Ramada Houston Intercontinental Airport South

The hotel wasn’t bad at all compared to all the other reviews. We had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfy, had all the amenities as a hotel would usually have. We slept amazing, it was really quiet. The only problem I had is the service wasn’t too friendly, other than that I would have put a 5-star review. When you call this Ramada Inn. It’s just a really blunt hello. Sounds like he/she hates their customers.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived it this hotel and saw how modern and clean it looked. I was expecting a dump for the price I paid, but no, this is an elegant hotel. I guess the only downside is jets flying overhead, which didn't bother me.



Breakfast was awesome, bread with butter and grape, and pancakes.

Nice people nice placement good restaurant right in front but wish they had better parking

The staff is courteous and attentive. It is comfortable and I LOVED my stay. The cost and value are comparable!

The rooms have always been clean but the a.c unit in some rooms just don't preform as they should. . Over all the price is good for this location and the staff are always

Everything was great!! My first outing in a hotel since the pandemic! Everything was clean and sanitized !!😊

Ended up here after a flight was diverted to Houston. Had a shuttle but in the morning the shuttle was late and my flight was leaving at 7:30, so I paid for lyft instead. The shuttle only runs in the early morning and evening. The room was comfortable and clean. No breakfast right now due to covid. No issues checking in with my airline voucher. Next door to a 24 hour restaurant.

Rooms are fine, staff are nice. No pool! I believe it’s under construction?!

Clean, spacious room. I stayed one night only and had the pleasure of speaking with someone from all 3 shifts at the front desk. Michelle was very nice at check in. Angela helped me that night with recommendations for places to go the following day. Then Trixie was amazing at checkout and such a positive energy that is great to have in the morning. I enjoyed my stay and will probably return if/when business brings me this way again.

Hmmm......well,....they've tolerated me and there's a gorgeous housekeeper here that I'm blessed to run into every morning 🙂😉

I had an awesome experience with my stay at this hotel. New furniture looks beautiful and rooms are pretty much spacious. Great vibe and clean atmosphere.

Great location very close from IAH Airport. Free shuttles from 5 to 12 night. Excellent staff. Cleaned rooms.Good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

We used the Park, Stay, Fly. We stayed overnight and the shuttle took us to the airport terminal on time. Mr. Gregory, the shuttle driver was very courteous and polite. Plus we leave our car parked there for the duration of our trip. All of this for a price cheaper than to just park our car for those days. Excellent value.

Clean room and facility with friendly customer service. They had complimentary breakfast, a clean pool, a nice bar, and free shuttles to the airport with multiple vans to provide this service. 24-hour restaurant right next door in walking distance as well called Hot Biscuits that we enjoyed for breakfast.

Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Ideal location . Easy access to beltways 8.

Right next door to a restaurant called Biscuit something... It was yuck!! Horrible service and nasty food. So eat B4 you check in.

I was very happy with this hotel. The lobby was small but presentable and modern. The swimming pool was clean and a perfect temperature (like the little waterfalls), the staff was very friendly, the room was extremely clean, updated, and well-stocked with all necessities. The A/C worked perfectly. The shower was nice and strong, and even the tub had been newly caulked. The bed was ultra comfortable with really nice down-filled pillows. Breakfast included dark, medium or light, decaf or caf coffee, orange juice, some other pink juice, some pastries/breads, assorted cereals, fresh waffles, and a few other "continental breakfast" things. The only drawbacks were that the shuttle took awhile to pick up from the airport (but it was precisely as scheduled going back to the airport), I didn't get the wake up call I requested, the toilet tank took a long time to refill after flushing (a little noisy), and my room had a window facing the highway, so it was somewhat noisy. Just request a poolside view or maybe a room facing the back, if any. So, those aren't deal breakers by any means, because everything else was so awesome. There were no bugs, nothing at all in disrepair, no issues with staff or anything. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Loved it and the kind staff. Thank you!

I have to say we were a little worried about the reviews on here. We had a great experience for the cost. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helped us out. The shuttle picked us up right after we called. The room was clean. We found the beds comfortable and the pool was open and nice and sunny. The TV had lots of great channels as well. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again Ramada

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.Nirmala from front desk was such an amazing person she was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage.I will Definitely stay here again

Hotel was clean. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Missing the little things. Not enough towels. Small and not enough pillows on the bed. Breakfast is coffee, juice, milk, toast, waffles, cereal, cookies and yogurt. Not terrible but not good either. It’ll do but it’s not the ritz or anything

Great place if you're in a pinch as I was. Affordable and clean. What surprised me the most was the shuttle service to the airport which was a relief to me.

I missed my flight and the next available flight was at 7am in the morning. I did the maths and figured it would be more convenient and cheaper to sleep in a hotel by the airport as I live far off. Ramada was right on my budget. They also provided a shuttle to pick me from the airport then also arranged my drop off at 6am. I had a good night rest. I believe the price was right and fair. I had a king bed, the TV, shower, microwave and refrigerator worked. So they are good in my books.

Ricki the shuttle bus driver was the best!! He was extremely friendly and nice. We are seasonal cruisers and we liked your hotel.

Contrary to all the negative reviews, my experience at this Ramada location was beyond expectations. My room appeared to have been recently renovated as everything looked shiny and brand new. The room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.



This location is awesome as it’s only a few minutes from the airport; also the young gentleman at front desk was pretty nice and helpful.



Looking at some of the pictures from other reviews and comparing it to my experience I can tell with good certainty that they’re doing some major renovation and overhauls here. I’m actually quite impressed. More like a 4 star hotel experience for me.

Not bad for the price. Adaquate facilities, rooms equipped with refrigerator and microwave. Your basic continental breakfast no T bone steak or shrimp pasta for sure.

Just to clarify, i give this hotel a 5 star review once you contextualize it into cheap hotels. You pay 60-80 bucks a night for free breakfast (its decent), a decently clean room with a comfy bed, and free shuttle bus from airport to hotel. Definitely not a luxurious experience, but worth what you pay for it.

Close to IAH, which is why we chose it. Clean and comfortable. I find it funny that they offer breakfast when the Hot Biscuit dinner is right across the parking lot. The only criticism is my hold of my credit card has yet to come off and it’s been 1 week. We paid for the room in advance so this is something to keep in mind.

Nice place my room clean and cool. My bed comfortable. Restrooms are my petpvess it was clean bottom of commode white yea. I'm very happy

Although the area seems sketchy, I've never had a problem here and the rooms have always been clean. Pretty decent for the cheap cost. I'd recommend.

The staff from 3-11 shift was the staff I only interacted with due to my job. Mrs.Luna was amazing Comfortable bed and the area is near the airport and Interstate...

I gave 5 stars because it was an overall good experience. Bed was fantastic; everyone was polite and courteous; room was clean; towels, rag, soap, shampoo and conditioner all in place; there was a free breakfast and shuttle for me to get to the airport. Only issues I had was getting a shuttle from the airport took several calls and about 45 minutes, and the water on the shower was opposite of the designation. So I was trying to get warm water and it was cold, until I figured out it was reversed that was miserable trying to wash with ice cold water.

My wife's and I always stay here. It doesn't matter if we had a flight or not we come here at least 3 to 4 times a year. Rooms are clean and quiet.

Pretty good.Wasn't a super amazing hotel like something bougie you would go to. But it's pretty good for it being a 3 star hotel.I was worried because of the reviews that i saw prior to this visit that it was gonna be horrible. The reviews said it wasn't clean,but the employees that worked there cleaned everyday and made sure the place looked welcoming. The hotel is super close the airport and they provide a shuttle (free) that goes to and from the airport. Entering you get hit with the smell of humidity but it wasn't horrible nor bothersome. The receptionist worked diligently and was very patient with us while we had some questions and problems. We struggled a lot with the key cards due to them resetting everyday but the receptionist was spectacular and helped us out every single time. They are bilingual and have lots of bilingual staff ready to help out at any moment. . There was a pool that we used a lot ! They kept it clean and we made sure to have a lot of fun. They also served breakfast which varied from waffles to cereal and etc. They also have a bar I didn't get the chance to go to inside the hotel but the person that usually tended to it was very nice and overall very welcoming. A very enjoyable stay !

Inexpensive clean rooms. pool is nice when you have to unwind when waiting on your flight
