Easy to find the location and communicate with the front desk. Website states a shuttle every fifteen minutes. That doesn’t seem to be the case. More like thirty minutes if they know that you are there. We had to extend our stay and they were able to work that out. The pick up was a problem. We called several times and waited an hour for the shuttle that never came or called. We got a ride on another shuttle that noticed we were waiting and was going in that direction.

Having used the system and now knowing how it works I will not worry about - if my car be towed - being told that I am not on the pickup list. By the shuttle driver. Be armed with this info (this info is something the country comfort staff can help you with, if they knew how this parking system worked) and you will be pleased.
