CLE Park (CLE)

Cle Park was seamless. They were fast at pick up and drop off. The employees were friendly and very flexible when our flight was delayed and canceled until the next day.

Quick and great service! They helped load our luggage and wiped snow from our car. Will definitely be using again and recommend anyone looking for parking/transport to the airport!

Great service and the parking lot is very secured and safe. This was my third time parking with them and they make it very easy and stress free. It’s family owned and it shows from how they treat their customers. I tell all my friends and family to use these guys!

Amazingly prompt and personable service during the middle of the night and during crazy busy daytime hours!!! Both drivers made sure I knew where I was going and found them quickly after parking and during pickup at the airport. My vehicle stayed safe and sound and I couldn't ask for anything more upon my return. I absolutely will use this company again going forward without a second thought!

Brendan and Joe are amazing. They do an outstanding job. They are courteous, efficient and prompt. I left my car, was safely taken to the airport. When I returned, I was picked up and returned to my car which was detailed to perfection. I would highly recommend CLE Park.

Car was in the same condition as we left it. Shuttle service was excellent and timely, we landed after midnight and got picked up right away (we let them know our flight number and they tracked it). Will definitely use again.

Parking service may be more than what you can find but look at their reviews. Family business ran by really respectable people. I had an itinerary change and got picked up without a hitch. Will be using them in the future as I have rarely had a long term parking reservation without problems!

Very affordable, convenient, and friendly. Our flight came in at midnight and they picked us up right after we got our bags. Also, the lot is gated so our car was safe for the week.

Excellent service dropping off the car as well when coming back. Friendly drivers. When you pull up to fence to drop off car, fence will probably be locked. Call the driver and he'll be there shortly. Good price. Slow down when approaching the lot. We missed it on first pass.

This was the first time we used this company. Our previous transport company refused to transport more than three people in one party, supposedly due to Covid, so we decided to use this Company this time. It was a great experience. The young man who took us to the airport and picked us up were very polite, talkative, and prompt. When we called, they answered immediately, no need to leave a voicemail with hopes they will call you back, personal interaction. We will definitely be using them from here on out. I would highly recommend their service

The only saving grace to our terrible experience with United was this parking lot. Extremely friendly drivers and little to no wait time for a very short shuttle ride. Drivers always answer phone calls and track your flights for you. Will definitely use again.

Overall good experience.  We arrived about 3:30am. We called when we arrived and someone arrived with 15 min to let us into the parking lot and take us to the airport for when the airport opens at 4am.  The shuttle driver was friendly and helpful at the early morning hours.  When we returned from our vacation a nice young gentlemen arrived within 6 min of me calling for a shuttle.  He helped us with our bags and made good conversation with us,  welcoming us home and asking about our vacation.  The lot seemed well lit at night and secure.  I felt safe leaving my car there. No damage to my car while gone.   I would use this parking lot and shuttle service again.



Arrive early to allow yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.  The shuttles appear to hold about 6 passengers plus luggage.



I felt the parking rate was reasonable and fair.

Absolutely impressed. It was very easy to make a reservation online. I was given clear and simple instructions and when I got to the lot someone was there to open the gate. I parked and they helped load my luggage. The driver was super friendly and the ride to the airport was quick. Felt like I was leaving an old friend when I got out of the van. When I returned I called the driver and he was there in just a few minutes. This driver was also super friendly, even helped clear the snow off my car. This entire experience was great, I will absolutely use them again.
