Hi I stayed at country inn through a production I worked for few days back. The stay was comfortable, room was nice with view of the snowy backyard. Breakfast was decent I enjoyed the hot water and waffle. The front desk guy was very helpful and friendly. The shuttle ride to the airport was so convenient. I will come back again :) thank you for the warm welcome and stay !!

Many ppl here complaint about the hotel facilities but I find this hotel worth of every penny! Staff is really helpful, going above and beyond for our comfortable stay. Dev, Chris and AP were nice and awesome in their service and provide Free shuttle service. Can’t ask for more. Best wishes!

Peter & Ron provided me with express check in. When I arrived at the hotel they had all the paperwork and room ready. This was very exceptional customer service. When I book this hotel again, it will be because of these 2 great guys.

This hotel is good for a quick stay for a night if u want to catch a flight next day. They have a shuttle service too.
The manager (Apar i think I misspelled his name but he will get it ) over there is very friendly and he will make u feel comfortable and provide you all information needed nicely. Upon request he also gave us a nice room. There is indoor swimming pool as well. We did not explore much the other options but overall I felt it was good experience safe hotel no smells or nothing like that. Near by u have restaurants in a distance of 3-5miles.
They also have good breakfast.

Locations good and parking is great. The main lobby feels like they are fixing things as they go, with some modern items and others(like the carpet in the hall) showing age. The pool was nice and the hot tub borderline hot, more warm than hot but still was nice to relax in. Gym is minimal but all the machines worked. Breakfast was good and items were made and brought out quickly. Our room was fine, at first there was a smell but by the time the a/c was turned on and we came back from the pool you could t smell it anymore. Bathroom was similar to most, nothing to really say but there was no toilet paper hanger, odd. It was clean as was the room, beds seemed like new beds, soft and comfy. Fridge, microwave, dresser and a table with chair. TV was fine with many channels. There was a stain? Mark, dirty? Part on the wall by the bed that I couldn’t figure out why it was there but it wasn’t too important. Was a little worried reading some of the reviews but turned out ok, not the worst I have ever seen and nothing made us want to leave, so theres that.

The staff and airport pickup were very friendly and helpful. (You need to call for a pickup because the hotel vans can’t wait at the airport.) We got delayed at the airport, so we missed our first pick-up. Then we called for a second pickup and the hotel sent a diver right away. The rooms were clean, safe, and quiet with comfortable beds and a hot shower. The breakfast had lots of options- we enjoyed all the fresh coffee. The pool could use some upkeep/cleaning- but overall the hotel is a good value.

Myself and daughters wanted a lil getaway Where very excited about the pool ,and Jacuzzi!!! ❤️ We had the best experience ever, Staff went above, and beyond to make sure we where comfortable and had everything we needed. They sell snacks and ice cream where reasonable prices the Free breakfast was scrumptious and you where allowed to take it to the room. We where able to wash clothes and they sold detergent for very cheap. Thank you so much I definitely recommend it and will be returning again.

Hotel is in good condition for being an "airport hotel". What I mean is that the hotels that are near airports and used for airport travel, in the U.S., usually seem to be more run down and beat up. This place is pretty nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Also the drivers for the shuttle service are super friendly and helpful! Please tip them, they deserve it!

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Nice room for the price. Shuttle runs to airport very early, so great for early flights. Only issue we had was getting shuttle from airport back to hotel to pickup vehicle. Waited 45 minutes to be picked up. In the end would still recommend.

I accidentally checked out too early, but AP was very understanding and helped me out quickly and efficiently. This is my first time working over the road and he has made my trip so much less stressful. Wonderful service and a wonderful experience!

Did the park n fly,. Shuttle wasn't timely getting us to the airport but easy and quick up after we landed. Rooms could us a sanitizing. Price was right and they really helped me out when we got back to our car and it wouldn't start. Thanks for being so helpful!

Everything was great but we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. We received both without questions. Would stay again if in the area. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of towels at pool.

The price was nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were friendly. The free breakfast was good. The only complaint was the pool. The pool room smelled of mildew and/or mold. The pool water smelled fine. And the jacuzzi looked great, but we didn't use it. There were people eating in there and dropping food in it.

Great value for this hotel. It's being renovated so the laundry room is out of service. But the beds are comfy, the rooms are spacious and there are USB ports all over the room. Remember to ask for maid service, if you want it otherwise it's not happening, (the only downside to this hotel).

I recently stayed here with my wife and kids for a week! The front desk was helpful and very nice l! Our room was clean and smelled good. Also the pool and hot tub were amazing too came in handy on the 100 degree days. I spoke with one of the gentleman at the front desk I believe was a owner or manager and told him I will be returning to stay a few weeks before I leave home to florida after I finding my medical treatment. Can’t wait to be back as long as I can have the same room lol.

Bathroom wall was gross - definitely a park and fly hotel. But their service was great! On our way home, their shuttle to the airport was not available so they immediately told my husband they would send us a cab and pick up the fair. We didn't have to do a thing!

Boy oh boy where do I even begin, this stay was wonderful and in a prestige location, so you’re close to Chicago. The bed was very comfortable, no bed bugs. The gym was fantastic! The treadmills didn’t work though but I was still able to burn some calories! The staff was very friendly and breakfast in the morning was delicious. If I were to choose to stay in the Trump Tower or here I would choose here. The ratings does not do it justice. If you want to go on a prestigious vacation, go here not anywhere else. Also I’m pretty sure that this hotel has the most beautiful lobby in the whooole world and I’m not joking when I say that. CHICAGO IS AWESOME!!!!! FYI this place is great for the kids, so many fun activities like the pool, and some other stuff. make sure to do your research AND CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR NEXT STAY. Also here is a totally unrelated photo of a hot dog and fries I got in Chicago. AWESOME!!! 👍

Pretty good, no frills kind of hotel. I appreciated the free shuttle and early check-in access at a small price. You do kind of have to call in for the shuttle, but the drivers have been nice. Nice. Does have a heavy weed smell though, but the room was clean and it's a good quick place to stay.
