We used the Park, Stay, Fly. We stayed overnight and the shuttle took us to the airport terminal on time. Mr. Gregory, the shuttle driver was very courteous and polite. Plus we leave our car parked there for the duration of our trip. All of this for a price cheaper than to just park our car for those days. Excellent value.
I had an awesome experience with my stay at this hotel. New furniture looks beautiful and rooms are pretty much spacious. Great vibe and clean atmosphere.

Great location very close from IAH Airport. Free shuttles from 5 to 12 night. Excellent staff. Cleaned rooms.Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Great place if you're in a pinch as I was. Affordable and clean. What surprised me the most was the shuttle service to the airport which was a relief to me.
Clean room. Being renovated. The north Ramada is probably better. Great 24 hr restaurant out front
This place was horrible and cheap. The curtains don't black out the sunlight, so if you are trying to nap during the day; forget it.
Also, what hotel has no blankets? Thin sheets and paper thin blanket liner.
Too Cold and too bright to get proper rest between spots, and the hotel wouldn't refund me even though I only stayed 4 hours
Do not ever use their shuttle services. We have been waiting over 50 minutes for a pick up from the airport when it is not busy. First time we called they said 20 min, called back after 20 min when no van arrived. We were informed it would be another 20min. We finally called an Uber. Never again.
Simple place to stay, basic. Clean. Could use more hospitality and a smile.
Parking- they have a fenced concrete parking. There is an adjacent grassy area for parking but not sure if that is still part of the hotel

Breakfast- eggs, sausage, bagel, bread, coffee and orange juice.
Decent room to crash if you're stuck in IAH for the night. Clean, comfortable, good water pressure in shower, although from my room one can hear the highway unless the old aircon room unit is on. Could use an extra blanket in the room or comforter but I guess it wouldn't go with the budget rate of $55/night midweek.
Rude shuttle driver which is why I'm giving a 3 stars. Hotels staff should treat their customers with great respect and I don't need to explain myself why I need an extra minute to get a copy of my check out receipt and still get yelled at!!! If I did that in my STR business I'd be done for life :(

Plenty of parking.
King size bed was comfortable
Friendly front desk staff
Wifi was good.
No issues with the TV.
Can hear the aircraft fly over, makes sense as we are near the airport.
Free breakfast was sausage, egg, cereals, bagels orange juice and coffee.
The staff is courteous and attentive. It is comfortable and I LOVED my stay. The cost and value are comparable!

This hotel is a big scam we made reservations there while attending a family funeral. We had reserved a room Three days and our nightmares began, so we were not allowed to go to our already paid rooms because they want to charge an extra hundred for no reason at all.we had to sleep in the car for all three days.
Hotel location is very convenient because its just a few minutes drive from the airport. Nevertheless, room are a bit old and staff not very friendly. Good option if you just need to crash somewhere for a night. Bright side it has free shuttle service to the aiport almost 24 hrs.
The Ramada was unexpectedly nice and conveniently located.
The room was comfy, clean and fresh, except the bathroom was a bit to small and didn't had a vent.
The free breakfast was ok. There is a free shuttle but is not 24 hours and we didn't know... so we end up getting an Uber to the airport :/
Friday night my husband and I decided to stay at The Ramada South. I’ve stayed at The Ramada many times and so has my husband with his companies. Typically we have never had any issues with the hotel or company...HOWEVER this time that was not the case. There was mold all over the ceiling, our AC unit DID NOT WORK, there was water leaking in through the window and there was something BLACK on the SHEETS! 😷🤮 We didn’t notice the mold until about 3 am when my husband was still trying to get the ac to work. The next morning when we went to check out the manager was very kind and let us know we would be getting a full refund because I showed her pictures of everything mentioned above. Fast forward to Monday, I have just spoken with corporate bc no one has called about my refund as I was told. The woman was rude, and did not seem to care about the problem I have and when I told her I would post the pictures of the room, her response was “perfect!” The Ramada Corporate is a joke. They can’t give you any information and don’t take their companies reputation seriously.
So now, here I am trying to blast how awful my stay was in hopes someone else doesn’t have to go through what we went through. Happy Monday!
