Payless Airport Valet Parking

Best airport parking in the philly area! I have always parked here, they are reliable and very fast. Every time I've gone, the shuttle has always been there within 5 minutes and the staff is always friendly. Takes a bit longer for them to pick you up when you get back on a late flight but usually only 1 person working that late so it's understandable.

I've had pretty much positive experiences here especially with Cornell.

I happened to park my car at Payless in philly. They do very good service. The shuttle operator is very friendly and helps us in loading / unloading luggage. On my return the operator saw us outside the airport walking towards the pick up area and immediately stopped the shuttle and helped us getting aboard. And the parking fee is very economical.

The pricing that I got from using Groupon saved me about $30 over a 6 day drop off of my car. I paid online in advance, the check-in and check-out was easy. Everybody was pleasant. The only issue is the long wait to get picked by their shuttle bus on my return. I have used Payless numerous times and every time I watch as the other brands bus passes by multiple times (like 4 or 5) while I wait 40 minutes. So if the $30 savings is worth the wait to you, I recommend. If you're in a rush or don't like to wait, you might want to spend more with another company.

To be honest, their process seems kind of shaky and they're usually understaffed BUT they always get us to the gate on time. The drivers are friendly and efficient. They are very competitively priced. The best part is, if you ask for it, upon your return, they will meet you at the terminal in your vehicle so you don't have to wait for a shuttle back to your car. That's amazing. We've had them clean the car a couple of times while we traveled and they did a good job. It was nice to come back to a clean car!

love this lot! close to the airport, friendly and usually gets you in and out quickly. Always still give yourself extra time cause other people are unpredictable. :)

I've been using Payless for at least 5 years... usually once or twice a year. I take early flights so I need to get to the airport around 5am. Payless has been very good -- with one exception -- about timely shuttle service for these early flights. I just checked, however, and see that the shuttle is not available until 5am so I will have to find another long term parking option. I feel sad about that...

Had my interior detailed while I was away and they did an excellent job. Good parking rates also. All around great experience.

The drivers are Amazing and I've experienced excellent service with a few of the office employees too. My best experience was putting luggage in my car. The shuttle driver got out of the van to help me which was Simply Amazing!!!
