I just have to say 5 stars is not enough for the men and women who work day in and day out to get us safely to our flights!!! Today has been one of my worse yet best days ever!!! Starting with a missed flight from losing my phone, and having the help of everyone of the drivers to the customer service cashiers. I just have no words how helpful everyone was especially when flying with a young child!!! Thank goodness they were able to find my phone which I dropped in the shuttle bus during all the commotion of everything else going on with my child! I am so blessed to say the customer service is outstanding!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Reserved and paid via online and Bus was waiting as soon as I could park and upon return, bus was easily spotted and dropped off. It's simple quick and efficient and nice covered parking spots. 👍
I’ve been parking at IAH for over 40 years. Tried them all. I’ve settled on Parking Spot JFK for several reasons. Convenient location, especially for anyone coming in from west or south. Friendliness and service-oriented attitude at every position - front gate, drivers, cashiers. Availability when you land and need a return ride to your vehicle. Drivers always help with bags and I need it! And lastly, an easy to use phone app that gets you in and out with ease (and offers points).
So easy!! Scan and go!! they gave me a card with my parking slot number so I wouldn't have to remember it. Also on the card were directions on where to meet them for pick up after I landed! Shuttle driver even lifted my suitcase and carry-on bag onto the shuttle. Very easy!! would do TPS again and again!!
Very spacious and fully covered area. I had my big truck parked with no issues. I didnt have to wait for the Shuttle. Keep in mind there are two locations for the parking spot. So when you are get out of airport, be mindful of which location you are parked in. The drivers are courteous to let you know if you boarded the wrong shuttle.
So this just happended - Greeted by a friendly and efficient young lady and told her I was running late for my flight. She immediately directed me to a spot and said the bus would be right there.
It gets better. I spoke with the driver who had one other passenger on the bus and he immediately radioed that he had a customer who was "running hot" and he was going straight to the gate.
I was dropped off, through security and at the gate in the blink of an eye. What a responsive team.!!

This may be a bit delayed but I will not let the awesome service of staff there at the JFK location go by unnoticed. On Saturday, 9/28, 12 midnight, I was stranded at the parking lot when I arrived. My battery had died on my car but we could not figure out why my FOB manual key would not work. Three of the colleagues, Wanda, Terry and Mr. G, were so helpful. They stayed with me all night and helped every way they could in between assisting other customers to get my car key to work. I want them to know how much I appreciate them and give them all HUGE thanks! Big hugs for taking such good care of me that night. After Roadside Service opened and jumped the car, I ended up taking the car to the shop and installing a new battery. The reason that the manual key wouldn’t turn was due to some repair work that had been done on the door so the repair shop fixed it in about 5 minutes.
I don’t think twice on who to use for my car storage while traveling! I left my car there for a month before and this time was for two weeks and no issues with the establishment or people. Also, a big thanks to your management for the discount that night and at other times that helps too. Also, the lady who worked the front gate when I arrived was so sweet and guided me and let me know just what to do when I came back since it was going to be late. I always feel safe with you. This is the fourth time I’ve used the Parking Spot in the last few months. Have used two different locations for each of the Houston airports.
Much better than my experience of using a hotel parking lot is paid parking.
The drivers are always courteous. The wait time is nonexistent.
I also know that my car will be safe while I travel.
Every time I park at the Parking Spot JFK, they offer excellent service. I use the app to create my booking and it makes for a seamless entry and exit from the location. Pickup service at arrivals is always great too!
I loved the service. I was recommended by a friend who travels more than me but it was totally worth it. The only thing that could would have made this experience better was my shuttle pick up when I returned to get my vehicle. The shuttle tracker interface is a little difficult to navigate and was a bit confusing. Also my driver needed my physical claim ticket for his system I felt like he should have been able to scan a QR code on my phone.
I had a very early flight and needed to be at the airport at 4 a.m. My return flight was after midnight. Had to call for pick up and my wait was not long.
I appreciate the prompt pick up and drop off. Rates are a little high, but thankful for the small discount as a Spot member.
Just wanted to say that the lady working the entrance gate on 8/31/19 at 6:00am was great! She was so friendly and courteous...I wish I had gotten her name. Great service!
It was super easy to make a reservation and to park and to check out! I liked knowing that I had a place to park before I got there. That makes your travel day much more relaxing. The drivers were friendly and helpful
This place is hit or miss. When it's a miss it's awful. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I checked in on a Friday and out on a Wednesday and paid handsomely for the privilege of the parking being covered. The bus that took me to the terminal didn't have working AC apparently.
I got back Wednesday at 4:30pm. I mention the time because I can understand having to wait awhile for a shuttle at say 1am. But Wednesday at 5pm hardly seems like a slow time for the airline industry. I waited about 35 minutes for a bus and watched about half a dozen other parking spot will Clayton shuttles come and go. Eventually a shuttle did show up.
A pet peeves of mine has always been with parking shuttle drivers dropping off passengers in the reverse order in which they got the spot tickets. So the last on the bus is usually the first dropped off. That's not what happened here. The driver just straight up ignored my ticket until he dropped everyone else off then asked me where my car was parked.
You see my ticket said "L23". He said that there isn't an "L23". Luckily I assume the worst and always take a picture of my parking Bay and let him know it was L2341. He looked confused and eventually drove me over to the general vicinity of my car.
So for my $16 a day i got to wait for a half hour plus another 15 minutes while there driver dropped everyone else off.
So like I said, maybe take your business elsewhere.
Fast, efficient shuttles, no wait time. They drop you back off at your car which is very convenient. Valet service is friendly and fast. I appreciate having this cost effective option for parking when I travel.
