MUCH better than Marriott brand hotels! Very comfortable, relaxing public spaces, nice lap pool and hottub, tree fountain courtyard outdoor space and relaxing piano lounge music and fresh indoor air quality. Marriott has very toxic indoor air quality with their chemicals pumped into the air with their signature scent and stressful their chaotic depression pop music in public spaces rendering them unusable. The drawback was no airport shuttle after 11pm and the shuttle that did run didn’t have anyplace for luggage (this may have been temporary but not sure)
Very nice and roomy. Everybody was very nice and kind. We had a great time here. Pleasant environment. I don't think they need any advertising. It's well kept and good food. 😊
Although the exterior is a little shabby and the parking lot gives off unkempt vibes, the actual room was GREAT. The bed was comfortable, linens and towels were clean, the room was well-kept and had ample space. There were a lot of things that were broken in the hallway on my floor (the ice machine, the 2nd elevator), as well as the card reader at door C, but the room was definitely worth it.
The staff that I encountered was very nice and helpful. Alex was very sweet and he offered to wait for me and let me in door C, which was closer to my room.
It was ok.
Clean. Quiet. Beds were very soft. At least ours was.
Had one meal there. It was very good....our server Mike was just an awesome guy..friendly,accommodating and good sense of humor. He actually was the best part of the stay.

Shuttle to the airport was nice. Rooms and hotel was very clean. Pool and hot tub area was relaxing.
Nice and clean hotel. Quiet at night, nice indoor pool area. Still waiting on liquor license for the bar to open. Only negative thing was the hard to open and close bathroom sliding door in our room. Other than that it was perfect for a sound good nights rest after a concert in downtown Cleveland.
This is a nice place. The hotel is very nice and attractive. The decor is relaxing and calm. The room I was in was average for a Wyndham, which is better than the average hotel room. Although the hotel is not "new" my room was well appointed.
There were a few challenges during check in, but the registration staff was very proactive in resolving everything. Fatima and Denise went the extra mile. Thank you.
It pays to be a member of the Wyndham rewards program. I got upgraded to a later check out time and a better room and rate. 🙂
The breakfast was $12.99 (plus tax and tip) and included an omelet station and fresh made waffles! 😁
