Check in was a breeze! It is valet parking... just drive up, unload your bags and give the keys to an attendant (ours was friendly and very helpful considering it was our first time using WallyPark). The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and there were snacks and water available... as well as clean bathrooms! Had to wait about five minutes for a shuttle to the airport. The driver was VERY nice and helpful... I wish I would have gotten her name... she was outstanding.
When we returned to OHare and got our bags I called WallyPark to let them know we were there (as they advised us to do). We just followed the signs to the shuttle pickup area. One was full and just leaving when we got there, but we only had to wait 5-10 minutes for another one. The driver was also pleasant and helped unload the bags when we returned to WallyPark. Checkout was easy (they honored the fare we got through a third party site... I just gave a copy of the reservation email to the attendant when we first got there) and our car was ready and waiting for us... it was even washed!
Our experience was very positive! I had never heard of them prior to our trip, but I would definitely use them again. It was a lot cheaper than parking at the airport and was very easy and stress-free overall... and I thought the staff was professional and friendly.

Very easy! Drop off was a breeze. The directions to the shuttle were spot on. Pick up was great! I didn't properly print out my Groupon receipt, the lady behind the counter walked me through it and chatted nicely while we worked it out. My car was waiting in a stall at the front of the building. Would recommend freely

We have always had great luck parking here. Download the app and book through it. Sometimes prices are cheaper and by booking online all you have to do is grab your keys and go when you get back. You also get a free day of parking for signing up. Also make sure you text them your ticket number when your plane lands. Our car has always been ready when we got back to the lot

Great service and friendly staff. When we arrived the shuttle was there already so there was no wait time and when our plane landed the shuttle was waiting so no wait time again. The shuttle service itself was poorly driven and very rough. When we got to Wally the car was quickly retreived and we quickly checked out. Very nice staff. She even offered us coffee and water!

You simply pull your car up to the valet, go inside and check in. They will park your car and load your bags onto the shuttle. The airport is only a few minutes away and the shuttle will take you to the airport terminal you are flying out of. When you return, you text them upon landing, claim your bags, and go to the shuttle pickup area. If the shuttle isn't there it usually shows up within a few minutes. When you get back to the lot they will have your keys ready for you. They are very efficient!

I parked at wally park for the first time , the prices are a bit high but am glad i met this nice gentleman Noah , who helped me out a lot . i have read and heard quite a few remarks about wally park , but people like Noah are the reason i will continue to use wally park and recommend it to my friends . wally park should be blessed to have such a professional , kind and caring employee like Noah.

We arrived at 5:45 in the morning, there was a bit of a line to check in but it went quickly. We then waited less than five minutes for the shuttle to the airport. On our return we texted and the shuttle was waiting for us when we came out. Our luggage was put on board. When we arrived at the garage there was a shuttle ahead of us so the driver got out and carried our luggage in for us. The check out was smooth as well. Then the gentleman that got our car had it warmed up and cleaned off the windows as it was a snow day. The customer service was excellent, we would surely recommend this parking garage.

I always use Wally Park. Very convenient and close to the airport. Simply drop your vehicle off, get on the shuttle, and off you go. On the return trip, text them that your back, catch the shuttle and your vehicle is waiting for you. Using the app is just as easy. Highly recommend.

I've used WallyPark several times and had no issues. Each time the wait for the shuttle was under 10 minutes, sometimes much quicker. I appreciate that it is valet and they clean snow off your car if necessary.

Overall I think this is a great option for people. The rate is reasonable around $12 per day. Great for those who did not want to park within the airport for $35. The shuttle runs every 5 minutes which takes you to the airport very quickly so it makes you only spend an extra 10 to 15 minutes more than driving straight to the airport . they also have snacks at the service counter for customers which is very nice . In general is where it's well worth the money for the service again . the employee at the company told me that they do not cover any damages to the car if something were to happens to my car in Wallypark. Not sure if he was correct but luckily nothing happened to my car.
