Stayed here for a night since I had a layover in Chicago. Good location for shopping and dining. Great access to the Blue Line CTA to get you to downtown if you want to go there. The room was good. Nothing too fancy but enough for a good nights sleep.

There was an issue with the third party I used to book my rooms with but the customer service was excellent in helping me get through with that third party. On top of that room service was quick and top quality. Finally, there was an extra charge to my card and not even after a 7 min call everything was nicely settled. Top quality hotel and will probably come back again!

Crowne Plaza is a great hotel to stay at during conventions, it's not connected to the con center like some of the others in the area but it's not a very far walk at all.

For an overnight stay, it was a good one! The hotel provided a comfortable and safe place to get some much needed rest. Special shout-out to the front desk staff Mira Camacho for his gracious manner in checking us in

Room was genuinely fine, kind staffs but very noisy. I couldn't sleep well because of noise from outside. Very old unpleasant smell from heater. It should be cleaned before Winter. Found this out just try to change from cooljng to heating.

No microwaves in the rooms. Sandwiches and salads from the cafe are super overpriced. Breakfast buffet is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had really good experience during our family stay in the hotel couple days ago. Originally, we have booked the hotel for 3 days and added one extra day after the flight was delayed. The room was clean , nothing fancy but everything is suitable for good sleep and rest. Nice and clean swimming pool. The front desk lady was polite and very welcoming. We would most definitely stay here again. I want to add that we had to pay for parking lot $25 per day but it was not mentioning while I was booking the hotel.
