A very simple hotel, close to their airport. It's good enough if you are spending only one night or two.
Booked a very last minute room for a layover. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Romm was simple and clean. Very quiet.
I had a lovely stay here. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was they need to update the rooms. Nowdays rooms should have at least one spot with USB ports.
I really love this place the rooms are comfortable the place is clean the hotel is extremely inviting the indoor pool is closed but the outdoor pool is already open and I attached video and photos to my review they are pet friendly the rooms do require a hundred-dollar deposit let you get that back at check out .. 5 stars 🤩 and price is reasonable if you're coming to Bush intercontinental in stay at this this is totally different than the (Red roof on JFK doesn't even have refrigerators in their rooms and not worth the price ) totally different Hotels. STAY HERE!! Trust me it's 🙂
Everyone of the employees were great, friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I'm disabled and own a dog and was giving main floor accommodations. Housekeeping helped me out a lot. I thank the hotel and it's staff for all their assistance. God bless you all.
I have miss my flight. And some has help to book hotel.. really I appreciate one person has call this hotel and hotel reception lady send car to pick up at airport meanwhile we have change program to go to my daughter's home . But hotel receptionist co-operate me and with pleasent allow us to go to daughter's home and not taken any charges for pick up Thanks a lot
Being aware that this isn't a premium hotel I'm giving them 5 stars. Desk service was prompt and courteous. I chose it for location right next to Bush Intercontinental Airport and the long term parking. The room was clean and comfortable, all that I needed for a brief overnight stay. NOTE - Travelers needing a wake up call should have an alternative alarm at hand, the wake up system was not working.
Hello there, fellow travelers! I recently stayed at the Red Roof Inn and I wanted to take some time to share my experience with you all. I'll admit that I was a bit hesitant at first to book a room at this hotel due to some negative reviews I had seen online. However, I decided to give it a chance and I'm so glad that I did.
To start off, I must say that the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, everyone was so accommodating and made me feel very welcomed. This really set the tone for my stay and made me feel comfortable and at home.
Additionally, I appreciated the convenient shuttle service that the hotel offers to and from the airport. As someone who doesn't enjoy navigating public transportation in unfamiliar cities, this was a huge plus for me. The shuttle was prompt and the driver was friendly, which made the trip to the hotel a breeze.
Now, I know that some previous reviews have mentioned issues with the rooms, but I must say that my experience was nothing short of positive. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was surprisingly cozy. I was worried about the heater given some previous reviews, but I was pleased to find that it worked very well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
I also appreciated the small touches that the hotel provided, such as the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby and the toiletries in the bathroom. These may seem like small things, but they really make a difference in making guests feel comfortable and taken care of.
Lastly, I want to touch on the location of the hotel. While some reviews have mentioned that the hotel is located in a less-than-ideal neighborhood, I must say that I didn't have any issues during my stay. In fact, I found that the hotel was conveniently located near a number of restaurants and shops, which made it easy to explore the area.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Red Roof Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. Don't let some negative reviews deter you - my experience was nothing short of positive and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
It's really near to the airport, pretty comfortable and a kindly staff, they almost speak spanish
Stayed here for work last week and checked out this morning.
Airport distance: very close to airport, less then 7 minutes
Clean room: they came every other day and cleaned the rooms.
Customer Service: went above and beyond
Parking: no issues with parking security
Requires deposit: $100 deposit ( third party, have a pet, paying with cash
Pool: was closed and will be until spring break.
No breakfast what so ever
Ridiculous prices. If you wanna have food or otc medication, you will be paying airport prices.
My wife and I have stayed here a few times, just on long overnight layovers. Definitely beats finding a place to sleep in the airport! Staff are great, and the room is comfortable! They also offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. Definitely recommend!
Lauren was very knowledgeable and efficient. She was awesome excellent customer service. We really appreciated her help.
Comfy! Transfer from the airport runs until 11pm and resumes on the following day at 7am (and after that, at every hour). I really enjoyed my stay here!
I just stayed for one night for business trip can't say much about place, but had to wait long for coffee as the front desk girl was busy. They do offer a ride to the airport every so often and that is nice.
United Airlines cancelled our flight and they put us up here for the night. I was unsure of the place at first, but I found the room to be clean and new bedding. We had hot water. There was no “smells” like other reviews mentioned. We only had one towel. But it was very quiet night. There were not a lot of places to eat close by.
