We stayed here for one night during transit. Read the reviews both positive and negative. The staff was superb, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was convenient and warm. The place is old and smells of smoke. We stayed in a non smoking room as I am asthmatic and allergic. The pillows smelled of smoke and I stuffed up during the night and could not sleep on them. It was just a smelly hotel that needs a very deep cleaning. Would not recommend or stay again.
I was extremely happy with my room. It was recently renovated and I really liked all the updates they did to the property. I enjoyed my stay and I definitely recommend this hotel!!! The free breakfast and hotel shuttle to and from the airport was awesome!!!
Overall review was dissapointing. The staff members were not friendly. The rooms were not so clean, plus they had mold stains and other brown stains on the wall. The front desk lady was supposed to speak to her mgr regarding our room so we can get a discount off the final bill. Not! I will never come back here nor recommend this place. Only thing good about it is that its close to the airport and the highways. They need renovate their bathrooms and rooms.
I was gonna get this hotel, again for another trip later on in the year...because of its close location to airport, unfortunately when entering the room I was staying at... noticed that the A/c was on but not fully working properly. Turned it up to a fresh 70 degrees let it sit for a good ten minutes and nothing changed. Had to for a fan. A/c at 60 and yet again still hot. Unfortunately I will not be staying here next time. Sheraton may be a little expensive but im sure no qualms with A/c.
The hotel was under renovations...at least I think. Room was clean. Carpet could have been cleaner. Saw a roach ...but hey its Texas there are bugs. Killed it and kept it moving...lol breakfast was scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausage. Waffles and a variety of pastries and cereals. Juice ,coffee and milk. Cool spot

Stayed overnight for a concert. Hotel was clean and cool. It was pretty hot when we went. The continental breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is the beds themselves. I personally like softer beds. To me they were hard and a bit uncomfortable. But if you like firmer beds, it should be fine for you.
A comfortable place to sleep on a budget. The continental breakfast was good.
The entire hotel seemed to be well maintained, but a bit tired and out of style. For instance, we had three different styles of lamps in our room and three entirely different lamps in our neighboring room. Our room number was also written on a cardboard card posted outside our door.
Also be warned that the parking lot is completely full every night.

I liked the courtesy of check in and check out staff.
The breakfast staff do a great job. Options however are limited.
The rooms I stayed in needs serious updating.
Will I stay there again? Maybe. If I have no other choice.
I am a gold loyalty member. Other venues of the same group have not disappointed me.
To be so close to the airport, the standards are low. I suggest you get your renovations team here pronto.
