We had a wonderful stay. Tatiana is amazing and so helpful, she was gracious and helpful every time we needed something or came down with questions. We got there hours before check in but she made sure she got us in as quickly as possible and took care of her luggage. The restaurant had a great breakfast but would be nice if it was open all day long, a few times we would have gone for brunch/lunch but they close at 11, however every time we ran in at 11 for coffee they were happily accommodating! The pool and sauna was clean, however the hot tub could use a refresh, the jets were very weak! The shuttle to and from the airport is super convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for mine and my Husbands week long mini honeymoon trip to Toronto, and I can honestly say it did not disappoint! Such an amazing experience, the pool was a tad colder, but the hot tub was super nice, and the customer service was absolutely amazing! The walls are super thin though so just keep that in mind! But all in all it was a great place to stay and I would definitely come back again! The restaurant does not have any air conditioning though, which I feel like they should invest in, as we were sweating during our dinners but that can be fixed with a heat pump or an air conditioning unit!

This hotel for decorating, is maybe not a five out of five, only because it's not super modern or newly renovated kind of feel. However, everything about this hotel is everything that you need.It is very tidy and very clean. The beds are super comfortable and everything you need in your hotel room.Is there. Very close to restaurants to the airport and there is plenty of parking. I highly recommend this hotel. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's worth it on the inside!

Best stay i experienced in my live. Clean and fresh smelling room unlike other hotels. Room was furnished with all you need like fridgefrezzer, microwave, safe, coffeemaker and heated bathroom with shower. Cleaning team just awesome . Make your stay refreshing.

Conveniently close to the airport. Airport shuttle is on call. Unfortunately a little far on foot to any grocery store but all in all good place to stay. The restaurant offers food up to 11pm, take out and room service incl.. All in all good place for a short stay. Rooms are also equipped with anything you might need.

I've stayed in a few hotels for the last few days and this one has a bunch of benefits: the parking isn't outrage, the cosmetics of the lobby and area are wonderful. The canteen is very well priced and the rooms look lovely and modern. They have a coffee machine, ice bucket microwave and mini fridge.
The walls are quite thin between the times. We had just arrived and we could hear almost every word. That makes me slightly uncomfortable knowing I don't have audible privacy. Not a big deal.
The lounge is very unique and the staff are wonderful. They were very friendly and accommodating. I just hope our antics were more entertaining than frustrating.
Traveling and being away from home makes you a little silly once you get to relax

Room is good and clean. Quite noisy when aircrafts flew over. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is great close to the airport and the free airport shuttle provided is the main reason we stayed here.
Disappointed that the fund deposit hold taken from my credit card has not been released after 12 days we have checked out from the hotel.... and still waiting for it as I write this review.

Nice clean rooms. it's all industrial around the hotel so there weren't any convenience stores. I chose this hotel because a) it's has staff at all hours unlike weird specialty inns and, b) it was close to the airport. We used the airport shuttle and the driver was so great, friendly, helped us figure out where we were going. Super nice guy. The other staff were pleasant, very busy and business oriented though, but that's fine, that's what I like. It was a good price for the room as well. BTW the planes fly really low over the rooftop of the hotel and I was worried that might keep us awake. We were on the 4th floor and I didn't hear any planes flying overhead, slept like a rock.

My parents recently stayed at this property during their 18-hour layover before flying to Edmonton from India, and weāre so thankful for the wonderful experience they had!
After a long international journey, they were warmly welcomed and taken care of with genuine hospitality. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which made things so convenient for them.
Despite the language barrier and not having a credit card for the security deposit, the staff were incredibly understanding. As an exception, they allowed a cash deposit and returned it without any hassle at checkout ā a small gesture that made a big difference.
A special thank you to the young lady working the 3ā11 pm shift ā she went above and beyond with her kindness and professionalism. Her patience and customer service truly stood out and made my parents feel comfortable and supported.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service, especially for elderly or international travelers. Thank you again for making their stay so smooth and memorable!

Iām here to speak to the amazing service from Sheila at the Flight Path restaurant. I stayed for night before my flight and was happy of the convince of the resturaunt on property but it was packed! Every table was full as many people had canceled flights, it was clear that this was an unexpected busy night. Iām pretty sure Shelia served that entire restaurant on her own with a smile on her face the entire time! She was so kind warm and so welcoming to everyone she served while she had her hands full doing one million different things. It is absolutely people like her that make the hospitality industry go round and embody true service, even in the most stressful of times. Thank you Sheila!

My solution for exorbitant Toronto hotel prices. The Best Western Premier is an older hotel, that has been refreshed, with pleasant service. It's location, despite being under the YYZ flight path, is ideal - only a 9 minute shuttle ride to Terminal 1 or 3, and to the GO Train to Union Station. Staff were very warm and friendly. The hotel is also walking distance to many good restaurants. There is also a good fitness center, sauna and pool on the lower level.

The hotel room was very clean. The staff was helpful and welcoming. The shuttle service to the airport was on time, fast and reliable. Just give them a call to reserve or to come pick you up at the terminal. UP train at the airport makes it easy to go downtown for the day and back in the evening. The restaurant inside the hotel has very affordable prices and the food is good. I had a room on the 5th and last floor, right under the flight path of the runways, but could barely hear the planes flying over. There's a covered parking for 15$ a day. This is one of the best hotel I stayed in the Toronto airport area and I would definitely go again!

This hotel is close to the airport which means you can the take the UP Express from T1 and be downtown in 30 minutesā¦ with no traffic or parking. Free shuttle from hotel to airport is an absolute bonus.

We werenāt checking into the St.āÆRegis or the Four Seasonsājust a local airport hotel the night before our flight. But from the moment we arrived, it was clear this place understands service.
We checked in around 10:30 PM and didnāt expect much. Instead, we were warmly welcomed by the kindest front desk associate who offered a complimentary upgrade, a food and beverage credit, and, most importantly, truly cared about our experience.
The room was spotless and impressively stocked with toiletriesāsuch a pleasant surprise.
It was our first stay with BWP, and while Iām not yet a loyalty member, Iām leaving seriously impressed. All thanks to the incredible Front Desk Team.

Clean and efficient hotel with very welcoming staff. The location is directly under the flight path of landing aircraft so don't expect a quiet stay. The pool and saunas are clean and well maintained but definitely dated.
The restaurant has good opening hours and service is just as friendly and welcoming as you'll find at the front desk. Options are varied and reasonably priced.
Shuttle service to and from the airport is very convenient.
Despite the noisy planes overhead, I would stay here again; renovated rooms with nice floors and furnishings make for a pleasant stay for a few nights.
