How does the Routes shuttle get you to O'Hare's terminals, and where does it pick you up?
Routes' own website publishes nothing about its shuttle. The lot's section of its Way listing says the free shuttle runs 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes or on request. The lot is 2.1 miles straight-line from O'Hare's map point, and the driving route is longer.
O'Hare's official shuttle page says all hotel and off-airport parking shuttle pickups have moved from the Bus Shuttle Center to the Terminal 2 Arrivals curbside, and that some shuttles still pick up at Terminal 5, so ask the provider. The Routes pickup text on Way still sends people to the Bus and Shuttle Center for Terminals 1, 2 and 3, which is out of date by the airport's account. Way also lists the lot as 0.5 miles from ORD, which does not match the 2.1-mile straight-line figure.
