HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My husband and I were moving across the country with our two cats and had been stopping at Candlewood hotels because they are pet friendly, up until this one they have been great. After a long day of driving we went to bed only to be woken up at 12AM by the fire alarm - we were in a state of panic and confusion thanks to the ear splitting sound (us and the cats) whom we had to dragged out of hiding. We get outside and NO STAFF IS AROUND TO TELL US ANYTHING AND THERE IS A MASSIVE THUNDERSTORM. Thankfully we'd been driving, so we put the cats in the car and waited...after 30 minutes with no change, we found another hotel! Didn't even spend a whole night there yet we paid 175+20 pet fee. When we checked out we learned the storm caused the fire alarm to go off...WTF. If you want you're best to have a safe and restful place to stay - don't go here in bad weather.
It could be better. Some of the staff are super nice, but two of them are not nice at all.
I was there for 9 days before anybody clean my room, that's a management call, but the housekeepers were very professional and super nice.
The room was nice and clean, and even had a full kitchen. The location was excellent, very close to a mall and some great breweries and restaurants. My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely stay here, so much so that we decided to cancel other plans to stay another night! Unfortunately, the price rose significantly on the 2nd night and we had to stay somewhere cheaper.
We checked in and found our room to be very large and spacious, clean, and the most comfortable bed we’ve had in any hotel. Though our stay was awesome, we were a bit surprised by the authorization policy which placed a hold on my debit card at check in but did not apply the hold to my bill at check out. The result was a two night stay and the authorization both being charged to my card. When I called the hotel and spoke with Sarah she explained everything to me and then went more than the extra mile to help me get the funds returned to my account immediately. I thought Customer Service like this was a thing of the past. I would like to once again thank Sarah for being so helpful, thank You Sarah. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Cleveland

Couldn't have asked for a better overnight hotel. The room was pristine and the finishes were modern! Extremely comfortable and quiet, too. I would definitely consider staying here again!
