There may be an additional charge for oversized vehicles (see information below). Please call 847-671-4000 to inquire about your large vehicle before booking.

Any Ford F250 or higher models, Chevy Silverado 2500 or larger, GMC Sierra 2500 or larger, Ram 2500 or larger, Ford Transit van, 12 or 15 passenger vans, commercial vehicles, are all considered oversize vehicles. We do not offer our parking service to any dually trucks due to the width of the rear nor do we offer parking for recreational vehicles. We do allow Mercedes Sprinters to park at an extra rate depending on the length of the vehicle, but it is highly recommended that the customer calls ahead of time. This list may not list all oversized vehicles so it is important for customers to call to verify. Also any hitches, bike racks or cargo trays on the backs of the vehicles are recommended to be removed before dropping off the vehicles due to the extra space they take up when backing a vehicle up into a spot.

IMPORTANT: Bus parking Routes Airport is prohibited.

You may get a receipt upon leaving that is a different amount than what you initially paid. Disregard it. The prepaid amount is correct.

AVOID THEM!!! Pay a few bucks extra and go somewhere else. WARNING: ONLY PARK HERE IF YOU WANT TO CHANCE DAMAGE OR THEFT TO YOUR VEHICLE THAT WON’T BE DEALT WITH! They left a 2-3 foot long gouge on my passenger side and left me to discover it! Wish I could give 0 stars. Estimates are $2000 of damage(see pictures below).



Jose the lot manager said he would pull their camera footage and it would take 48-72 hours then never called. When I called them, they are not returning calls. Putting me on hold and nobody ever picks up. Manager always on an errand. Was hoping they would be honest but looks like this is a very shady operation! Wish I had read the reviews before using them. Looks like unpaid for damaged cars and theft is a common practice.

Avoid them!!! Can't give 0 stars! They left a $2000 scratch in my Camry! They pulled the camera footage and saw they damaged my car. The manager was always on errands and wouldn't pick up. According to several other reviews this is standard practice. They regularly damage vehicles and don't answer their calls or pay for the damage.

I rarely give a bad review, but feel that you ought to know the risk of leaving your car here. I did not look at the reviews as I was not the car owner, just a visiting guest. We left the car here for about 4 days. I didn't know that it was not a park and leave lot, they actually have the keys and access to your car. I was sick that day and barely moving and left my designer purse in the car tucked under the seat, not in plain sight thinking the car would be locked and undisturbed. When we returned the purse was missing. I called and a nice woman said she would have the manager review the security video and call me. Two days later after not hearing, I called in and the guy who answered practically yelled at me for not calling in right away, until I told him that was my follow up call. He made it clear no one would be reviewing the security video (if there is one) and basically said the purse was gone, tough luck.

It is very hard to get through to them and don't bother calling the claims department. The voice mail is always full and that fellow told me that line is for rental car claims. You are better off paying more for a secure spot and I would never go there again. Look at all the other reviews where the cars are damaged. I feel lucky just having lost about $400 worth of purse and electronics.

Didn’t want to give them one stars but I have to give a start…..dropped my car off perfectly fine pick my car up there is a crack going halfway across my windshield been calling for three days with promise someone was going to call me still nothing I have some items on my keys those are missing this was a last option it will never happen again…… people looking for parking do not come here unless you want your car damaged and then being sent off best place to go O'Hare Blue Sky Parking never no problems five stars………. And if I don’t get a call back with reimbursement the police and my lawyer will be in contact with him Tired of being polite to people that think they can take your money and damage your car

Drop off was easy - park car, leave keys, fill out a form. Pick up was terrible. After a 10 minute bus to the rental center I had another 40 minute wait at the rental car center waiting for a ride from Routes. Multiple phone calls with inconsiderate staff - one time I was left indefinitely on hold. In the future, I'll use any other parking system at ORD and be happier.

Only cause they are convenient I give them three starts but some of the people that are employed there could be better. Especially over the phone.

The company is slow and the online is a scam. I booked and put specific times in and by the time I paid and reached the final screen the time out changed to 12am when my flight was leaving out of Florida 7am. I noticed when I looked the price up a week prior it was 68.75 but when I booked it was $55.00 which leaves me to believe the $13 was to make up for the difference. I do not recommend this parking facility whatsoever and I can guarantee the rentals are just as bad if not worst!!!

Booked through Expedia. If you have time before and after your flight, this is a GREAT deal.



Pros: Great price, nice vehicle and friendly staff. The shuttle guy got us to the airport very fast after we dropped off the car.

Con(s): Off site so if you are in a rush, this may not be the best option for you.

Checking in a dropping your car off was ok, but getting back a calling for shuttle is horrible, we arrived at 8:30pm called for shuttle they'll tell you wrong door to go to, then called them back and they hung up, called again and was sent off again. Finally at 9:50 was to catch cta shuttle to car returns..After you do that you have to wait for them to come which was 1045 knowing they closed at 11.. They'll never get a damn dime out of me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. AND WHOEVER WORKS NIGHT SHIFT ON SUNDAYS NEEDS TO BE FIRED

Absolutely terrible. We arrived to drop off our car and there was no directions or employees to help us for at least five minutes. After we were directed to go inside, we waited for twenty minutes just to be told to drop off a piece of paper on the table. They offered us free airport shuttle there but when we came back from our vacation, they said they cannot pick us up from the airport, only a lot that was outside of the airport so they lied and promoted false advertisement saying they can take you to and from the airport. We ended up paying $30 for an Uber to take us to get our car because we would have to take a bus to the lot they “only” pick people up from.

Routes Airport parking is the WORST!! This company should no longer be an option for park ride and fly customers. They only had one shuttle running that took over 50 minutes to return to the parking facility. This made us have to call an uber so we wouldn't miss our flight. The staff was rude and kept telling us 15 more minutes, then finally admitted they were not able to reach the driver and had no clue when he would return. The staff asked if we were calling an uber, which I thought she was offering to do since it was no fault of our own that there driver had been gone almost an hour. To my surprise she was offended that I would think she would call us an uber and began to yell and berate us. The manager stood by and watched and NEVER intervened of asked his employee to stop yelling and being rude to the customer. I will NEVER use this facility again. RESERVATION #:2223098

I was skeptical due to reviews but I seen 2 positive reviews and this awesome price, I took a chance and thought positive. No regrets. I drop my car off, staff was ready to take us to the airport, no wait. Coming back from airport we took shuttle to rental car area then routes staff got us from there In 4 min literally. I called told them I was headed to the rental area so they can be leaving out.Got to my car it looked the same no issues, nothing out of place. Pulled right off. No hassle. I'll go here again. They don't take cash.

No stars. Do not use this company. They are unprofessional. They kept hanging up on us when calling for a ride back. We told them that there were a lot of people waiting for a ride and they refused to send two vans. When the driver pulled up, he allowed everyone to tush over my small children to fight for a spot on the van. The driver was rude as ever and so dumb founded. They are absolutely the worst company ever. DO NOT USE THEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Have used this place twice now and have always had a good experience with the drivers, super nice! Also it's like a valet so you don't have to park your car or get it, they do it all for you and take the snow off and even offer a $6 car wash before pick up.

PRICES ARE INLINE WITH ALL THE OTHER OFFSITE PARKING LOTS ABOUT $10 DAY, THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT YOU ARE DROPPED OFF AT THE RENTAL CAR CENTER, THAT IS 1.5 MILES AWAY FROM TERMINAL, AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER BUS TO GET TO TERMINAL. ADD 20 MINUTES TO SHUTTLE TIME, JUST PARK AT OTHER LOTS , SAME PRICE, 1 SHUTTLE RIGHT TO TERMINAL

I searched for the cheapest parking lot nearest to the O'Hare Airport, and this was it. I paid 38 bucks for 3 days...so that was a plus.



1. The driver was absolutely friendly



2. He practiced safe Social Distancing and loaded our luggage (after sanitizing his hands in front of us).



3. He was there at the Parking lot to pick us up within minutes, I even watched him double back for a lady that wasn't waiting in the right spot.



I don't know why they have so many bad reviews; but my experience with them was amazing. Nothing was missing, nothing was damaged, and my car was warmed up and waiting for me.



I'm using this service again (once this crazy Co-Vid 19 slows down or something). Thanks for everything guys!

We have used Routes for all of our travel up to this point. We have recommended them to family friends. The service we received on November 21, 2020 was horrific. It was very difficult to get them to answer the phone when we returned. After calling more than five times I had to use a Nother phone so they could not recognize the number. We have been given several different wait Times none of them were accurate. We would not recommend using Routes with its current personal. Management needs to address this issue.

This company will allow their employees steal from your car. Especially if its items the think you can't report. I give them 2 stars just because they kept my car. But again their employees steal and they do absolutely nothing about it. Smh

Had to wait to long for the shuttle so we ubered instead. Got there and every body that works there hates their job and it shows. they have no hospitality and got frustrated with us over the simplest confusion. Only reason to we parked there was because park and fly next door was full. They KNOW they are the worst Parking lot at O’Hare and they literally don’t care. Don’t park here. Go to park n fly instead

3rd time using them for Ohare parking. Cheap rates, car has never been damaged. Only had a problem the 1st time when it took over 30min for a shuttle to drop me off at airport. I ended up taking an Uber. I'm still not sure why it took so long being that the airport is less than a 5 min drive. Other than that 1 time everything was great

Attentive workers here. Quick drop off and pick up to/from ORD. Truck was returned in same condition as I dropped it off. Good pricing too
