We had really good experience during our family stay in the hotel couple days ago. Originally, we have booked the hotel for 3 days and added one extra day after the flight was delayed. The room was clean , nothing fancy but everything is suitable for good sleep and rest. Nice and clean swimming pool. The front desk lady was polite and very welcoming. We would most definitely stay here again. I want to add that we had to pay for parking lot $25 per day but it was not mentioning while I was booking the hotel.

The night managers and GM, not so much. So many felt mistreated and unsafe by your drastic measures. It’s unfortunate for the good hardworking staff that we won’t be back next year for this convention nor ever for personal travel either.
More like clown plaza …wish I could put half of one start, I was there last weekend and the service was horrible( minus housekeeping and the young man at the desk)
I asked if I could have them hold my luggage the girl at the desk said yes but the man who I was suppose to hand them to got upset and said “put them in your car” he got even more upset when I told him I didn’t bring one and replied “how did you even get here ugh” to add on I asked if I could extend my stay for an extra hour the older women at the desk and I didn’t mind paying more she didn’t even let me finish my question and replied with a snarky remark. To make it better the hotel manager cancelled the event Saturday night because “people are too loud”
The room was alright but the fridge was terrible it was humid and the temp just got lower!
I’m sorry but if you plan on getting a hotel for a convention 11/10 recommend another place.
Stayed here for a night since I had a layover in Chicago. Good location for shopping and dining. Great access to the Blue Line CTA to get you to downtown if you want to go there. The room was good. Nothing too fancy but enough for a good nights sleep.
There was an issue with the third party I used to book my rooms with but the customer service was excellent in helping me get through with that third party. On top of that room service was quick and top quality. Finally, there was an extra charge to my card and not even after a 7 min call everything was nicely settled. Top quality hotel and will probably come back again!
The girlfriend and I booked this for 1 night on Saturday June 12th 2021. The main reason we booked was cause of the size of their pool. We called on Friday to see if the pool was open and they said yes. Saturday night we check in and we go to the pool and it was closed. The pool was also closed on Sunday morning. After speaking to management and trying to get a refund they told us that they were offering refunds before check in . No one told us the pool was closed before check in . They did nothing to remedy the problem other than saying sorry..
Not very clean..... we were told that room service was available but found out upon arrival that it wasn’t!!!!! We went for a staycation! Ok room service and swimming for the kids was a must and on the second day of our stay the pool was out of service!!!!!!!!!! Not once did the hotel try to at least make our stay a little better ! We just heard a lot of excuses.! We ended up switching hotels and are very happy now.! Will NOT recommend and will NOT be going back !
Never go to a hotel who have reckless employees that don't check on their department s why would you leave the fridge open you were looking at the cameras you need to be sued
1 star for cleaning, and 1 for a soft bed. They charge $25 for parking and that is not on the listing. The parking area is also very far from the door. Not handicap friendly. They dont have breakfast according to the front desk. They dont even make coffee. The coffee in the room doesn't have a stir stick in it. ONE microwave for the entire hotel. They closed the pool. Was told it flooded. It's an indoor pool. Bed linens are 1 sheet, and one thin blanket. Room is dated and not very well lit. Outlets on the bedside lamp are broken. Had to buy a power strip. This mid level "luxury" hotel is terrible. Dont waste your time or money. Worst IHG hotel I have ever been to. I have had better guest services from a super 8 i stayed at for as a last resort.
the beds are comfy and amenities are good? What about a 19 year old guest who allegedly wondering the hallways alone and intoxicated then stumbles in a double cooler/freezer then dies from the freezing cold? Why this was dismissed as an accident immediately without any forensic or crime protocols, ill never understand.
Then theres staff allowing 25 plus guests in a room drinking, smoking, loud music all hours...And the owners are into some bad stuff i heard so maybe do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

I rate this hotel a ZERO! what they did to kenneka September 2017 is pure evil. Justice for her. This hotel shouldn’t be standing. Please save some time and don’t book here.
The hotel was nice, parking sucked but that’s normal. What really upset me was the fact they would not give my daughter a breakfast ticket. Our stay included “free breakfast” turns out not really. Free for adults,
