We loved this hotel. The most amazing view of the runway. My 8 year old was in airplane Heaven watching the planes take off and land.
The staff was very friendly and the food in the hotel restaurant was great.
We definitely plan to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay for regular travelers. Great service, the valet staff is absolutely... As well as the concierge. Definitely not the most romantic place to stay, but definitely great for business travelers, particularly airport staff and pilots,

Lovely hotel, the staff I interacted with were great. I had a balcony which was fun to watch the planes take off. I was there for a conference and the meeting rooms were nice enough, albeit cold. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Runway view room is awesome. Room is clean and comfortable. Great place for cancelled flight. Though, I wish the front desk people are happier...don't really feel welcome but they do what is necessary and just enough.

Always stay at this hotel when I travel to Atlanta. Guest services are always professional and nice. The bar is good, but the food is a little overpriced for the quality. Very convenient spot if you need to catch an early flight.

Nice hotel & the staff is amazing. They greet you as you walk in & I came straight from work & forgot my toothbrush. The BEAUTIFUL young lady at the desk provided me with one along with a smile & the INFAMOUS SLOGAN "MY PLEASURE." I just love the hospitality shown upon entry & departure. My only complaint is the room wasn't as clean as it should've been. The floor wasn't clean it had paper and food particles in plain view. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.

My experience at this hotel was exceptional nice. I loved the app experience which was convenient and resourceful. The staff responded quickly to any request I put through the app. The restaurant on site had good, hot food.

Check-in was simple and pain free. You are able to park yourself or go with the valet option, but neither is better or worse. It's just a personal choice.
My wife and I chose to have a room on the runway side since we wanted to test that option for bringing the kids up. The rooms aren't sound proof but if you've ever slept in any other hotel, it's no louder than that so definitely doable.
The beds are comfortable and staff is friendly. If you're flying out, it's worth staying (shuttle for the win).
For kids, which is our other intended use, go for it especially if you have kids that may enjoy watching planes take off. I would absolutely recommend it for sure.

Older airport hotel with large rooms. You can ask for rooms with balconies that face the airport, or the quieter city view rooms sans balcony. We opted for the airport view. Quite fascinating to watch planes endlessly come and go at the busiest airport in the world. We had no problem sleeping even with the airport noise. The rooms are a good value. The lounge, not so much.

Very nice hotel located right next to the north runways at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport! The higher your room the better the view! You would think it would be loud but it's actually not! You have a balcony you can enjoy sitting out on and watching the jets land and take off!

This hotel was a highlight for our trip... watching planes land and take off , planes being dragged in and out of service around the tarmac and bigwigs pulling up in corporate jets was quite a hoot. We watched it all from our room and balcony. We also enjoyed the staff that was very professional. If you get a good deal on a concierge room get it.

Second time staying here. First time was fantastic. This time a few issues. First the clerk who checked us in had on a shirt that was showing her breasts because the buttons were about to pop. Not very welcoming personally either. Second, this room was not the same as our last one. No great news shower. Then the very nice waitress at the restaurant would disappear for long periods of time. Also the food prices from a year ago were much higher. It is a fantastic location though. Pretty soundproof rooms. We were apparently next to a storage room and that was very loud . No one thought to quietly close the door. All hours of the stay boom!

Overall the hotel is very good. However there are a few negatives.
First of all, parking fee is outrageous. All but one of the exits to the parking lot are blocked, making it difficult to get into at night if you're following GPS.
Additionally the only exit is right at the front door, if an airport shuttle is being loaded, you literally cannot get out of the parking lot. This caused me to be late for a very important meeting, which I left early for.
The other problem is the price of food, and water. $7 for 1 l of water is absurd. The restaurant is fairly expensive, and in my opinion not very good. Everything I ate there was way overcooked, and way too salty.

Had a wonderful experience here. Clean room and amazing view of the airport. What really set it apart was the staff, they were all so kind. We were blown away by one specific staff member, Moody. Moody helped us with our significant food allergies. He listened to our concerns, took detailed notes, and relayed all of our info to the Chef. He even read the ingredients on the pizza crust and saved me from an allergic reaction. Moody is an incredible employee and should be rewarded for his respect for guests and overall positive outlook on care for others.

My company hosted a holiday party at this hotel so I rented a room. The party was nice with hotel staff catering to whatever needed to be done. It was a wonderful time. The room I booked had a balcony overlooking the airport runway. Pretty cool watching planes fly in and out of that giant place and also very loud. Surprisingly the noise wasn't so bad inside the room. Once again hotel staff did a good job with whatever was needed. And although it wasn't cheap to stay I'm grateful I could and glad I did. Would recommend to someone looking for a hotel close to airport.

Negatives: Busy weekend and understaffed. Room Phone didnt work. Plumbing did not produce water consistently and made a weird sound and would shoot out black grey at first.
Positives: Great staff doing what they can with what they got. I realized I lost an item after checkout and they helped me retrieve it. Location to airport is great. If you choose the airport side of the hotel it can be a little noisy for some.. but we preferred it.
Would stay again.

I attended a company Christmas party here in the ballroom. Very nice all the way around. Would recommend to anyone seeking a venue for that type of thing. I also rented a room with a balcony that had a runway view. It was awesome! This is a completely non smoking hotel so get the balcony room if you smoke.

Stunning absolutely stunning! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel for a night, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience.
Although, the shuttle ran late, the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome.
My stay was upgraded using one Award Night to Runway View suite with a balcony and had the pleasure to see some planes landed and takeoff. My room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is located just steps from the airport, making it the perfect place to stay for a business trip or a vacation.
One of the things I loved most about the hotel was the service and bar. The views of the city and the airport are amazing. The hotel's fitness and business center was well-equipped.
The hotel's restaurant, Concorde Grill, serves delicious food and has a great selection of cocktails. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very inviting.
The Executive Lounge staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I had a pleasant time at the club.
Overall, I had an outstanding experience at the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Atlanta International Airport.

After a nightmare of an airport experience, coming to this hotel was a breath of fresh air. Check in was simple and the staff are so friendly & helpful! and for the price we got a beautiful clean room, comfy bed and Aveda bathroom products! 5 minutes from the airport. Very happy with the service and kindness from the staff here ❤️

I am so impressed with this hotel. After a stressful travel day full of delays, I decided to book a room here rather than sleep in the airport. I was not expecting an airport hotel to be a nice experience, but I was wrong. The customer service is stellar, breakfast was great, and they certainly remember all the details for stressed & stranded travelers - there was a toothbrush and toothpaste already in my room, aveda soap and conditioner (usually I hate hotel soaps, but having aveda was a nice surprise considering I didn’t have my toiletries), the bed was so comfortable, and every employee is so friendly. Thank you Renaissance for turning around a stressful travel experience and giving me a great nights sleep!

Oh my God, Concourse is an aviation enthusiast’s literal DREAM (ahem, me!). I recently had the pleasure of staying here and it was truly sensational. The sole reason? The captivating runway view rooms.
I stepped into my runway view room and was instantly captivated by the incredible vistas that unfolded before me. The large windows provided an unobstructed view of the bustling Atlanta airport runway, where I could watch planes take off and land with awe-inspiring precision. It was a sight that I couldn’t get enough of, despite it being a wet, dreary day in ATL.
The room itself was decorated like any other
by Marriott Bonvoy (who I’m a big fan of), spacious, equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The plush bedding and cozy seating area allowed me to relax and enjoy the magnificent runway views from the comfort of my room. There were four large, comfy pillows on my bed which I combined on one for the ultimate viewing seat.
Are the rooms soundproof? Not really. You will hear planes taking off and landing all night. I suggest some wax earplugs or a white noise maker.
The staff at the Renaissance Concourse motel were exceptional in ensuring that my stay was flawless. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Any request or inquiry I had was met with prompt and efficient service. This is one of the main reasons why I love Marriott hotels and will always stay at one no matter where I go.
The on-site restaurant offered a diverse and delicious menu, with attentive staff delivering excellent service. The quality of the food was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed indulging in their culinary offerings.
While the runway view rooms were undeniably the highlight of my stay, I would be remiss not to mention the convenience of the motel's location. Being just minutes away from the airport terminals made my travel experience incredibly convenient, without sacrificing the tranquility of the accommodations.
In conclusion, the Renaissance Concourse motel in Atlanta, GA, offers an unforgettable experience with its mesmerizing runway view rooms. The combination of luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and the thrill of watching planes in action make it a truly exceptional choice. Whether you're an aviation enthusiast or simply seeking a unique and captivating stay, this motel is sure to leave a lasting impression. I highly recommend it and eagerly anticipate my next visit.

This hotel stay felt like home away from home. I was actually supposed to stay for 7 hours but I extended my stay for 2 additional days and I have no regrets. The staff that I experienced here is amazing. Symphony at the front desk is extremely pleasant. Kamal & Gerlynn that work in the restaurant are extremely personable and professional. Talking to them felt familial. Zoe was my bartender and made sure the drinks were of quality and was professional as well. I will definitely be back.

I stayed here back in September 2021. This hotel was awesome! Whenever you book a room with a balcony, you’ll get to see a cool view into the airport. You’ll get to watch planes take off and land from that point of view. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel for plane spotters staying overnight in the area. I would also recommend booking a room with an airport view. This plane spotting trip was super fun and we will be back hopefully soon!

Rooms very clean, extremely comfortable beds. A little in older side, but very clean, and service was great. Excellent view of the airport with planes taking off and landing if you like that sort of thing...great view to fall asleep to!

After our travel plans were disrupted, we ended up staying the night in Atlanta. Needing to make a quick decision, we used Google Maps to pick somewhere close to the airport. This location couldn't be closer to the runway, with great views of the runway right out the window. However, the hotel is actually fairly far from the airport terminal. It's definitely not walking distance and the shuttle took quite awhile to arrive. I wished I'd picked somewhere a little closer to the terminal in retrospect. Additionally the hotel restaurant was incredibly slow, though the food was well-prepared. The rooms and hotel service were all great despite these misses. It would be great for a family or traveler that's not in a rush.

Overall good place to stay. Location is right next to airport. Rooms are very spacious and washrooms are not too small. Despite being close to airport with lots of planes landing and taking off, you don’t hear much in the room which is great. Quality of food is also good.
Normally I find water bottles in the fridge in the room in the most of the hotels I stay but not here. You can buy water bottles from the reception area.

Arrived in Atlanta to have my connection get cancelled at 11:00pm. After calling, the fantastic staff got me a reservation and instructed me how to get to the shuttle that runs until 2:00am. The shuttle was very quick to get me to the hotel and, and the staff got me checked in and into my room quickly, and made me feel comfortable after a very stressful day of cancellations. Breakfast was great, and the shuttle got me to the airport in just a few minutes for my flight. Wonderful staff and experience.
The only downside for me was since my room had a balcony facing the runway, there was more plane noise than I am used to. If possible, I would recommend asking to be on the quite side if you are concerned about noise.

This is a beautiful, conveniently located hotel. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and professional, and the food and drinks were delicious.
The staff at the front desk, are out of this world! A lovely lady named Teya went above and beyond the call of duty when I had a makeup emergency, and I’m forever grateful. Excellent service all around! 10/10 experience.

My husband and I stayed at Renaissance for 1 night after a long flight from Dublin, Ireland. The room was lovely and quiet and nicely furnished. We settled in and decided to go downstairs for an early dinner. We had a very nice waitress and shared a beautifully grilled steak with sides. The food was quite good.
We left the following morning for our final flight home.
On arrival home I discovered that my jewelry pouch was missing. I called the airline and the hotel. After calling the hotel and going into a detailed explanation as to why I was calling, the Manager of Housekeeping confirmed that they had found the pouch and had secured it in the vault.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at the hotel,
especially Millianny who found the pouch and turned it in, the Manager of Housekeeping Jessica, the General Manager David and Lynne who saw to it that the pouch was successfully couriered to me. Thank you all for your help, honesty and thoughtfulness. You are all amazing!
God bless.

Standard Renaissance service and room. We thought the restaurant was great along with the service. No club room up Friday night to Monday. Note: the shuttle does Not run to the international terminal. Car service is $22. If flying Delta go back and check in at domestic and take the underground over to international terminal E or F.

Very well situated hotel - make sure you go to the right one as there are two! This one was on the north side on the airport so it was easy to get to the city is you are heading that way. Cab driver charged us a small fortune to transfer from one hotel to the other, said it happens all day every day. Disappointing that the hotels don’t have a cost effective solution for the customers.

I missed my flight and booked here at the last minute. When I made it to the hotel they couldn't find my reservation. I'm actually glad I missed my flight so I could have the chance to enjoy these accommodations.

The hotel (and it's rooms) has a more opulent image. The interior of my room was gorgeous and, more importantly for me, the shower water ran nice and hot.
It's disappointing that you need to pay for breakfast (unless you're a certain level member), but otherwise I have nothing to complain about.
There's a shuttle from the hotel to the ATL Airport, so I'd ecommend this hotel if you need to catch a flight

Stayed at this hotel for one night. I was in Atlanta for the Usher concert at the arena and wanted to stay at a hotel close to the airport. The hotel offered free pick up service to the hotel located outside the airport. I made the mistake of going to where the ride share areas are. Don't do that, when you come up the long escalator and the baggage claim is right in front of you. Walking to the left side of the baggage claim that is by the security desk is the exit to the hotel shuttles just follow the signs once outside.
The hotel was less than 7 mins from the airport and the room was a double. I ordered room service I thought was a little pricey but I was short on time until the concert. $30 for a burger and fries and soda. Very large hotel, I have never been in a hotel where the rooms faced outward and it looked like an open concept hotel. Clean, organized and I would stay there again.

This is a bit of a weird one. If you don't like airplanes, or can't handle noise, then this probably isn't for you. It is on the airport. Like there are planes moving right outside. For me, I love planes, this was basically the best stay I've had in awhile. Staff graciously upgraded me to a higher floor and I absolutely used that to watch the runways. My only recommendation is that the breakfast buffet left something to be desired...I got there a bit later and there was really nothing left, but I still had to pay full price. Great location, friendly staff and I hope to be back again!

Was excited to upgraded to a runway view. One staff member at check in was extremely friendly and thorough. Staff at breakfast on Christmas Day were also great. Room could use extra pillows, blankets, and towels. Runway side is noisy so consider that in making your choice.

Great location, nice bar area. Management is amazing and truly takes care of guests and addresses any concerns that come up.
Some areas might be a touch dated, but not terrible. Most of the general staff is good (not all, but that is expected).
Will stay again when traveling though the airport. Always fun watching the planes and airport, weather from the balcony or the bar.

The family visited Atlanta for a wedding. The parties and families reserved rooms at this hotel. Best choice we made. The staff allowed the whole family to stay on one floor (7th). This made it convenient to go to each other rooms with no issues, even for the younger teens. We reserved a suite that was very spacious and accommodating. Great location. If you are a lite sleeper, be prepared to hear the planes at night. I would definitely recommend staying here and we plan to be back at this hotel at our next stay in Atlanta.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I have no complaints! I loved my room. The beds were comfortable; probably the most comfortable hotels bed I ever slept in. The location was perfect for everywhere I needed to go! I had to pick someone up from the airport and it was literally less than 5 minutes! The front desk person was nice. I guess the only thing I will recommend would be a microwave in the room though there was one on my floor. I just felt bad using it at 3am next to someone else’s room. Either way lovely hotel and this will be my go to from here on out!

Really nice hotel with plenty of amenities. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The room was clean, but had a hint of pesticide smell or some similar odor which was concerning. The water pressure was very low. It felt like I was showering in a water fountain. This could be due to possible overboard efforts of water conservation. Several marriott properties seem to have this issue. It really needs attention. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. I'd probably go back.

Great place to stay. Especially if you are a plane enthusiast like me! A great view of a runway with a balcony! I spent a long time just watching planes go by! I love the location but it's just a little inconvenient as it's around a 10 min drive from the airport even though it is right next to it. Either way, highly recommend!

I've never stayed at a renaissance before. Wow, it was nice. It was impromptu, because of a flight delay. They were so courteous and understanding. Super nice room. Easy access to the airport. I couldn't have asked for more.

Can’t beat having a room that faces the air strip! This is a quiet little hotel (despite airplane sounds, which is awesome!) and is perfect if you love watching planes take off and land. It smells kind of like cigarettes in the building and the staff isn’t the friendliest. WiFi is $10/ day and the pool was also closed while we were here, which wasn’t advertised on the website and what we were hoping to use since we have little kids staying here. It was a great hotel though!

Recently here for a meeting and site visits, I stayed here four nights and thoroughly enjoyed my time.
Staff throughout the hotel was incredibly helpful, friendly and most were customer centric. The property itself is very lovely inside. Yes, it may be an older hotel but my feeling is they have done a great job of keeping it updated and infusing a touch of elegance... particularly in the atrium/common areas.
My room was GREAT. The gal at the front desk moved me from 'city/quiet' side to the airport side. Okay, if you are mesmerized by planes or love aviation of any kind you must ask for an airport side UNLESS you are a light sleeper then it may not be for you. I loved sitting out on my balcony watching the planes take off and land. I am a pretty sound sleeper and with the door closed (and locked people because if it is not locked it lets sound slip through I discovered) I had zero issues with the plane activity. Room was clean and comfortable.
Our meeting space was nice. You know, meeting space is meeting space. The banquet food was good/decent. Shuttle service was solid, I used pick up and drop off. Pick up at ATL when I arrived was very tricky (not the hotels issue) as I kept having different information people telling me to go different places but there is a dedicated hotel shuttle area (stressing dedicated).
