Holiday Inn New Orleans Airport North (MSY)

Excellent service and right near the airport with a complimentary shuttle service. The gentleman who was the bartender Thursday evening was so friendly and welcoming. The food was also excellent! Thank you for making my stay so easy and comfortable!

Was given a room here for quarantine. The staff are nice and courteous. There is a shuttle bus that can take and fetch you from the surrounding area with just a call. It's located close to gasoline stations with a convenience store and failing that there is a Walmart supercenter close buy as well as marshals and academy. Rooms are nice and clean, there are provisions for a refrigerator and a kuerig coffee maker. All in all a pleasant experience.

Awesome stay! Being new to the area Courdrea sure did make me feel right at home! I would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area!

Comfortable and clean, not far from the airport, which was beneficial because we arrived from our flight after 12am. They provide shuttles to the airport; not sure about “from” the airport. I heard that I’m passing between the front desk clerk and another customer - we did not use nor need the shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again. No free breakfast.

The shuttle for the airport starts at 4 am. The drive is short and convenient. The check in was flawless and everyone was nice and pleasant. We enjoyed our shuttle driver!

Nice host, clean rooms. The hotel is under maintenance from hurricane so no amenities, but for a one night stay it well suited my needs. My room floor was not a cluster like some have posted. It must be the upper floors that received damage. The outside looks fairly new and updated.

Hotel is under construction for hurricane damage. Restaurant and bar were closed. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Had to get bath towels. Desk was courteous and attentive.

Good clean location, still recovering from hurricane. Convenient to the airport. Fantastic customer service.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel because we had a very early morning flight. We picked this hotel because it is less than 10 mins away from the airport and they have a shuttle service to the airport. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and good size. Staff and shuttle bus driver are very friendly.

I rated this place a 4 because there was a hole in the comforter and food stains on the curtains. Place is fairly new and clean entrance. No complimentary breakfast.

I use this hotel once a month for work offshore.

Fantastoc location and terrific staff BUT,,,,,,,,,, Let's talk about the bar.

Management needs to spend some money and set your bar staff up for success....FIRST the bar stools are too short. OR the bar is too tall. I'm 6 foot 2 and the bar comes between my chest and my chin. I look and feel like I'm 12 years old sitting with my daddy. You should see how uncomfortaable the small women are.



COMMON MANAGEMENT, spend some money and make this right.

Second,,, your poor bartender has no credit card machine to run tickets on. He has to leave the bar unattended and go to the hotel lobby to run a credit card... Yall that's just poor!!

Please set your people up for success and get them the equipment they need to represent you in the proper way.

We stayed here because of how close it is to the airport and how early our flight was. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice. It looks like they’re doing some renovations which we didn’t mind. The only reason it didn’t get a five star is because their airport shuttle driver didn’t show up and we had to take a taxi.

A fairly nice place to stay that is close to the airport & interstate. The service from the ladies at the front desk was excellent. My room was nice & presentable. The only complaint I had was that the closet door handle came off & the main door handle lock didn't line up & lock completely. Other than that, the fridge, the microwave, TV, and other amenities worked fine. They had a small snack isle that you could purchase items, gym, arcade, lobby, conference rooms, & restaurant. The food in the restaurant was bland & over priced, but no real reason to eat there when your in N.O. unless your tired from a long drive. They serve alcohol and the breakfast is a continental breakfast buffet that you have to pay for (Denny's or Ihop are a better choice).

Came in late and left early for a flight out of MSY! Not far from hotel and shuttle runs at the top of the hour. There was hot coffee very early in the morning m, perfect for my shuttle ride to the airport.

My bed was very comfortable and pillows were great !

Under repair but did not have any issues.

Lady at front desk was awesome. Holiday Inn is lucky to have a quality worker like this.

This is one of the best Holiday Inn's that I have stayed at. Not only because it is newly built, clean, and has well-lit surroundings but because I've had the pleasure of getting to interact with Carleen! She has been the supervisor on duty during most of my stay and has gone above and beyond to make it a perfect one. I can't say enough about how much she has taken what would be another typical business trip and made it an excellent and relaxing stay thanks to her attention to the concerns of her clientele. I will definitely be staying here again because of this experience.

This place is awesome. The customer service is amazing. The manager Ms.Mumbo was very nice. She doesn't know much about New Orleans, LA, but the drivers know a lot. The driver can drop you off or pick you up at certain places not far from the hotel. I highly recommend people come here to stay at the hotel. I will be coming back in the future.

Room was excellent temp to start off for a hot day. Location is good. Decent part of town. Service at front desk was very polite.

Not too bad of a location. Lighting was a little dark on the side and the front was full. Rooms were nice and clean. Night service was great but morning service seemed tired. Beds were okay hand pillows were soft. This location charges you for breakfast. Kids under 12 eat free.

I was here for business, so I didn't have a chance to enjoy all of the amenities the hotel offered, from the restaurant , the pool, game room, fitness center, business center, and onsite laundromat, but my stay was restful!



At the last minute, I needed to extend my stay on the morning of my checkout. Before heading to my meeting, I stopped by the front desk to inquire on an extra night for myself and two extra nights for my coworker. They were sold out and couldn't accommodate us for the night. Unbeknownst to their full capacity, I had already emailed our corporate office to extend our stay. Once I learned they couldn't accommodate us, I ran back to my room to collect my belongings and stripped the room down for the guest room attendant, ran back down to check out, and headed to my meeting.



Little did I know, the corporate office had already talked with the hotel and they were able to accommodate us a few more nights.



My day was extremely long and including my mad rush to vacate, I was tired when I made it back to the hotel. I checked back in, grabbed new keys, and by the time I made it to my floor, I realized I didn't ask for fresh wash towels and linen. I figured I would put my things down and run downstairs to grab everything.



To my amazement, I walked in the room to it being completely turned over, as if I had just checked in for the first time!!! My day was rough, but coming to a nice and neat room with a freshly made up bed, put a smile in heart and lifted the day's weight off my shoulders. It definitely was not what I expected!



Thank you Holiday Inn staff for exceeding my expectations to the fullest and thank you for having a relationship with and partnering with Treasure Chest Casino! I slept well and was ready for my next day of work!

The city is one of the most beautiful coastal cities. It contains all economic and tourist facilities of a wonderful historical nature. The city is characterized by tourism and visitors throughout the year. The city contains most types of nature tourism, monuments and all entertainment facilities for visiting people. Its prices are reasonable and it provides all kinds of food and drink in its restaurants. It is also worth mentioning Its beautiful hotels and alleys are of a folkloric nature, and the viewer enjoys walking in it. I advise everyone to visit this city

Stayed 2 nights, lovely staff at the desk. The Breakfast Lady was wonderful. Really takes care of customers.

We saw her help people that didn't speak English get breakfast and feel comfortable. It is great to see that.

Way better than the old airport. Went through efficiently. Plenty of food vendors to choose from, Starbucks was really quick with the amount of people that were present. I fly into this airport to get to work and I've had no problems or lost baggage.

Amazing service and great location and amenities! Our flight got cancelled due to Francine and we rebooked for a day later. We booked this hotel for it's free airport shuttle service. We showed up at 10 am after getting off our cruise ship, just wanting to see about leaving our bags with the hotel for the day. They actually allowed us to hang out in the lobby and encouraged us to use the pool! They were all so accommodating and pleasant. While we were in the pool, they brought us towels to dry off with! Above and beyond service. Room was clean, good breakfast for 5$ a person with the room, great facilities and great clean pool.

Christmas day, breakfast closed early.

Shuttle driver was great but got off at noon. We had to take cab to the airport and will hopefully get reimbursed.

Staff was great, rooms new and clean.

An acceptable place, especially if you need to go to the airport. A great airport transport service. Breakfast was better than most. The rooms had minimal flaws. The new ice makers on two floors were off.

Very convenient stay next to Airport. Took shuttle bus next morning. Caught my flight on time. Everything worked out perfectly.

Missing my flight was so irritating not being from here and I had no time to really look for a room for the night. I called and immediately Tabitha sent a shuttle to get me from the airport and as soon as I walked in I felt at home from beginning til end. Highly recommend!

Bed was comfy. Not a quiet place, I could hear other occupants all night. Seemed clean enough. Liked the free airport shuttle. Our driver was the maintenance man and he was super nice! Just a few minutes from airport.

Honestly not a bad hotel. Rooms were clean and price was fair. Very nice if them to give cold water bottles upon check out. I will go back.
