Park N Jet (ORD)

I was nervous due to other reviews but I was able to park my own car, kept my keys so that stress was gone. Then I left a small bag with my cpap on the shuttle when returning (miscommunication between the two of us) I called and they had it, put my name on it and I drove back the next morning and got it back. Overall a great experience.

My family has used park n jet since I was a baby (now 23) we love them! Additionally last night we got back from a vacation, my boyfriend and myself. We had some issues during our trip with our debit/credit cards so after arriving back to get our car we had the same issues. But the man at the gate was incredibly sweet and patient with us! After trying many many times (probably 35 min) we got everything figured out. Grateful for the wonderful people that work there!

Also for people saying that there personal stuff was touched or moved, don’t be the idiot that leaves there keys behind or with the attendant…be smart, take them with you and oh yea, lock your car!😂

Always fast and efficient! I've even added the detailing a few times and was very pleased!

This is super convenient. It's close to the airport and the shuttle was ready for us when we needed it. It was -5 degree when we returned, but they started our car and it was idling when we got there so it was nice and warm. Great service!

Reserving was easy (do it through their website and not anywhere else) and just show up, park and wait for the airport shuttle. Simple and convenient. When you return for your vehicle just pay and drive off. Done.

Nice job with the car parking. No damage to our vehicle. Their shuttle was very convenient. The service was friendly. I couldn't get through with the phone number we had on our return and so took a taxie. But, aside from that, it was a good place to park.

You would think you'd be getting five-star limo service with how great, fast and convenient their service is.



I had to find a good third-party lot since O'Hare closed their budget lots one week, and I at least heard the name "Park N Jet" before. I pull in and immediately get serviced by a friendly person that prices me up-front and directs me to a drop-off zone within a few minutes. The bus was right there and ready to go, so I was able to leave my car right there and get on the bus. I was already an hour late, so to do all of that in the span of five minutes was a godsend. The bus wastes very little time getting you to what terminal you need to go to.



Coming back, all I had to do was call the number on the card they gave me and give the number on the ticket. They SOMEHOW get a bus there in less than five minutes, even though you'd have to take the highway to get there usually. The bus driver was also really nice to talk to. I get back to Park N Jet in under ten minutes, and my car is already started and cooled off. I pull up, pay the price they gave me before and head out in two minutes.



I don't know if it's just me, but it seems impossible for it to be THAT simple while being incredibly friendly. I might just opt for this over the actual O'Hare lots from now on.

Easy reservation required a 10 dollar deposit. Got there at 6am and immediately transferred to bus waited a few minutes to fully load and quickly arrived at terminal 1. Hope return goes well.

They do regular pick ups and won't leave you stranded. Great places to park

THANK YOU!!!! We returned from 12 day trip overseas . . . and had a flat tire, in the rain. These guys got a portable air compressor, got the tire filled and were so helpful. Parking was close to OHare, shuttle was great. Service - over the top.

Just WOW! I tried this business for the first time this week and loved it. They are fast, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and so EASY! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Park N Jet will be my new go-to place for sure!

Got us to the airport quickly and picked us up quickly. The only problem was the guy swiped my credit card too many times. However, he was very apologetic and sincere.

This is the best way to park your car. They will shuttle you to the airport. Just make sure that you call ahead to make a reservation.

I use them every time I fly out of o hare. My car is safe when there ! Shuttle drivers are always friendly! And most.important I never wait long.for shuttles to the airport and to pick me up. Highly recommend

I am from a small country called Belarus from the hero city Minsk! I don't speak English very well, BUT... At the parking lot, I was greeted like a native. I calmly parked my car.(But I reserved a seat in advance through the company's website, it's very convenient!) The company's minibus picked me up in three minutes, I was surprised myself! And this is at four o'clock in the morning! And fifteen minutes later I was at O'Hare Airport. It's Alexander again. As I said earlier, I used the new parking lot for the first time, and! - I was not mistaken! While I was flying to Seattle, my Chrysler Town Country supercar lived quietly in the parking lot all day. But! It's all right! O'Hara returned to Chicago around 12 a.m., calmly contacted the parking lot (texted the number indicated on the ticket) - I attach a photo of the ticket to the review! I was told that I would soon be picked up from the Shuttle Bus Center. I easily found door No. 1 in accordance with the instructions given in the ticket, our minibus arrived seven minutes later (photo). In the parking lot, my car was in perfect order (I didn't leave the key to anyone from the security, I took it with me). The guard was in a great mood, we were still joking with him about my car. "I usually drive a Porsche," I said. - I paid the remaining amount for parking and went home. They were quick, affordable, friendly and efficient . Easy fast pick up and drop off shuttle. We parked at the outside one and it was there during snow and subzero temperatures. The driver got out and scraped the snow off our car for us

Just used ParkNJet for the first time at O’Hare, will definitely be using them again. They are far superior to using the airports outer lots and the guys that run the shuttles are just so nice too.

great parking spot. staff was friendly, on time for airport pickup and had our car ready to go. when we initially got there, it was a little busy, but they valeted our parking at no extra cost and the wait was only a few minutes. will definitely park here again, if needed.

I was a little nervous leaving my car here after reading the reviews but I had a really smooth experience! Dropped my car off, shuttle to the airport took off right away. Quickly picked me up when I landed and had my car turned on waiting and ready to go. Would definitely use again.

Parked here many times - cheaper, faster and safer than O'Hare. It can fill up so reserve your spot early. Also, watch out for the red light cameras that Schiller Park has put up at all of the key intersections in the area. I just got a $100 fine in the mail.

This is a great spot, I highly recommend it. You can make your reservation online or by phone. Have your time and date of departure and return ready. You have a shuttle service to and from the airport. Once you return payment is due. Great place!

I use this place twice. It is 15 minutes from the airport . They take you to the airport and pick you up. If you make reservations online it is cheaper. I tried to call it last week but no one answered the phone

I had a good experience coming and going. I booked on line. Little steep 200 for 6 days off site parking but seems like parking might be hard to find. First time going to O'Hare so didn't want to risk it. Both drivers were good no wait going and coming back bus was already there. We traveled mid day so probably helped read reviews about having to wait but our experience was good.

Most accommodating airport parking I’ve ever experienced. They were kind and understanding when we had some issues with getting our rental car sorted out down the road. Park here.

Friendly staff. Quick pick up upon return. 4 days of parking cost us $108 per car which to me is very over priced.

We made a last minute reservation because literally all of the long term parking at O'Hare was full. We pulled in, left our car running with the keys in it, the driver threw our bags in the shuttle, and we were off to the airport within five minutes. After being initially nervous about missing our international flight, the quick turnaround of the shuttle got us there with plenty of time to spare.



When we landed, the shuttle was at the pickup location ready to go before we were, and our car was waiting, running, warm, and ready by the entrance when we pulled out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking for ten days was $175, which is a bargain when you consider how little walking we had to do to get back! Highly recommended.
