This was by far one of the easiest and most pleasant airport parking garage experiences I've ever had. A shuttle driver came to pick me up from my car while I was still unloading things, and dropped me back off at my car when I returned. The staff is extremely friendly. I just have to say 5 stars is not enough for the men and women who work day in and day out to get us safely to our flights!!! Today has been one of my worse yet best days ever!!! Starting with a missed flight from losing my phone, and having the help of everyone of the drivers to the customer service cashiers. I just have no words how helpful everyone was especially when flying with a young child!!! Thank goodness they were able to find my phone which I dropped in the shuttle bus during all the commotion of everything else going on with my child! So when you are get out of airport, be mindful of which location you are parked in. The drivers are courteous to let you know if you boarded the wrong shuttle.

I had any issue with my reservation in regards to which lot I was supposed to be in. Their employee provided inaccurate information and my reservation price doubled. They replied to my review and I emailed them the information they requested. They did refund me the additional charge and provided a credit for future use. Very convenient location and easy to get in and out. Buses are usually there by the time we park and get our luggage out of the car. We've never had to wait more than a few minutes for the bus to take us back to our car from the airport. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. halfway to the terminals i realized i forgot something important for my trip in my car. i told the driver and asked if he would take me back to my car after he dropped everyone off. he was so kind, and truly, i was slightly panicking, thinking i would be late for my flight (as if 2 hours wasn’t enough time to get back to my car, through security, and to my gate). as we got back to my car, the driver called the front and asked if he could just take me back to the airport before getting other passengers. i didn’t think that would be the case, but i was so wrong. his determination to get me back to the terminals was outstanding. truly and undoubtedly grateful for this driver man.

Read some reviews online about different places and this seemed the safest and most affordable for my vehicle. I had uncovered parking, and the weekend we were gone was busy. There were a lot of shuttles running when I was there and the drivers picked you up by your car. They gave you a little card to let the return drivers know where to drop you off. The driver got us there FAST. His driving was a bit scary on some turns but we definitely were not late. Shuttles were full on the return trip but we didn't wait long at all. The driver was polite and helped us with luggage. Best of all, my car was safe and sound.

Parking Spot JFK has been very effective in providing great satisfaction and promptness during my 4 nights parking at the oversize vehicle parking area. Remember to print your booking before arrival at the location so that it will be a very easy scan and go operation with no human interface. The bus service to the terminal needs to be more frequent as limited guests are allowed to board. Also on return, a bus will be sent to pick the guest after a call is made into the JFK facility and a bus is deployed for pickup. Under the current situation we need to have patience and thank everyone for the great service.

However, I wish TPS would have sent a message or put some type notification on that app that states if you overstay you reservation you'll be changed an overage fee unless you change your reservation. I was surprised and irritated by the extra charge on my exit bill.

I really enjoy the parking spot. However, accurate and timely service is needed. This begins with the person at the entrance. 1.) No sleeping please. 2.) Don't send us to areas completely full please. 3.) Where are the JFK Shuttles (Pick-up & Drop-off)? Let me address the lack of timely shuttles during the day. You can't have people walking around the lot looking for Shuttles, walking up to the entrance gate to ask the attendant for a Shuttle or chasing down Shuttles. I've seen all three and have personally walked to the entrance to address the attendant — and yes, I called the number prior to doing so only to be told they are in route. My last time parking, it took 33 minutes from getting picked up to getting dropped off 😳to get to terminal c. I also watched in disbelief as an elderly woman walked from the front of Handicap ♿parking and to chase a Shuttle down because of waiting so long. She, too, was fearful of missing her flight. All this after I was sent to row G where it along with every row around it were completely FULL. Keep in mind I, too, have a Handicap ♿plate. But I was told there wasn't any available. However, as I proceeded to row G, I passed up 2 Handicap ♿spots which were empty. I do understand that the may have been RSVPd, but I would like to know where on the app I am able to RSVP a Handicap ♿spot. Speaking of spots,I wonder why Spots 1 and 2 are always there waiting to Pick-up, leaving to Drop-off and returning to Pick-up their clients while one JFK Shuttle comes when two are needed, or two come when three are needed. Where are the JFK Shuttles? You may think 🤔 this guy has a lot of time on his hands ✋. Yes, when you fly out and back weekly, I do have a lot of time. I also have spent several hundreds of dollars with the Spot with plans to spend at least $2,000+ this year on parking with you all.

This may be a bit delayed but I will not let the awesome service of staff there at the JFK location go by unnoticed. On Saturday, 9/28, 12 midnight, I was stranded at the parking lot when I arrived. My battery had died on my car but we could not figure out why my FOB manual key would not work. Three of the colleagues, Wanda, Terry and Mr. G, were so helpful. They stayed with me all night and helped every way they could in between assisting other customers to get my car key to work. I want them to know how much I appreciate them and give them all HUGE thanks! Big hugs for taking such good care of me that night. After Roadside Service opened and jumped the car, I ended up taking the car to the shop and installing a new battery. The reason that the manual key wouldn’t turn was due to some repair work that had been done on the door so the repair shop fixed it in about 5 minutes.
I don’t think twice on who to use for my car storage while traveling! I left my car there for a month before and this time was for two weeks and no issues with the establishment or people. Also, a big thanks to your management for the discount that night and at other times that helps too. Also, the lady who worked the front gate when I arrived was so sweet and guided me and let me know just what to do when I came back since it was going to be late. I always feel safe with you. So this just happended - Greeted by a friendly and efficient young lady and told her I was running late for my flight. She immediately directed me to a spot and said the bus would be right there.
It gets better. I spoke with the driver who had one other passenger on the bus and he immediately radioed that he had a customer who was "running hot" and he was going straight to the gate.
I was dropped off, through security and at the gate in the blink of an eye. What a responsive team.!!

Its easy to get into and out of. Shuttles come right to your car to pick you up, get you to the airport and likewise regularly are at any terminal to pick you up and return you not just to your parking lot, but directly to your car. Drivers help you load and unload your luggage into the shuttle and will take tips, but they don't have their hands out and wait for it either. I always use Parking Spot when I am flying and need to park at the airport. The JFK location is good for IAH.

I loved the service. I was recommended by a friend who travels more than me but it was totally worth it. The only thing that could would have made this experience better was my shuttle pick up when I returned to get my vehicle. The shuttle tracker interface is a little difficult to navigate and was a bit confusing. Also my driver needed my physical claim ticket for his system I felt like he should have been able to scan a QR code on my phone.

My only issue has ever been a few times a shuttle never came down the aisle to pick me up at my car and I had to call and request a shuttle from dispatch. Otherwise, I have always been very satisfied with my parking experience at The Parking Spot on JFK.
