Don’t park here, my vehicle was vandalized and the hotel manager didn’t want to hear of it. She told me to file a police report. No cameras and I ask where was the security that I was told that the hotel had. The cost for the repairs to my vehicle is over $500 so beware of this place to use for parking.
I parked my vehicle on the premises and paid the fee for 15 days only to find my window busted and my vehicle broken into and the documents in the glove compartment thrown about inside the vehicle. I was told that there was security on the premises before I decided to use the location to park. The managers response when I spoke to here was that I should file a police report. When asked if there were security cameras I was told no. I would think twice before using this location. I was also told by other employees that these break-ins happen often.

The instructions/policy for long term parking are not as printed. It is printed that an attendant will take your key. That was not what happened with me. I was told to keep my key and to park my car on the periphery of the hotel property. It was a little confusing. I suggest that the current policy be updated on the website--to avoid confusion. Shuttles to and from the airport worked fine for me. The traffic and construction at IAH are pretty cumbersome, but all-in-all, Hilton Garden managed to navigate a smooth path for the service they offered.
