Clean room and facility with friendly customer service. They had complimentary breakfast, a clean pool, a nice bar, and free shuttles to the airport with multiple vans to provide this service. 24-hour restaurant right next door in walking distance as well called Hot Biscuits that we enjoyed for breakfast.

Economical and clean from the entrance to the rooms. Good spot to stay if you'd get stuck at the airport on a layover.
At one point, the Elevator was unavailable so we had to walk through the stairs and was not very convenient to checkout and bring all our luggage through the stairs.
The drink machine has some drinks and water and are pretty expensive for the types of drinks and junk snacks available.
There's a tiny coffee machine in the room with no coffee nor sugar nor cups. If you want cups, you can get it in the Lobby where they usually set up the Breakfast.
Since I checked-out on a Sunday, I didn't realize that Breakfast would be available only one hour after I would've already had to get back to the airport. But was my fault I didn't verify the time Breakfast is served on Sundays.
There's a 24hour diner in front of the hotel if you did want to eat or drink something.
The staff were okay with service whenever they were there at the Front Desk. A couple of times there was no one, not even when I called out with a louder voice to try to be heard.
Shuttle to the airport is available. Just ask the Front Desk to schedule for you.
To some extent, I guess you can say "you get what you pay for". $60 to crash at a place isn't bad compared to prices of other hotels nearby.
I missed my flight and the next available flight was at 7am in the morning. I did the maths and figured it would be more convenient and cheaper to sleep in a hotel by the airport as I live far off. Ramada was right on my budget. They also provided a shuttle to pick me from the airport then also arranged my drop off at 6am. I had a good night rest. I believe the price was right and fair. I had a king bed, the TV, shower, microwave and refrigerator worked. So they are good in my books.
Although the area seems sketchy, I've never had a problem here and the rooms have always been clean. Pretty decent for the cheap cost. I'd recommend.
This is a worst experience. Phone did not work, could not call front office, front office said network issue, TV did not work talked to front office one person came and tuned the TV and TV was working with analog signal which is all displayed in the screen full grainy videos, the guy told me not to switch off the T.V, If I switch off, then again T.V will not work and recommended to reduce the volume when I go to bed, how can one sleep with screen running. They blocked 60$ during check in, during check out they did not release the amount, after few days when I noticed this in my credit card transaction, I called the hotel and asked them to release it, not sure how many customers not noticed this. Can't imagine this is Ramada Inn, this is disgrace
Only giving one star because you have to something to post!! I do not recommend this motel, the elevator was not working, the room smelled moldy, the mattress was dirty, and had bed bugs. The manager will not return my calls, the staff give me the runaround, and I just want a refund. I did not stay once I seen bed bugs. I was shown 3 other rooms with the same situation, BED BUGS!
Immediately when you enter the hotel you are hit with this unpleasant smell. It smells like a mold/mildew smell. Luckily, I had air freshener with me to try in help. The room are in the small size and dated with popcorn ceilings and walls. The bath room is VERY small. I was so happy we were only booked for one night.

I would not recommend staying here! I was traveling alone and someone managed to open the adjoining door to my room! I complained to the front desk and they refused to help me or give me a refund. I thought Ramada and Wyndham hotels were safe! They are very concerned about covid safety, but physical safety? Not so much.
I was very happy with this hotel. The lobby was small but presentable and modern. The swimming pool was clean and a perfect temperature (like the little waterfalls), the staff was very friendly, the room was extremely clean, updated, and well-stocked with all necessities. The A/C worked perfectly. The shower was nice and strong, and even the tub had been newly caulked. The bed was ultra comfortable with really nice down-filled pillows. Breakfast included dark, medium or light, decaf or caf coffee, orange juice, some other pink juice, some pastries/breads, assorted cereals, fresh waffles, and a few other "continental breakfast" things. The only drawbacks were that the shuttle took awhile to pick up from the airport (but it was precisely as scheduled going back to the airport), I didn't get the wake up call I requested, the toilet tank took a long time to refill after flushing (a little noisy), and my room had a window facing the highway, so it was somewhat noisy. Just request a poolside view or maybe a room facing the back, if any. So, those aren't deal breakers by any means, because everything else was so awesome. There were no bugs, nothing at all in disrepair, no issues with staff or anything. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Loved it and the kind staff. Thank you!
The room we were in had a horrible smell of mold and it was very humid. The floors were sticky and the chairs, hangers, armchair were all dirty. We tried changing the room given the mixed reviews, in hopes we were unlucky the first time, but were told they were fully booked. If we hadn't checked in late at night, we would have changed hotel, given the smell of mold was a health concern for both my parrner and I. Would recommend staying away from this hotel.
Absolute worst hotel in Houston Texas. They do not answer the phone I waited on hold several times for hours. They do not provide the shuttle service they promise. And the room smelled like death. I have never met anybody and customer service as bad as this hotel. I would strongly advise not to stay here if you have standards at all.
My wife's and I always stay here. It doesn't matter if we had a flight or not we come here at least 3 to 4 times a year. Rooms are clean and quiet.
To start with,, the van driver NEVER even got up to open or close the van door. The next step, the check in was very pleasant. But then the room! There is absolutely NO HAND RAILS, or anything else for that matter, to hold onto getting in or out of the shower. NOTHING. The towels,, they keep them out in the bedroom area. Not a towel rack at all in the bathroom. For an older person,,, VERY DANGEROUS. There also is NO chair without wheels for putting on shoes & socks. NO stool, nothing. NO clothes closet either. Very European, (small). The bed was ok or I would not have even given this place a ⭐ star. And it did have a clock that one could see at night.
Houston as a city,, is NO tourists city in the first place. But there are lots of other hotels near the airport. Oh, there was a great place to eat, right next to the Ramada, it's best thing going for this place...
I'm being generous by giving this place two stars tbh. Way too expensive for the quality. Online their rooms are advertised for as low as $41 a night, but the same room was over $100 per night when we arrived. Not to mention the $75 deposit required at check in. And the towel policy is ridiculous. $100 a night and we can't even use the towels to wash our face lest we stain it with makeup or whatever and be charged? Buy some stain remover, or idk, towels that aren't white if it's that big of an expense 🤦♀️
Stayed at this Ramada and my experience is not good. If I could give negative star I would. Got into hotel fine but upon using bathroom found cockroaches bathroom. Said ok whatever only for couple nights I'll deal with it later. But when I used the microwave all kinds of cockroaches came out area where the microwave and refrigerator sits. Was not happy at all. Then in middle of the night I hear this noise and get up to find a mice trying to get in container where my food was. Told lady at front desk about it and all she did was Wright something down gave me the manager of the hotel's card to email him and that's it. Did that but got no response as I figured would happen. Never again will I go to that hotel or any Ramada hotels. Worst experience in hotel.
I am extremely displeased with the way that this specific hotel processes their payments. The actual initial payment for the room, that Hot-Wire was in charge of, went well. But after the fact, we arrived at the hotel and the lady behind the counter said they did not accept cash for the security deposit that she said was 75$. After returning to the hotel from depositing the money, 75$, onto our card we were then told that the transaction was not able to go through because it required two more dollars to be on the card for a processing fee. And also they could not accept a split payment of any kind for the deposit.. This is an extremely unprofessional way to conduct business.

The rooms smell like mold, the bed is too soft the pillows, my God, horrible !! We stayed on the second floor, we arrived tired from spending the whole day waiting for a flight, the only thing we wanted was a hot bath and bed.
The noise from the corridor was unbearable, there were children playing, people shouting.
The bar was closed, the drinks machines were off, to buy water we had to walk 15 minutes.
On the website they said they provided breakfast, when we arrived we asked what time they would be served, but we were informed that they were not doing more.
My worst experience for sure, the famous cheap that is expensive!

So so disappointed in the false advertising. Just FYI, this hotel does NOT provide continental breakfast (as falsely advertised on priceline) nor does it have a spa anywhere on the premises (also falsely advertised on priceline). The rooms are small, old looking, and the bathroom is extremely small to the point you can barely get past the door to enter the bathroom. Wish I had chosen a different hotel.
Ended up here after a flight was diverted to Houston. Had a shuttle but in the morning the shuttle was late and my flight was leaving at 7:30, so I paid for lyft instead. The shuttle only runs in the early morning and evening. The room was comfortable and clean. No breakfast right now due to covid. No issues checking in with my airline voucher. Next door to a 24 hour restaurant.
My husband and are from Dallas and made a trip to Humble, Houston for a few days while my husband worked getting some important papers settled. We selected this hotel because it was close to the office where he had to do his errands. We stayed here for two nights and three days. Front desk staff, Luna was very attentive and nice. Not much guests in the hotel. We had a decent and clean room but out dated. I had read reviews stating there were roaches, but our room was really clean. I take lysol with me everywhere so I sprayed down the room, knobs, light switches, remote etc. With covid-19 I need to be very sure to disinfect no matter how clean it looks.
Bathroom is really small. Mattress a bit hard. Pillows were ok. There was no comforter on the bed just two sheets and kind of a quilt. We thought we would be freezing while sleeping but it was good. The A/C makes soo much noice when it turns on and would turn on every 5 to 7 min for a couple of min at a time. There was a truck parked on our side of the building near our window and its alarm would go off every hour. Between the A/C, truck alarm and airplane noise, its surprising we were able to get some rest.
Our second day there, in the morning we had to shower with really cold water since there boilers were out, there was no hot water and the boilers were being serviced on. When we got in the early evening that day, hot water was back.
Although we confronted some hiccups, we would stay here again. Why? Because knowing how things have been with this pandemic and how much people and companies have gone through, we felt welcomed by the staff and housekeepers and we enjoyed our stay.
If I could I would give this place 0 Stars due to the fact I purchased two rooms through Priceline not knowing that there was a $75 fee that was to be paid when you got to the hotel did not say only to be told that I couldn't get a refund no matter what and they couldn't do anything without a $75 deposit so I will never stay in a Ramada or any of it sistering hotels ever again I feel like I have been stolen from I paid for product and never received it if I were you I would never stay in this place they don't want to do anything to help you no matter what you do what your situation is so I had to sleep in my car.
The staff is nice, check in was smooth price is decent. When I turned my covers to go to bed that night, there was a huge permanent stain on the sheet. Of course housekeeping was closed. Then there was the stain in the toilet. The phone didnt work in my room, which means I had to constantly walk to the front desk. The keys seem to deactivate if near a cell phone, so theres the reactivation of the key at the desk again, each time. When booking, it states that free airport shuttle is available, but the hotel's location does not show up at the kiosk (the other location does); check out is at 11am, but the shuttle service is over at 9:30 am. Due to Covid, breakfast isnt available. Theres a restaurant in the next parking lot, that shows 'Open 24 Hours', that's lit up at night. Not a sign anywhere to say that there isn't an active business there. Just an all around inconvenient experience. After doing my Houston activities during the day, I dreaded going back to my room. I will not stay here again.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.Nirmala from front desk was such an amazing person she was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage.I will Definitely stay here again
This was the WORST hotel i have ever been to, nothing worked , the elevator was shaky like it didn’t want to work, and there were huge ROACHES and ANTS. The mattress had stains and the blankets on the bed were so thin. Terrible service people at the desk were rude.

It was a good price and the woman was very helpful at check in. The bed and hotel was clean and comfy however I laughed at all the signs that stated you cant have makeup blood or other stains on the towels or sheets. I understand taking pride in your place and being sure your stuff isnt being ruined. However as a woman all I can think is accidents happen. If you bring food in to hotel bring silverware because they dont have any or so they said
Clean, spacious room. I stayed one night only and had the pleasure of speaking with someone from all 3 shifts at the front desk. Michelle was very nice at check in. Angela helped me that night with recommendations for places to go the following day. Then Trixie was amazing at checkout and such a positive energy that is great to have in the morning. I enjoyed my stay and will probably return if/when business brings me this way again.

Horrible we booked our room 2 weeks in advance and we check in the front desks says they dont book suites on the week days. Didnt even try to accomodate us. Just refunded money no apologies.

Every time I stay here my card is charged some funky way. A 75.00 deposit shows up as a charge for 87 every time.

The staff from 3-11 shift was the staff I only interacted with due to my job. Mrs.Luna was amazing Comfortable bed and the area is near the airport and Interstate...
The staff is very friendly and welcoming, didnt have any problems checking in or out... The room was nice and comfortable.
The associates were not accommodating at all! Just up for money rather than pleasing customers. Even in this terrible situation due to pandemic and the hotel was cleary empty they refused to give me late check out. On top of that I have paid for early check in, totally refused for late check out for 1.5 hours!

We used the Park, Stay, Fly. We stayed overnight and the shuttle took us to the airport terminal on time. Mr. Gregory, the shuttle driver was very courteous and polite. Plus we leave our car parked there for the duration of our trip. All of this for a price cheaper than to just park our car for those days. Excellent value.
I had an awesome experience with my stay at this hotel. New furniture looks beautiful and rooms are pretty much spacious. Great vibe and clean atmosphere.

This place was horrible and cheap. The curtains don't black out the sunlight, so if you are trying to nap during the day; forget it.
Also, what hotel has no blankets? Thin sheets and paper thin blanket liner.
Too Cold and too bright to get proper rest between spots, and the hotel wouldn't refund me even though I only stayed 4 hours
Do not ever use their shuttle services. We have been waiting over 50 minutes for a pick up from the airport when it is not busy. First time we called they said 20 min, called back after 20 min when no van arrived. We were informed it would be another 20min. We finally called an Uber. Never again.
Simple place to stay, basic. Clean. Could use more hospitality and a smile.
Parking- they have a fenced concrete parking. There is an adjacent grassy area for parking but not sure if that is still part of the hotel

Decent room to crash if you're stuck in IAH for the night. Clean, comfortable, good water pressure in shower, although from my room one can hear the highway unless the old aircon room unit is on. Could use an extra blanket in the room or comforter but I guess it wouldn't go with the budget rate of $55/night midweek.
Rude shuttle driver which is why I'm giving a 3 stars. Hotels staff should treat their customers with great respect and I don't need to explain myself why I need an extra minute to get a copy of my check out receipt and still get yelled at!!! If I did that in my STR business I'd be done for life :(

This hotel is a big scam we made reservations there while attending a family funeral. We had reserved a room Three days and our nightmares began, so we were not allowed to go to our already paid rooms because they want to charge an extra hundred for no reason at all.we had to sleep in the car for all three days.
Hotel location is very convenient because its just a few minutes drive from the airport. Nevertheless, room are a bit old and staff not very friendly. Good option if you just need to crash somewhere for a night. Bright side it has free shuttle service to the aiport almost 24 hrs.

The room was comfy, clean and fresh, except the bathroom was a bit to small and didn't had a vent.
The free breakfast was ok. There is a free shuttle but is not 24 hours and we didn't know... so we end up getting an Uber to the airport :/
Friday night my husband and I decided to stay at The Ramada South. I’ve stayed at The Ramada many times and so has my husband with his companies. Typically we have never had any issues with the hotel or company...HOWEVER this time that was not the case. There was mold all over the ceiling, our AC unit DID NOT WORK, there was water leaking in through the window and there was something BLACK on the SHEETS! 😷🤮 We didn’t notice the mold until about 3 am when my husband was still trying to get the ac to work. The next morning when we went to check out the manager was very kind and let us know we would be getting a full refund because I showed her pictures of everything mentioned above. Fast forward to Monday, I have just spoken with corporate bc no one has called about my refund as I was told. The woman was rude, and did not seem to care about the problem I have and when I told her I would post the pictures of the room, her response was “perfect!” The Ramada Corporate is a joke. They can’t give you any information and don’t take their companies reputation seriously.
So now, here I am trying to blast how awful my stay was in hopes someone else doesn’t have to go through what we went through. Happy Monday!
