The shuttle picks up the passenger right at the parking spot. It also runs frequently, an important factor. And although there are electronically operated entrances and exits, I like the fact that one is always manned by an actual person. Never change that. I also recently earned 3 free days, a nice perk!

I was worried with all the snow on the ground that my car would be covered and I would be snowed in, but the snow was cleared from my car AND around my car so I could leave easily and right away . Pulled into the parking spot indicated by the gate attendant. Shuttle was already there and waiting. 5 minute experience from pickup to drop off at the airport. Likewise on the return, shuttle was waiting in the designated area; no more than 7 minutes from pickup to drop off at my vehicle. The BEST part, so much cheaper than the airport lots plus a LOT of parking spaces. I may never park at CLE onsite spots again.

This is a nice airport parking lot that I use whenever I’m flying out of Cleveland. This parking lot has plenty of spaces in a secure area while being cheaper than airport parking. Multiple shuttles frequently run from here to the airport, and shuttle drivers don’t wait for the shuttle bus to fill up with people, ensuring you get to the airport faster. I gave this parking lot five stars because it’s cheaper than the airport’s on-site parking and it’s easy to access, being located on Snow Rd by OH-237, which connects to I-480 and I-71.

We usually park with you and our last trip we decided to save some money and park at a hotel nearby. That was a huge mistake, as someone stole our catalytic converters from our vehicle while parked in the hotel parking lot. It cost us $3000 to have them replaced. So we stayed at your place again last week and had no problem. Your driver, I think his name was Paul, was super nice and went out of his way to help an elderly lady that was having a lot of trouble getting into the van and walking. We will continue to park with you guys for the great service and security!

First time using this lot last week. I usually fly out of DTW and park at US Park. I thought US Park was pretty good but this place is a step above. Primarily because of the drivers. They were very friendly and helpful insisted on helping with all of our bags even cleaned snow off the car; a big help when travelling with two toddlers with bags, car seats, and stroller.

We parked our car here for parts of three days while we were in Chicago. The check-in process was very simple and we were met at our car by the shuttle bus, which quickly got us to the airport. On our return home, the shuttle was waiting outside of baggage claim at the airport and quickly and efficiently got us back to our car at the lot, so that we could load our luggage and head home. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and efficient. Our 3-day total to park was only $31.50. We will definitely use them the next time we go on a trip and need to leave our car parked!
