Staff has been wonderful. On my last return home I apparently lost truck keys and could not start the engine to get home. My roadside assistance Co attempted for 2 hours to get a locksmith there but it was midnight. The driver for PnF kept circling around to check on me until I decided to get a hotel room until the morning. While waiting for the locksmith to arrive the next day, the staff asked me to sit in the office so I wouldn’t get overheated in the 95° weather. Great customer service.

Very clean buses. Buses were there waiting when we parked and when we returned. They loaded and unloaded our luggage. They dropped us off right at the check in gate at the airport. And when we returned they dropped us off right at our car. I am very pleased with this service. I will be using Park N Fly again and recommend them.

I am a college student and pretty much can't do anything for myself, but Park 'N Fly made it way easier than I ever expected. I timed how long it took me from when I turned into the parking until when I made it through security at the airport and that took only 15 minutes! They make it really easy and they are very efficient.

Never miss a flight out of NOLA again! Park 'n Fly made the trip to the airport very easy, with shuttle service waiting for us upon arrival both ways. Don't waste your time looking for parking at the airport. This is the way to go! Make reservations early, tho!

This service was FANTASTIC. They were so friendly and very efficient when dropping you off and picking you up. I was nervous at first about how quick they would be able to drop me off for my flight, since I arrived at 4 AM, but I was at the airport in less than 10 minutes after I dropped my car off. I cannot say enough good things about Park n Fly. I will be using them every time I fly out of New Orleans. Not to mention they also give you a small bottle of water upon leaving!!

Conveniently close to the airport. Great rates and the shuttle was quick and timely. Also the drivers help with bags. I felt like my car was safe while I was away.

I have parked here twice and have felt safe leaving my car in this lot both times. The shuttle staff are super helpful and delivered me right to my car and helped me load my bags into the car. I was especially grateful the time I got back at 1am! I usually check for coupons and would love for more coupon codes to be available, but the prices are very comparable to other lots.

I've used Park 'N Fly for five years, and I've never had a problem. They're fast, courteous, and super convenient. You make a reservation, park, and then a shuttle comes to your car and takes you to the terminal. Upon returning, you wait for a shuttle at the Transportation Center across the street from baggage claim and they take you back to your car. I highly recommend them. Remember to tip your driver!

I'd give them a 6 if I could! Drivers are always so friendly, as are the people at checkout and the managers. Always such a pleasant parking experience and a great start or end to any trip.



I park here pretty frequently. They have bigger spaces in the back for parking a truck. They do book up on busy weekends, so I recommend reserving in advance. (And the frequent parking program has good perks!)

I honestly don't understand why anyone would not use Park 'N Fly. The rates are low -- and even lower if you reserve online in advance. Advance reservations also guarantee a parking space. The drivers are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. We get to sit back and let them deal with airport traffic, both going and returning. We never wait more than 5 minutes or so for a shuttle at the airport.

First time ever using this service. We were headed to Jamaica and not sure what we were going to do for parking. A friend who was going on the trip with us recommended the service. We parked our truck in a spot we chose. The bus was right there to pick us up, help with luggage, and explain how everything works. When we returned we gave the driver our ticket. He picked up our luggage, and dropped us off exactly at our truck. The parking area is huge. It's crazy how these drivers remember all that. Also you can book everything online. Very convenient and affordable. definitely recommend this to anyone!

I usually don't write reviews from anything, but I was overly impressed by the drop-off, and especially the pick-up: I arrived at 12 midnight, but got immediately into a waiting shuttle, dropped off at my car within 15 minutes, and out the gate using the app without any hassle. The reservation system, phone app, and great service make this the way to park at MSY.

Everyone was extremely friendly. I had never used the service before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I was met at the gate coming in, and the attendant walked me through how to use my mobile app, instructed me on where to park, and told me that the bus would pick me up from my parking spot. When I returned the bus driver took me back to my vehicle, and the attendant at the exit gate offered me a bottle of water for my trip home. I’ll definitely be a return customer, and I’ll recommend the service to others as well.

Drivers were very prompt. We showed up at the front gate at 6am and was quickly greeted by a staff member who helped us scan our reservation. She then directed us to a row to park our car and the shuttle bus followed right after. Drive from parking to the new airport is a little farther, but I knew that coming in since the new airport is away from the old. Driver knew it was our first time at the new airport so she explained where the security line was and dropped us near the escalator to get us there quicker. Great service!

Ed the manager has helped me catch my plane on more than one occasion Security gate staff when you are driving out to pay always extremely kind. Service with a smile-- I have never had an unpleasant encounter with any park n fly employee. No one has been rude, everyone has just been courteous and goes out of their way to help. Shuttles are regular, timely, and very reliable. Always clean inside, good safe drivers.

I want to say that Park N Fly was amazing. There are wonderful workers that work there. Two amazing guys by the name of Roy and Tim we're just a blessing. Mr. Roy was our driver of the shuttle the day of our trip and Mr. Tim was our second driver. They both made very good conversation and were very caring. They are both very careful drivers. When you provide OUTSTANDING customer service there is nothing bad to say. Our car was still in tip top shop and the area was very well upkept and very secure. I will definitely be using Park N Fly in the future. Thank you for your outstanding service.

I've use Park 'N Fly for years, and they have the best customer service. They're always reliable and I have never had a problem with them ever. It's totally worth it to park there instead of at the airport, then get dropped off right at the departure gate. The drivers and the cashiers are always friendly and helpful, and the vans are clean. Easy on-line process to reserve a spot. Convenient location across from the NO airport. Did not have to wait for Courtesy Van to pick me up for either trip to and from airport. I like Park N Fly because the convenience and friendly staff. Everyone is so nice and eager to help. I never have to wait for a shuttle and that means a lot when you’re running a little late getting to the airport, or at the end of a long trip and you’re just ready to get home. Overall 5 star service once on the lot. Website was easy to schedule & pay, however, was not able to get my pw to go into my acct. or set up a new acct. on my mobile phone......mainly because you have to go backwards in calender time one month at a time. Try doing that back to 1950!

Shuttle Vans are clean, Service on and off the van is always provided by asking first politely.



On time at each transfer point.



In particular, one stand out-- Rico...with service to an exemplary level. Professional and courteous, with exceptional follow through. I always measure service based on if I would have this member on my team. Park N Fly..keep this one as he's superb !



Adding the APP and scan in/out functions extremely useful!



And a nice little touch-- on your way out, ask for a bottle of cold water!

They were prompt in picking me up from when I exited my car. I arrived at the airport in plenty of time for my flight. My return was just as accommodating: the bus was there when I exited the airport at the designated pick up point. Only thing is I will have to gauge my time differently because Park ‘n Fly is no longer across the street from the airport. All and all I’ve never had a complaint in all the years I’ve used this shuttle bus.

The door to door service is awesome, and the drivers are very nice. We’ve walked in from the various lots at MSY, sweating and hot by the time you get to the terminal or your car. Here? They usually pull up by your car before you even can get your stuff out, and I’ve never had to wait more than a minute or two at baggage claim for a pickup. You don’t have to call them for pickup, either. They are constantly making the rounds.

It was very quick & easy. Upon arrival very early in the morning, I was picked up right away. Upon return, very minimum wait. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. No issues with getting in or out of the parking area. Very friendly attendants at the gate when entering and leaving

This is always a friendly. Safe and easy park. I actually returned and my battery was dead because I did not close a door correctly. They had a driver come and jumped my battery within 10 minutes. You will always park at and recommend Park ‘N’ Fly.
