After seeing all the negative reviews, I feel compelled to leave a positive one because that is exactly what I had when I parked at this place last week - everything worked out perfectly. When we arrived, I found a place to park my vehicle, and in no time I was on my way to the airport in a newer shuttle with a friendly driver. On arrival, all I had to do was go to the designated spot outside of Hilton hotel and call them. They arrived in promised time and my car was ready outside for me and my family to hop in and go our way. Couldn't have expected more for the price I paid. I am sure once a while someone can have a bad experience. This is my second time parking at this place - I guess I do not remember anything negative from my first one hence I did the second time :) Just trying to be fair to this parking option which is at a very decent price and provided decent service.

Look, it’s not the Ritz, yes the office is old, but I’ve been using Pride 1-2x per year for years and they’ve always had space for my car, they’re a little cheaper than similar places, and they’ve always been nice to me - not overly nice chuckling about their day, and he-he, but nice enough. I’ve never gotten my car back with any damage nor really dirty nor less gas. When I call for pickup, they’ve said anywhere from coming now to 10-15 minutes. I’ll keep using them. Thanks Pride

Leaving a GOOD review because of all the bad reviews, and this was not the case. Left my car for a week, no scratches upon pick up. No broken tail lights or anything else.
We arrived 2 hours earlier than original pick up time and there were ZERO problems with return shuttle. Pick up directions were very clear, I don’t understand why people are having such a hard time and saying such bad things. Will 100% use again.

So I didn’t see all the bad reviews until my flight back while waiting for the shuttle to pick us up at 2 in the morning. Which made me stressed! But honestly my experience was fine. Drop off went smoothly and they picked me up within 15ish minutes of calling. Can’t really complain especially considering how cheap it was.

Had a good experience. You drop your car off and you are taken to the airport by shuttle. You should allow an additional half hour for time because others are on the shuttle with you.
The only reason I didn't give 5- stars is because my car sat out in the open instead of in a garage or underground parking for protection.

I've used Pride Parking for almost 15 years and have never had an issue with them whatsoever. Sure, prices are a bit higher than they used to be, but that's true everywhere. They've always been courteous, professional, and timely. I honestly wouldn't use anyone else for my parking needs at O'Hare!

I have parked here multiple times for varying lengths of time and have had nothing but good experiences! Check-in is super easy, never have to wait long for the shuttle, returning is easy (both shuttling back to the parking lot and having our car delivered to the terminal), can't beat the price. I'm about to book another trip with parking here, won't go anywhere else!

I always used Pride Parking when I lived in Illinois and always had excellent experiences! I cannot believe there are negative reviews. Now I live in TN, use ATL airport, and am still searching for a trusted long term parking service. I miss Pride Parking and wish you guys were in Atlanta!😀

Great service. Had a duality truck that’s hard to park in the airport area. Pride has parking behind their building. I paid to have the truck valet upon my arrival back to Chicago, called and let him know I was outside and he was already there waiting for me! Thank you for making my trip much easier!!

For years I have left my car with the folks at PRIDE. They now have different owners and it still goes well. I appreciate their care and kindness to me and for my car. Sounded weird as the parking was very cheap. Then we looked up the reviews and they were fine. They offered on demand shuttle to and from the airport and fairly quickly. The staff was really good as well. The car was handled very well -- it was parked throughout the winter storm.

They look after my car for week. They did do a great job dropping me off. A little confused on the pick- up. They want u to come to level to 2A but it the ground level. 2A Maybe state that better. All in all, great job

Everything went great for us! Don't forget cash to tip your drivers. Steve on the phone to reserve, Jose to receive the car and take us to the airport, Josh on the phone again upon our return and there to pick us up, and then Steve again had the car ready and warming up for us when we got back.
