In July we had an early morning reservation. The place was totally dark and locked when we arrived. After looking on line we found that they were no longer open 24/7 and the facility would not be open for over 1 hour. The reservation had only been made a few days prior so I'm not sure how this allowed to happen in the first place. We didn't have time to wait that long so we parked across the street. When we returned home we noticed the building was still dark during mid-day and part of the building was actually boarded up now . I was able to get my money back, and even if they do reopen for business I'll never park there again. It was my go-to for a very long time but they had undergone many changes for the worse in the last few years. I hung on, even with the bad/slow service, since you didn't have to bother with the transportation center by parking with them, but now I'd give zero stars if possible. BTW, we were very happy with the lot directly across the street from them.
This parking facility was recommended by a family member who uses this place a few times when leaving their vehicle in Chgo. We tried it and NO problems! Easy access to airport and pick up service. Our vehicle was returned in what we felt: Good care
We had the WORST experience ever with the desk lady JANET. NEVER book this car parking company in Chicago. To clarify it is the “Easy Airport Parking Chicago O’Hare.”
First of all, when landing back in Chicago O’Hare from your trip you’re suppose to call the company to notify the shuttle. When we did this, the lady named Janet answered the phone and when asked if we had our luggage I said, “yes, we are grabbing it from the carousel now.” She replies with, “ No. You do not call me unless that luggage is in your hands,” then hung the phone up on me. Immediately after this call, we had our luggage off the carousel and so I proceeded to call her back. She answered and finally said “okay shuttle is on its way,” & hung up again.
Second part of the night with Janet: we called in advance to book our parking & a man named “Mike” (no last name was given) said he would let us pay $75 for a week to park there & the instructions were to tell the front desk lady, Janet this when we were picking up the car on our way back. We did this & Janet literally started yelling at us to pay $90 because she works with three “mikes” & refuses to give us the deal we were promised.
It was the worst customer service my family & I have had & it really stressed us even more than traveling already does.
The drivers were great, we only had issues with Janet. Highly suggest parking at “Preflight.”
This was actually Lyft/Avis rental
While I have nothing good or bad to say about Avis. Lyft is a joke, they rip off customers as well as employees. The saving Grace would have been better pricing than Uber. They lose there also. If you drive for them they steal from your account. The communication is awful. They lie and avoid you. It's all about them getting what they want don't do it. All you'll get from Lyft is the run around. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

bad experience. After returning from my trip I waited over an hour for the pick-up shuttle, after calling repeatedly and no one answering I had to take an uber to the car lot. To find that the receptionist was in the back asleep. She told me she would give me credit for 1 day and would send me a confirmational email. I still have not received anything.
Worst service ever! Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone. We had a reservation for a mini van for 7 people and instead they gave us a car for 5 people. Weren’t prepared at all and we had to go from one location to another to find our car. Not only did we get the wrong car they upgraded the price without our permission. On our way we tried to cancel the upgrade and explain the situation but instead on the phone they were rude and unprofessional and told us to go back when we were already on our way. First and last time ever renting a car from here, truly don’t recommend this place !!!!!!!
Unfortunately I have to give one star, I drive a Jaguar XF & these idiots left my car running apparently they don’t know about push starts! So After six days of vacationing I come back to a dead car with absolutely no gas! WTF! So I had to call AAA to No avail their battery packs were dead! I’m fuming at this point! No apologies, however one midnight worker said let me try so he jumped me, I got gas & I’m still trying to reach management after four days! Stay away! Then they had no shuttle service that night either. Short of drivers smh!
Honest and fast!
I recently used this company for a trip and I will be using them again.. I had items stolen from another company a few years ago and we discovered my son left his AirPods on his seat as well as my headphones and $100 cash right in the console. 😩
We were in a hurry and were careless and I figured it would be gone. I know that we shouldn’t expect that things would be gone but because of our past experiences with another place thought it would be. We were relieved when we found everything was there and safe.. I appreciate this honest company and guarantee I will use them for all my travels from now on.
In addition to this the drivers are so helpful and the lady we had was hysterical!! Made the day so much better!
The service was fantastic. Courteous and professional staff was pleasant to work with. Easy to find and very close to the airport and Interstate. Only place available during recent trip over spring break. Glad I found this place because I will use it every time I fly out.
Great price. Good friendly service. Had our car waiting even when we were 90 min late arriving from O'Hare.
