staff very clean rooms comfortable bed. Gave it 4 stars due to parking for park 'n fly is 2 blocks away. So if you normally toss your coats in the car due to flying to warmer weather leave it right away. It is neat that you follow the shuttle over to parking area and shuttle back. Also, they transport to airport on the hour only. Plan accordingly

I booked our room online and didnt check in until 2:30am. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and we had everything we needed. I plan to stay again and take advantage of the pool and the lounge area.

Great place to stay clean and well maintained. Lobby and swimming pool area are well maintained. Breakfast is great. I stayed for a week and saw the staff smiling and well kept.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The hotel is clean, modern, & the front desk staff is friendly! The pool area is great. The pool itself is lukewarm, comfortable to get in. And the hot tub is as hot as you could need! They have a sauna and even a shower to rinse off before getting in the water. I loved that there was a lift for disabled guests to get in the hot tub as well, not just the pool. In the lobby they have a wall of snacks/candy, other miscellaneous items and a mini fridge of beverages. The breakfast is nice. Each morning we had a new hot item. Chicken tenders, hash browns, and sausage patties. The room we had was nice, clean, everything was in working order besides a leaking tub faucet. Good location as it has Applebee's in the same lot and just a short drive to Mall of America. Caribou coffee is across the road. My only recommendation to travelers is to bring your own shower items as they only have small complimentary bottles as opposed to refillable bottles some hotels use. Worth the money and experience! Thank you! We will be back!

Great deal package. One less stress to worry about while traveling. The staff was helpful, the parking lot where my car was parked was in a good area. The driver Vic was incredibly nice and helpful. Good, hardworking staff!

We stayed at the beginning of our trip and the end of our trip. Our car stayed on site and wasn't buried in snow (by plows) when we returned.
Hotel was clean, service was fast and friendly.
Our 5 star review though goes specifically to Gary, our shuttle driver from the airport back to the hotel. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond by helping us get safely out of the shuttle (I was holding my toddler who had fallen asleep). He then helped us get all our luggage inside and situated on a trolley to make it easier for us to get it to a room without waking the kiddo.
So thank you Gary, you are amazing and greatly appreciated!!

The night staff was so nice and awesome! Had a rough day at the airport, got stuck in Minneapolis, it was late and luckily AmericInn had rooms. Kelsey, hopefully I’m spelling her name correctly, was nice over the phone, quick and precise. I asked if there were any Military Veteran discounts and she said there aren’t but she gave a little discount anyway. Really cool of her! :)
Shuttle driver was quick to pick us up too and was nice to us.
It might not be luxurious or pristine of a hotel but the good service made up for that.

Service staff at this motel was excellent. The room was clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The room I was put in had a jacuzzi and a nice comfortable king size bed. Flat screen tv, fridge, and microwave. Large view window. Desk area. Chair with electrical for phone and computer. Bed had above lighting for reading in bed. Breakfast was fresh too. I do recommend. I will be back. Restaurants and convenient store near by.

I've stayed here a few different times and every time has been great. The GM is awesome. He and the rest of his staff do a marvelous job in my opinion. The place has always been clean and comfortable. The rooms I have been given were updated and very pleasant. Very reasonable price for the amenities you have access to. Pool area is great too. Hot tub and sauna included with a back patio connected complete with BBQ grills to use. Continental breakfast has a nice variety making it more than adequate and possible for everyone to at least be able to find one or two item they will like if not many. Haven't stayed in one personally, (yet) but from what I observed the jacuzzi suites are beautiful as well. I'll keep going there anytime I am in the area and need a room!!!! Not to mention Applebee's is just across the parking lot which is a added bonus. Also, located no more than 2 blocks away at most, of a few other restaurants, a gas station, and a movie theater with a bunch of screens.

The bed was super uncomfortable and our pillows were rock hard. This is my only complaint. Also, a fan only option on the AC unit would be nice to make some white noise for the room.

All were extremely positive friendly and helpful. Room is great! We are on an extended road trip of the Continental US and have stayed in over 25 hotels. So far, this is the best! Thanks. Can't beat finding the fit crunch bars that you need in the middle of the night when you're worn out, but you want to watch a scary movie and fall in love with the jacuzzi suite. Yeah, wonderful. Slept so good even though I was jet lagged.

Very kind and patient staff. Paid for my stay with a third-party app and heads up sometimes it can take a little while for the funds to come through so the hotel gets paid. Elevator wasn’t working but a staff member carried my very heavy suitcase all the way up to the third floor. Grateful for the hotel shuttle service and the ice scraper and shovels they have to use if you forgot to leave them in your car…
