The wait time for the shuttle to pick us up was 45 minutes.

Everything about this parking option is awesome, but for having to re-register at the hotel upon arrival where I once again had to provide aarival/return dates, car license plate and so on. All of this was asked for upon my initial registration. Why the repeat???

First time was a learning process, but quite easy! I will use this parking option again.
seamless, the staff at the Hyatt walked me through the process. Driver was right there directing me where to park. Dropped us off at T1. We waited about 10 minutes on our return to MSP. Same driver remembered us dropped us off at our car.
I like this MSP parking and shuttle service. I am relatively low tech so did not like the new check in process that Parking access requires

quick airport shuttle and convenient - But we had to wait a long time for a pick up and we had children with us. then we had to go to terminal 2 before drop off.
When we arrived at the pick up location it was 9:45. Based on the information we received the van ran on 1/2 hour increments. After two phone calls it finally showed up at 10:25. If that wasn't bad enough we watched other pick up vehicles such as Park and Fly show up 3x during that time span.

Parking was convenient and cost effective. Driver came very quick after calling at midnight to be picked up from airport, and taken to get car.
Easy access and love the price. We had no issues with our last two parking reservations. Our flight was postponed and we still had no issues with pick up at 3:30 am.
