Excellent location and well maintained. Great park and ride! The valet aspect it can be a real time saver.
I always use Wally Park. Very convenient and close to the airport. Simply drop your vehicle off, get on the shuttle, and off you go. On the return trip, text them that your back, catch the shuttle and your vehicle is waiting for you. Using the app is just as easy. Highly recommend.
I was surprised at how long I had to wait before dropping off and picking up my car. The lines weren't more than 2 people long, but it was a very slow process both ways. I did valet parking, and it had snowed and iced while I was gone. I assumed that my front windshield would be cleared off, especially since they had to bring my car down to me. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the car to warm up enough to get the ice scraped off. Not sure how they drove my car without looking out the front window.
Great drivers both going and coming back but disappointing that the car wasn't pulled up and/or warming up like other nearby garages do for pretty much the same charge. We had to trudge through the snow to put our luggage in the trunk. That little extra would be a nice touch for weary travelers returning from a trip. Or at the least offer that as an add on. I would have paid it.
Friendly service but had to wait 1hr 45 minutes to get picked back up after sending text. That was last time using them. Now just parked myself in the Airport lot and walk in to building, much much faster and cheaper.
Easy in and out. Great service and staff.
My go-to parking for O'Hare, every time. Friendly, fast, and SUPER convenient to the terminal.
Love this for when im going out of town..they have an shuttle hus to take u and from airport
Fast and reliable service. Shuttles have always been on time and recommend the Valet service to everyone I know!
You pay more but get less. Park somewhere else. The driver when going to the airport was not ready to take us and told us we should have been there a few mins earlier. He then waited 15 more minutes before pulling off because he had to fill paperwork out. After arriving back, we waited 25 mins for the bus to arrive then the bus shook violently the whole ride back. The driver was reckless on top of that. While waiting other offsite car parking companies constantly had vehicles going through for pick up. What’s the point of texting. I have done off site parking companies many times and this was THE WORST!
I have been a frequent customer and used to recommend Wally Park to colleagues and friends. But I am extremely disappointed lately. After a long week of business travel I just want to get home quickly. I cannot understand why shuttles stop at the international terminal when there is nobody there to pickup. You should ask customers what terminal they plan to be picked up so you don’t have to waste everyone’s time!
On top of that rates have nearly doubled seemingly overnight. Now it’s faster and less expensive to park at the O’hare economy lot. What a shame.
Editing prior rating due to significantly increased wait times for pickup. Shuttle frequency that has lagged significantly since about March 2019. Over my last 5-10 trips, specifically on the return/pick up at terminal, wait times have been 20-30 minutes. I will be looking for alternative options.
Over the winter months, when I first started using the service, these guys did an excellent job. In the snow, rain, and ice in Chicago. On a particularly cold morning (-22°F), the staff went and jump started my car despite the cold. Many thanks to those folks for that.
Unfortunately, service has been below standard as of late.
I parked at wally park for the first time , the prices are a bit high but am glad i met this nice gentleman Noah , who helped me out a lot . i have read and heard quite a few remarks about wally park , but people like Noah are the reason i will continue to use wally park and recommend it to my friends . wally park should be blessed to have such a professional , kind and caring employee like Noah.
I've used WallyPark for a number of years now. My experience with the Milwaukee branch has been great - I wish I could say the same about Chicago O'Hare.
When I landed at 10a this morning, I sent the texts with my ticket number but never received a response. I called the customer service number and was told that the driver just left. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called again, I was told that I needed to be patient because they only had one shuttle running.
ONE SHUTTLE ... FOR CHICAGO O'HARE ... COVERING DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS FOR BOTH INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC!
Returned to a dead car. This was off because I never had an issue with my car battery randomly dying. When I asked why my car was dead and if it was left on the radio or if lights were left on I was told they did nothing to my car and it came that way. That was a horrible answer to give a customer returning from a trip and also a dumb response since they valet park your vehicle so obviously something was left on. I signed a waiver for them to jump it then we drove two hours to get home. I went to turn on my car on an hour later and the battery was dead again. We went from a perfectly fine battery on a newer vehicle to a mysteriously shot battery after leaving it there. We ended up purchasing a new one. I understand batteries come and go but this situation was very odd and the way the employee spoke to me I would never recommend the Chicago location. I even requested to speak to the manager but she kept saying he was in a place he was not and I definitely went looking for him. Since I couldn't speak to him there I called as soon as we left and guess what he answered. I told him about my concerns and the customer service and he eventually said he'd send me a voucher but I will not be using it.
We have always had great luck parking here. Download the app and book through it. Sometimes prices are cheaper and by booking online all you have to do is grab your keys and go when you get back. You also get a free day of parking for signing up. Also make sure you text them your ticket number when your plane lands. Our car has always been ready when we got back to the lot
Merge with another company half the staff with double the customers. Took two hours to get my car. Not cleared off and not warm at all.
Coming was great! But getting in from an already delayed flight was by far the WORST!!!!..There was a 3 hour wait...YEAH I SAID IT...3!!WHO DOES THAT?? We understand the weather and all...but preparation is key....there was ONE guy looking for cars and one working at the desk...above all..the BOSS was hiding in the back. No apology for the inconvenience at minimum. Customer service rating..below zero..like our Chicago weather...sorry not sorry...but level up WALLYPARK...
