I did the park sleep and fly to sleep upon my return of my trip. I did the reservations 3 days before I arrived. When making reservations you have to put in what time you are flying out and what time you returning ( for shuttle and room purposes). I arrived to the Hotel at 4 a.m. as the shuttle was about to depart. The driver and I had a conversation before departure. I told him to go ahead and leave since I still had to fill out my paperwork with the hotel staff. When the driver arrived back at the hotel, there was 15 people that came down from the hotel to get onto the shuttle. The shuttle holds 14 people legally. The driver told me that I had to wait for another shuttle because he had to go based off of whoever slept in the room the night before. My reservation is to sleep upon return. The fact that I had a receipt confirmation and was sleeping when I was returning, in my opinion, should have been good enough to get on that shuttle. The 15 people that came after me all agreed with me that I should be able to get on the bus first. The driver insisted on loading the bus and loading these people's luggage and having me sit outside at 4 in the morning to wait on the next shuttle. If it were not for the gentlemen who insisted on me having his seat (while he stood), I would have missed my flight that morning. I have not had the opportunity to sleep at the hotel to review the actual Hotel. I will say, I do not recommend the shuttle service for sure. Treatment as such us unacceptable! About my return next week, I hope that things are different. Needless to say, not one passenger gave the driver a tip that morning. They all felt that the gentleman deserved it instead. Kudos to the gentleman.
Hotel is decent value if just using the hotel service. If doing the park sleep fly option don't do it! Overnight parking is off-site. Shuttle pick-up from airport took over an hour. The hotel blamed it on the shuttle driver. The shuttle driver blamed it on the hotel staff. The shuttle driver was upset because I "made a complaint against him" because I called the hotel to inquire why it took over an hour. One of the seat belts on the shuttle was broken. Completely unprofessional. I will not give this hotel anymore business.
Outstanding customer service! Second stay in 6 months and both stays were excellent. From front desk to shuttle driver, professional and helpful. I will stay here every time I'm in the area, and highly recommend to travelers.
Friendly staff very clean rooms comfortable bed. Gave it 4 stars due to parking for park 'n fly is 2 blocks away. So if you normally toss your coats in the car due to flying to warmer weather leave it right away. It is neat that you follow the shuttle over to parking area and shuttle back. Also, they transport to airport on the hour only. Plan accordingly
Fast and friendly check in and the rooms and common areas are definitely clean and well kept up.
The bed was super uncomfortable and our pillows were rock hard. This is my only complaint. Also, a fan only option on the AC unit would be nice to make some white noise for the room.
My review is zero! Terrible place!!! My car was broken into when using park and fly. They never called to tell me while I was on my trip. I found out after I returned home and they dropped me off to my car. The person bringing me to my car said, “Oh, by the way, your car was broken into.” I asked what I should do and he said I’ll drive you back to the hotel-a block away-to talk to the staff. Why didn’t they tell me when I was there paying for parking? My window was smashed with broken glass everywhere. Blood on leather seats and console. My stuff stolen and other things thrown everywhere. Evidently this had happened over a week prior with no knowledge of this. The owner and staff were rude! They said they didn’t tell me because they were busy. I had even called to ask if I could keep my car there longer. Never told me then either. The owner did not care! I asked for 1 hotel night free and he refused to do anything!!!!! He is arrogant and never returned my call! There is no excuse for this behavior! DO NOT STAY HERE!
Also, the police told me that cars were regularly broken in to.
Service staff at this motel was excellent. The room was clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The room I was put in had a jacuzzi and a nice comfortable king size bed. Flat screen tv, fridge, and microwave. Large view window. Desk area. Chair with electrical for phone and computer. Bed had above lighting for reading in bed. Breakfast was fresh too. I do recommend. I will be back. Restaurants and convenient store near by.
Quiet. The jacuzzi suite was spacious and comfortable.. Even on the fourth level our room was quick and easy to access. Room had all amenities as expected. Clean and well priced. The hotel is located close to many shopping and dining options that are easy to get to. I will definitely choose to go there again in the future.
We stayed at the beginning of our trip and the end of our trip. Our car stayed on site and wasn't buried in snow (by plows) when we returned.
Hotel was clean, service was fast and friendly.
Our 5 star review though goes specifically to Gary, our shuttle driver from the airport back to the hotel. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond by helping us get safely out of the shuttle (I was holding my toddler who had fallen asleep). He then helped us get all our luggage inside and situated on a trolley to make it easier for us to get it to a room without waking the kiddo.
So thank you Gary, you are amazing and greatly appreciated!!
The new general manager, Delan, made sure that we were taken care of with great customer service and follow through on several small but important requests. We felt very welcome and the room was great. We are definitely returning!
Park and fly option worked very well. The drivers were great, even willing to help unbury my vehicle. Puzzling though why we got 2 double beds when we reserved a king. That would make me question whether to use this hotel again. Curious that the hotel management replied almost a year after our stay, using the same "thank you" they sent to everyone. I guess thanking is supposed to be more important than actually reading the review.
We asked for a nonsmoking room and got a smoking room that was changed into a nonsmoking room. Unfortunately, the room was not changed over or cleaned well nor was the smell taken out of the room and it stunk. The stench got into all of our clothes, bags, jackets, pillows and shoes. They did not have another room available to move too. The staff were fairly nonchalant and did not seem to be paying attention or listening to the guests. The breakfast was simple but good. 3 cereals, instant oatmeal, Belgian waffle, scrambled eggs (mix), either bacon or sausage but not both, toast, bagel , prepackaged small muffins, milk, orange juice, apple juice and coffee. Older hotel that shows the years of use and lack of good maintenance.
We were able to check in early, which is great! Everyone was friendly, helpful. 10/10 stay here again
