Close to the Airport with free shuttle until Midnight, great staff, breakfast included and 24 hrs restaurant next to the Ramada South
This hotel is a big scam we made reservations there while attending a family funeral. We had reserved a room Three days and our nightmares began, so we were not allowed to go to our already paid rooms because they want to charge an extra hundred for no reason at all.we had to sleep in the car for all three days.
Hotel location is very convenient because its just a few minutes drive from the airport. Nevertheless, room are a bit old and staff not very friendly. Good option if you just need to crash somewhere for a night. Bright side it has free shuttle service to the aiport almost 24 hrs.
The Ramada was unexpectedly nice and conveniently located.
The room was comfy, clean and fresh, except the bathroom was a bit to small and didn't had a vent.
The free breakfast was ok. There is a free shuttle but is not 24 hours and we didn't know... so we end up getting an Uber to the airport :/
Friday night my husband and I decided to stay at The Ramada South. I’ve stayed at The Ramada many times and so has my husband with his companies. Typically we have never had any issues with the hotel or company...HOWEVER this time that was not the case. There was mold all over the ceiling, our AC unit DID NOT WORK, there was water leaking in through the window and there was something BLACK on the SHEETS! 😷🤮 We didn’t notice the mold until about 3 am when my husband was still trying to get the ac to work. The next morning when we went to check out the manager was very kind and let us know we would be getting a full refund because I showed her pictures of everything mentioned above. Fast forward to Monday, I have just spoken with corporate bc no one has called about my refund as I was told. The woman was rude, and did not seem to care about the problem I have and when I told her I would post the pictures of the room, her response was “perfect!” The Ramada Corporate is a joke. They can’t give you any information and don’t take their companies reputation seriously.
So now, here I am trying to blast how awful my stay was in hopes someone else doesn’t have to go through what we went through. Happy Monday!
