Will made our stay wonderful after a stressful day of traveling. He was incredibly kind and hardworking. Sparked great conversation and went the extra mile in every way possibly for us and other hotel guests. It was especially eye opening to see him sanitizing every room key and counter surface. I pray he is well appreciated at the Hilton because no matter where he works he will excel over all employees because of his work ethic, kindness and caring personalities. If we are ever back in Houston we will stay here!

This resort is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you won't regret it.



Arrived/stayed here for 12 nights/days for work reasons and had a comfortable stay. Couldnt complain at all. The staff were friendly and polite as can be. Not one complaint can be given. Just wished the pool was open but due to the epidemic, I understand.

We booked a room here for after our cruise so we would have a place to relax before our late flight. In our short visit the staff went above and beyond. The hotel is nice, clean and updated. Our room was perfect. We used their shuttle service to the airport when it was time to go. My son left his expensive headphones on the room when we left. The hotel staff were able to retrieve them and sent the shuttle driver back to the airport to deliver them to us. It was incredibly helpful and beyond our expectations. Thank you! We will definitely be back when in Houston again.

Sasha Sinishtaj and James were absolutely fantastic. Delivered the highest level of customer service during a stressful time. Several airlines had cancelled flights and the line of people wanting to check in was out the door - at 10:30 at night. Dealing with fatigued and frustrated travelers, Sasha and James maintained friendly smiles and the highest level of professionalism. In this day and age, where customer service is lacking every where, Sasha and James' approach to the crisis situation was so positive, they did well in representing the Hilton brand. You should be proud and they deserve recognition for their professionalism. It was a great experience.

Location was great and room was decent, biggest problem was not being advised that there was no running got water or potable water until I arrived and had paid for my reservation. But i had no choice. I was allowed to cancel my reservation so the receptionist was very helpful. Not their fault I was not advised. This was strictly the rewards operator in the philippines that did my reservation.

In the midst of a winter storm in Houston of all places, the front desk staff showed extreme poise and professionalism with intermittent power outages. This meant no key cards, no elevator, so you had to be walked to room. The front desk calls were constantly ringing with questions regarding the power and water as well as alerting everyone there was no availability. The storm also made it difficult for staff to come in, so rooms were slow to be cleaned. Again, the staff kept their composure. Was impressed.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff is very service-minded and greets visitors with a big smile, ready to support in any way they can. The rooms are clean and comfy, and we had no problem keeping ours warm during the cold spell over the past couple of days.



The airport shuttle is in great condition, runs every 30 minutes, takes 10 minutes between the terminal and the hotel, and has easily saved me more than a hundred bucks. Just call the front desk to check in on the next shuttle's arrival time and pickup spot. So convenient!

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and our offices and I am glad I did. The hotel was clean and comfortable; the staff was very accommodating, even letting our team hang out in the large room near the check-in desk to meet and work all day Wednesday. Our breakfasts were very tasty. I would definitely stay here again if the need ever arises and will definitely recommend to others.

Mark at the front desk working the night shift gave exceptional service! We were very tired arriving after 1am after a hotel debacle at another nearby hotel and Mark quickly and efficiently took care of us. Wonderful employee with a great attitude.

Nice clean Hilton standard. Only complaint would be when the air freight planes take off they shake the bldg. Expected since it is next to airport, but hoped it would be a little more sound proof. Otherwise great location and staff.

We had a terrible day at the Houston airport and ended up having to stay the night here. We were not happy when we arrived, but the front desk was so nice, helpful, and empathized with our situation. There were about 30 other people in the same boat as us. It was a bad airport day. The front desk at the hotel was packed, but the representatives at the front desk had smiles on their faces and provided great customer service. Sasha Sinishtaj was the Manager on duty and she was so great! Her personality was contagious and she made me feel better without even now it. Thanks for a great stay and even better service.

Firstly we don’t visit Houston because of the zoning but this place was great . Glad I didn’t listen at the reviews about the planes they weren’t bad . As my little one enjoyed seeing them fly over . The staff was great night and day shift they were there to serve our every need . My husband had a bad tooth ache and they helped in that area . It didn’t feel like we were in a hotel at all . Great location for food about a 9 min drive to more restaurants which wasn’t bad . The location is safe . And this place was clean I was so happy to see that I’m a stickler for clean places because I have a toddler . Thank y’all so much for helping with my sometimes traveling anxiety. We would definitely stay again when in the area . Kudos to an awesome staff . The bright skinned lady the tall dark skinned guy were awesome . I didn’t spend much time upfront by my husband did and shared all the great details 😊

Very conveniently located near the international airport. Comfy beds and lots of pillows with different sizes for all tastes. A convenience store with sandwiches, salads and drinks on the lobby. It offers shuttle to the airport from 4 am.

I don’t typically leave too many reviews but the folks here are the most patient, caring, hospitable, loving…did I say patient lol…super freakin patient and just lovely souls. They systematically dealt with so many of us that were displaced by the United Airlines Max-900 fleet groundings. They greeted each exhausted grumpy traveler with kindness and compassion and renewed energy with each passing person. That certainly is no easy feat given that we filled their hotel from early evening to very late into the night. The next morning at breakfast, they made sure we got everything we needed to start the day, could use our vouchers and had a hot meal. In the midst of crazy travel and a comedy of issues, errors and inconveniences, the people here are rock solid and offering some respite in the storm. Thank you.

I want to give feedback as warning to other travelers and in hopes Hilton will address. Pool appears to be cleaned and was wonderful…after we had to ask them to remove the chain and the doors to get back into the building didn’t work. The shuttle was full of surprises. Leaving airport we learned after we had waited for 30 minutes in the Texas heat they expect us to call and request a shuttle. Oof. Ok. Then on departing back to the airport the driver surprised us with “we don’t go to terminal D…and eventually was persuaded to take us to our actual terminal “ fix these things and it would have been perfect.

Outstandingly clean and quiet. Helpful front desk. Had a voucher from United and really didn’t disappoint. They have free shuttle services every 30 mim from 4 am till midnight. Pool and fitness center.Spacious room with coffee machine, fridge, microwave and big TV, Iron. Bed sheets were so clean. Bathroom was spotless.

I stayed one night on a United voucher due to flight delay. No complaints! Everything was smooth, the room comfortable, amenities very accessible. I only wish I'd had a little more time to enjoy the comfortable bed!

The hotel has a restaurant but I opted to eat next door at The Hot Biscuit and it was delicious!



My only complaint is that in the morning they only run one shuttle for 14 people. The 6am and 6:30am shuttles were full and had to leave several people behind, without any real system of determining who could go first. I saw people who'd been waiting for half an hour get left behind and have to take a taxi. There is a second van at the hotel, but they don't use it in the mornings. I think that it's critical to help people get to the airport on time!

Jose the manager, Will Campbell, Cristina and the kitchen staff were awesome. The hotel was clean and adequate amenities available. If purchasing through a 3rd party like Travelocity, make sure you include the breakfast buffet(extra charge) but, soooo worth it.

Had a great stay - was not planning to stay in Houston but was forced to find lodging due to a United Airlines flight delay and missing my connecting flight.



The team at the Hilton Garden in was fantastic handling the large number of customers due the number of missed flights that day.

I had the pleasure of staying here for one night on a United voucher as I missed my connections back home and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience turned what would ordinarily be a very frustrating ordeal into a pleasant experience for me. From getting picked up promptly at the airport to booking my room, the experience was seamless. Nick the van driver was very knowledgeable and personable and James at the front desk was wonderful. He made a point to call guests by their first names and went above and beyond for all of us to make sure we were well taken care of. The food at the restaurant was great and the service was very prompt. I cannot say enough kind words about the condition of the room itself. It was immaculate. They have thought of all of the little details that make a lasting positive impact on the guest. I really appreciated the beautifully folded towels and even the way the cleaning staff decoratively displayed the tissues and folded the toilet paper on the ends. It’s the attention to the fine details that really take this experience to the next level.

I love Hilton... This establishment is super clean and deals with travelers like myself... Rooms are clean, staff is polite and willing to help... Parking is absolutely no issue... Very close to the airport and they do drop you off to airport...



Nice little bar area... Due to Covid, very strict protocols... Over all, I find the Hilton Garden Inn brand better the other...



I have stayed at this establishment a few times and enjoy coming back... (Its always for work)...

We didn't book a hotel stay here but we did park and shuttle to the airport. The front desk man was very friendly and then we was the one that took us to the airport. It was a very nice hotel inside and would definitely park here again maybe even stay next time.

Our flight home was cancelled and wasn't sure what we would do.

Was able to quickly book a room at a rate that didn't break the bank. There was transportation from the airport provided by the hotel and transportation the next morning at 4:30 AM back to the airport.

The staff, food, and transportation was great. Couldn't have asked for more.

Came on a business trip and was greeted by very friendly staff at the front desk who promptly got our group checked in. We were offered some waters and were updated on some changes that’ve been made for COVID. Breakfast is no longer being served daily in the lobby but can be purchased individually for $8.99 and housekeeping must be requested (to reduce unnecessary interactions for safety).



The room, bathroom, and shower were all immaculate when I arrived, though the mattress definitely leaves something to be desired. It was not exactly what you’d call plush but I also didn’t wake up with any back pain so that’s a plus I guess.

The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Bed was unusually hard (room 114) and shuttle driver was hostile. Expected some kind of breakfast, even grab and go muffins and fruit but nothing was offered as part of the stay.

Extraordinaire manager Emily Ott was so accommodating. The entire staff was focused and caring. The rooms turned out great and the buffet lunch was

Travelling through IAH? READ THIS. This particular Hilton Garden hotel is the same as all the others, nothing overly special about it except for one thing. The Staff were some of the most helpful and friendly professionals I have ever encountered. The George Bush International Airport is undergoing construction of a new building which causes SIGNIFIGANT traffic delays at Terminal C. The airport SHUTTLE signs will lead you to terminal C. Do NOT follow the shuttle signs to terminal C. THIS hotel's shuttle service will go out of their way to pick you up at any terminal and get you to the hotel with minimal delays. If you go to terminal C, you can expect to wait for the shuttle 20-30 minutes, and spend another 20-30 minutes trying to leave. James, at the front desk will greet you with a smile and is just super courteous and knowledgeable of the area. The Staff will do right by you. If you travel to Houston, and want to stay here, the rooms are very clean and recently renovated. I would advise you to call the hotel first though, let them know you are coming, and ask which is the best terminal to get picked up at.

We had to leave our other hotel because of some issues, and they had no problems with us doing the booking on an app that same night. We also arrived at like 1am and they had no issues with this. The only problem is that because of the city they shut off the water during the night (which we know it's not their problem) but once they had the service back on there was no hot water. They did mention that someone would come and fix it but it was going to be at a time after we checked out.

United put me up here overnight. The dinner, cesar salad with salmon was excellent. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The room was very comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle was prompt, and great coffee waiting for me in the lobby and away I went to the airport!

Had an unscheduled layover and was put up in this hotel. Nick the shuttle driver was pleasant and got us to the hotel quickly and safely. James at the front desk was efficient and courteous, answered all our many questions both on the phone before arrival, during check in and then again when we went downstairs to use our vouchers. Room was roomy and comfortable with good beds.

It's a great place to park your car here when you travel. They have shuttle bus take to the airport and when you come back. Its cheap to book online. The staffs are friendly and the place are clean. Next time, I will do the same.

This hotel is everything it's supposed to be. The people are friendly, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. The lady serving at breakfast was amazing. The only drawback is being right next to the interstate but that's where they all are mostly anyway. Great hotel!

My first time staying at this hotel. I found the staff to be nice and professional. I did eat at the restaurant. I had the salmon, rice and replaced my vegetables with fries. My waitress was nice. The food was good however, the fish was burnt but I was hungry and ate it anyway. All was fine just forgot to take a pic of my food. I did take pics of the room. Nice, clean, cozy and comfortable.

Another great Hilton property. I stayed one night for a next day flight. The hotel shuttle was very handy, the nightly rate of $120 not too bad. There is a restaurant that is a bit expensive for what you get. Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended.

We had a terrible experience with Air Canada flight with multiple delays eventually leading to cancellation and we received accommodation voucher to this hotel. All the staff have been wonderful- very pleasant and helpful. The room we had was spacious and clean. Food was also delicious - we ordered the vegetarian burger and fries. There is a mini food and drinks bar that is available 24 hours with tv dinners, instant noodles, snacks and drinks. We would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was good and appeared near and clean. The room had bed bugs and it appears the staff was aware of it. They quickly moved us to another room. We had to clean out the room ourselves and hopefully didn’t bring any bed bugs back home with us.

Our stay this past Sunday through yesterday sadly was to attend the funeral services, Monday & Tuesday, of my husband's father.

My mom was able to call Friday & get a reservation for 2 rooms with the hopes of those rooms being adjoining as well as one of the rooms being a handicap accessible room with bathtub. Upon arrival Alex handled our room needs like a pro.

We want to give a huge Thank you & kudos to Alex & Will. Both of these incredible compassionate as well as accommodating front desk specialist did everything to make our stay less stressful as well as made us feel at home.

They both made every effort to make sure they were going to take care of our family through this difficult time while we were staying at now what we call "our Hilton Home."

Thank you Alex & Will for going above & beyond the call, your customer service made us feel like family & being so empathetic to our needs every step of the way...from check in to check out.

These 2 people are not just employees, they both showed us what customer service truly means & made a very sorrowful visit not sad or difficult in any way. Will & Alex Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support of our family through grieving.

Had to stay here because I missed a flight at Houston. The guy at the front desk I believe his name was James. Was absolutely very nice. Even though there was a long line. He was patient to talk to everybody and got everything done very efficiently. The rooms are standard for a Hilton garden inn and there's construction in the lobby but they did a lot to accommodate. Everybody couldn't keeping the bar in the food up late since people were coming in late for missed flights. Right in the flight path of the airport. So if you're on a top floor, it is a bit noisy. No restaurants that you could walk to really close nearby.
