Reserved and paid 6 weeks in advance for spot. Received email confirmation and receipt of $91 Paid. Arrived to be told lot was full and I didn't have a reservation. QR code i was given was no good. I had no other choice then to find elsewhere to park and everything was full. I called and was given a email for my complaint and refund. And it was returned to me after several attempts to deliver. Feel I was ripped off, had to pay for a spot I couldn't use, pay to park elsewhere, and pay for ride to/from airport. That's just not right! Received a email to review twice but noone to make this situation right🙃
I prepaid parking at the Brookpark Road lot a couple of weeks ago. When I arrived to this lot to park this morning at our scheduled time 0400, the lot was closed and a number of vehicles were waiting to get into the lot as well. I called the phone number attached to the lot, the driver answered the phone and said "He would not be there for another half hour.. I am the only driver now and I have a lot of other families to pick up, covering this lot and another a few miles away." This is unacceptable! We almost missed our 0600 flight and had to park at a much more expensive lot just in order to catch our flight. If you cannot find enough drivers, then close this lot and stop offering this as a service.
Excellent service and very fast
No one to open gate untill the driver get there. didn't know that first thought was it's a scam. Once we got in parking lot everything was ok. Both drivers we had were very professional and nice. Will use again but we don't travel much.
