I have been a frequent customer and used to recommend Wally Park to colleagues and friends. But I am extremely disappointed lately. After a long week of business travel I just want to get home quickly. I cannot understand why shuttles stop at the international terminal when there is nobody there to pickup. You should ask customers what terminal they plan to be picked up so you don’t have to waste everyone’s time!
On top of that rates have nearly doubled seemingly overnight. Now it’s faster and less expensive to park at the O’hare economy lot. What a shame.
Editing prior rating due to significantly increased wait times for pickup. Shuttle frequency that has lagged significantly since about March 2019. Over my last 5-10 trips, specifically on the return/pick up at terminal, wait times have been 20-30 minutes. I will be looking for alternative options.
Over the winter months, when I first started using the service, these guys did an excellent job. In the snow, rain, and ice in Chicago. On a particularly cold morning (-22°F), the staff went and jump started my car despite the cold. Many thanks to those folks for that.
Unfortunately, service has been below standard as of late.
I parked at wally park for the first time , the prices are a bit high but am glad i met this nice gentleman Noah , who helped me out a lot . i have read and heard quite a few remarks about wally park , but people like Noah are the reason i will continue to use wally park and recommend it to my friends . wally park should be blessed to have such a professional , kind and caring employee like Noah.
I've used WallyPark for a number of years now. My experience with the Milwaukee branch has been great - I wish I could say the same about Chicago O'Hare.
When I landed at 10a this morning, I sent the texts with my ticket number but never received a response. I called the customer service number and was told that the driver just left. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called again, I was told that I needed to be patient because they only had one shuttle running.
ONE SHUTTLE ... FOR CHICAGO O'HARE ... COVERING DEPARTURES AND ARRIVALS FOR BOTH INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC!
Returned to a dead car. This was off because I never had an issue with my car battery randomly dying. When I asked why my car was dead and if it was left on the radio or if lights were left on I was told they did nothing to my car and it came that way. That was a horrible answer to give a customer returning from a trip and also a dumb response since they valet park your vehicle so obviously something was left on. I signed a waiver for them to jump it then we drove two hours to get home. I went to turn on my car on an hour later and the battery was dead again. We went from a perfectly fine battery on a newer vehicle to a mysteriously shot battery after leaving it there. We ended up purchasing a new one. I understand batteries come and go but this situation was very odd and the way the employee spoke to me I would never recommend the Chicago location. I even requested to speak to the manager but she kept saying he was in a place he was not and I definitely went looking for him. Since I couldn't speak to him there I called as soon as we left and guess what he answered. I told him about my concerns and the customer service and he eventually said he'd send me a voucher but I will not be using it.
We have always had great luck parking here. Download the app and book through it. Sometimes prices are cheaper and by booking online all you have to do is grab your keys and go when you get back. You also get a free day of parking for signing up. Also make sure you text them your ticket number when your plane lands. Our car has always been ready when we got back to the lot
