Very clean and welcoming hotel. During our first night, my little family and I (husband and two kids) decided to go to the little market to buy a few things. An older man who was also staying at the hotel came and rudely told us that we needed to get our kids out of there because we were disturbing them while they were at the bar. Our kids were barely making any noises and were well behaved as they stayed sitting in the stroller. An employee from the bar noticed and took action right away. My husband and I were very impressed and satisfied with the awareness of the staff. I wish we got to know her name. Thank you, Hyatt. We will definitely be back.

We were in town from Denver for a family member's surgery...so as you can imagine, we were just looking for a bed in between hospital visits...however, the staff made our trip more amazing than we could have ever thought possible. Beautiful hotel! It was lively, yet quiet, which is perfect! It has great sitting areas, and communal areas alike. Room (double queen) was a good size, very clean, and quiet. The pool area was also nice.

Came from Iowa for a weekend getaway with my my mother in law and son. Teresa our front desk manager was amazing in checking us in and out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The security of the hotel is top notch. The breakfast that was included with our stay was delicious and was an actual entree not the continental breakfast you find at other hotels.

And even though I knew they were short staffed, they never let on that they were and handled everything with a smile. The rooms were well maintained and clean. Nice decor too. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location to everything!! We went to the Vikings game, but spent more time at the mall. The Blue Line train stop is right outside so it was so easy to get to. The stadium is on the Blue Line too. The airport is super close, too! We didn't hear the planes in the room, which was super clean, spacious, and the most comfy king beds ever! The staff was very nice and helpful! The food downstairs was great, too! Get the pancake!

My friends daughter and I went to go see Beyoncé last Thursday stayed here and couldn't be happier with our experience. The young lady checking us in was friendly and seemed genuinely excited for us when we told her why we were staying. She also helped us know where the light rail was if we needed it. Additionally she offered us complimentary chocolate chip cookies to us which was a fun surprise. My mom was also staying with us that night and was able to stay back and order pizza late at night when she asked the front desk they gave us local and chain options which was good we were danced out and hungry. :) When we found she forgot to order soda a night shift crew had soda in a cooler to the side of the front desk and helped us buy them too so we could enjoy it with not just water. This was my friend's daughters first hotel she stayed at out of state we will be here again in the future if we have another concert or want to go to the Mall of America. Also clean and comfortable rooms. Thanks Hyatt staff!!!

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Room was cleaned and well maintained. Im a frequent traveler So I love that it’s close to the airport easy access to the light rail and to the mall of America. Great service the staff were very welcoming to me and accommodating to all my needs and requests. One staff named Henry helped me call a cab as my flight back home was too early. Such a nice gesture of him. A nice hotel located a great safe location, nice accommodating staff will surely make me come back over again.

Wonderful hotel. They hosted our company's meetings and did a wonderful job with the service and accommodations. The food for breakfast and lunch was so good and they always had a good supply of drinks available. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. I had a nice view from my room as well. Only one small complaint was that the coffee was weak and didn't that great.

No television remote in the room the first night but the front desk staff handled it quickly the next morning. My wife asked for more coffee cups the second night but they were never delivered. Club access was available however the espresso machine did not operate, and the meals were available thru a voucher downstairs in the market. Pool was small but nice we were hoping for a hot tub to relax in after spending the day at Mall of America. We were happy with the proximity to the mall.

Nice digs for an airport stopover. Right on the train line so don't even worry about taking a shuttle, and technically you could just take the train into the city and not need a car at all.
Seems fairly new. A bit noisy in the hallways from guest room doors opening and closing.
Could use a bigger lobby.
Rooms felt modern and typical of a Hyatt Regency.

This is one of the nicer hotels serving MSP. The room was nice, and very quiet. The design is contemporary and the bed was comfortable. Easy access to the airport and one block from a light rail stop, and just a few minutes from Mall of America. A couple of minor hiccups - the coffee tray had only decaf pods, no regular, but that was quickly (10 min) remedied with a call to the front desk. The bartender working the night we were there was inexperienced and lacked any sense of a service ethic. But, it was a fine stay overall and I would be happy to stay here again.

My wife and I stay at the Hyatt anytime we are in Minneapolis. The service is constantly good without issue, this is why we always return. Front desk staff greets you with a smile and kind word when you enter. The guest rooms are always clean, issue free, and nightly room prices are perfect for the area. The beds are comfortable and the room has a nice feel to it. The food and drinks at the restaurant are always delightful. The bartenders are impressive to watch work, real top notch. When we have our dogs with us it is never an issue and they are very accommodating. Parking is always easy as well, no complaints here.
You won't be disappointed staying here, we never are.

I haven’t stated here as a hotel guest, but I use their parking lot and airport shuttle service when I go on vacation. The lot is uncovered but my car has always been safe. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes which is better than a lot of shuttles that run every hour. The shuttle also runs later/longer than competitors. The service is always good from the drivers. Conveniently drop you off right at your car when you return from airport.

Had a lovely stay here while attending a concert in the city. The location was perfect, far out of the downtown area, very clean and quiet. The parking at the hotel was very easy to use. Just park and scan the QR code and pay for the amount of time you need; it was only $10 for 24 hours. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh and nice, which is something that I appreciate. The bathroom was clean and the water was nice and hot the whole time. The front desk staff was helpful and poilte even at the late hour that I checked in. I would definitely stay here again .

Used points for the stay, they offered an upgrade but the sleeping arrangement did not work for us. Pool was awesome, life jackets and toys for the kids were available, seems like items left behind by guests but nice touch. Great access to the airport via shuttle, we plan on staying here again for flights and MOA access.

We went to the Mall of America and stayed here. Very lovely place. The service was great!! We were able to check in slightly early, and they even managed to connect our room with our teenager's room. Rooms were clean, we were very satisfied! Definitely recommend! Very classy!!

Super clean and well maintained. Check-in was easy and check-out was even easier. Located within a couple miles of the airport and the Mall of America and its a nice neighborhood. Has a cute fountain and open grass area across the parking lot. Decently queit hallways and I wasn't disturbed by the noises of the surrounding rooms. Definitely worth the price. Would stay again if given the chance and I'm in the Bloomington again.

Just a quick shout out to Dani and Charlie at the lobby bar. These two rockstars took excellent care of me after a 16 hour workday on a last minute emergency business trip ON A SATURDAY. Very near closing time and they had obviously had a heck of a day either being short handed, overly swamped with patrons or both. Both took excellent care of me along with the dozens of other patrons ordering cocktails and drinks right up against last call. Finally and most importantly, they both treated each other and the other HYATT staff members with grace and compassion as they worked together to finish all the orders and close out the night. I appreciate you guys, take care!

Hotel was very close to the airport, both a good thing and bad. You could hear flights takeoff, but shuttle service was provided by the hotel. They have an indoor pool on the 2nd floor, but we did not give it a try. Food was good, as we shared breakfast on the last morning.

Really nice hotel. I usually stay in Bloomington because it's cheaper, not because i love. I mean, let's be real, Bloomington is a butt ugly corporate highway town. This is at least nice, there's a park across the street and the light rail is RIGHT there. Parking is a little weird. First place in Bloomington I've had to pay for parking. Only $12 but hopefully not a trend. Oh well. The bar area and reception is nice.

We stayed and park and fly for a week. The hotel is nice, if you park and fly you are asked to park a couple blocks away and shuttle back to the hotel. That is fine unless you want to go somewhere or forget something in your car. Once at the hotel, there is only one restaurant with few choices.
The front desk staff were great. The shuttle was clean and on time, when you return in the evening it may be a while for your pick up, we waited about an hour. Overall, it was ok.

He remembered my wife and I from our stay at the Hyatt Centric a year prior where he was the ONLY one willing to help find a location for my wife to store her frozen breastmilk before it melted and would be wasted. More recently he also remembered us from our stay at this Hyatt Regency over Christmas. Both of these stays were only 1 night so it was crazy impressive that he recognized us! He has been the most helpful person I have ever met in hotel customer service!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights recently while in town to visit friends and see the local sights. The hotel was fine, our room was on the small side but it fit our needs well enough. The hotel staff was excellent. I would also like to single out one member of the desk staff there, and her name is Keyara. (Hopefully I spelled it correctly)
She was wonderful, a credit to the hotel, super helpful and kind in every way. I would advise the higher ups there to do what they can to keep her, because really good people are hard to find.

By far, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in or booked in my whole life. I am not saying it is perfect, but I have to admit it is my favorite. Here is why:
1) The rooms were pretty clean.
2) The AC was perfectly working.
3) The breakfast was delicious!
4) The staff was so friendly with us and patience given the fact that English is not our main language!
5) Whenever we requested something such as slippers, we were provided the item pretty fast!
6) The window view was gorgeous, we had the one where we were able to see the airport!
