Room was clean but dated. Front desk seemed overwhelmed every time I went by but they did provide a decent dinner location. Although the restaurant was undergoing renovations they still had access to it and the bar. Bar was lively with an astute bar tender and good drinks. Good stay close to the airport.

A very welcoming experience. Check in was a breeze. The staff are brilliant! Stayed on the 3rd floor w/ a king bed. Bed was firm for a pillow top, pillows so soft! My room was handicapped so the bathroom & shower were extra large. Really enjoyed the restaurant as well. Had a chicken salad. Dressing was delicious! Ice cold beer too!! Paid to park & leave my vehicle for 3 days. I would definitely come back.

This hotel is so nice that I would want to stay here for future NOLA travel if it wasn't so far from the main city. I was confused as I'm used to airport hotels being extremely basic but simply chose it because the price point was a bit higher than others nearby as I wanted somewhere nice for my final night in the US.
Clean, nice decor with plenty of seating in lobby, neatly furnished room, and food service. Lobby coffee isn't free but still less than you'd pay at French Truck for sure.

This reasonably priced hotel was a life saver when our flight landed very late and we were too tired to drive home. It’s no frills but it’s clean and the service is great. And surprisingly the restaurant was really good! It was nice for our first taste of southern food to be delicious and authentic.

I stay in hotels 1-2 nights a week all over the country. It's rare that a hotel stands out to me, but Hilton MSY airport did. The staff really made me feel at home. Everyone, from the van drivers, to John at the front desk, and Ana and her team in the restaurant were genuinely kind people. It just felt good to interact with them. Please thank them for me...and give them all a huge raise!

The hotel was very clean and modern-ish. It’s right across from the airport car rental lot. There’s absolutely no restaurants or anything decent in the area. But some of my colleagues who stay downtown, had to move from multiple roaches and other situations. This was much better choice, about 30 minutes from downtown.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jasmin if I’m spelling her name correctly apologize in advance but she went above & beyond to help and accommodate my family. I really appreciate her & helpfulness she offered us. This location really got blessed with an employee like her.

Great one night stay. Wish I got the front desk clerk’s name. He was so kind & helpful after long flight delays & it being 4am. Comfortable beds and clean room. Will return.

I was here for a meeting. It he hotel is ring renovated and the construction crew did not care if we could hear in the meeting room. Maybe the organizers were made aware? The restrooms were good, food was amazing, staff were GREAT!

Very nice stay at the hotel but this is always. I got a chance to sample the breakfast this go around and it was good especially the grits. Oh My God. Not watery cook just right and I consider my self a grit expert lol. Great job to the cook and wait staff. Also to the receptionist at the time of check in and check out. Great sense of humor. Keep up the good work.

I didn't stay at the hotel, just use their airport parking & shuttle service. Never had any problems. The employees are friendly and helpful. Will use them again in the future. 100% recommend when flying out of New Orleans.

We booked the parking in advance to a trip. It was a breeze. I got to the reception, showed my booking confirmation and got a little slip to display on the dashboard. The price for 10 day parking was reasonable. Free shuttle to and from airport. Will definitely use this again for long term parking. Way cheaper than the parking garage. Shuttle back to the Parking lot picks you up right outside the terminal.

You can never go wrong w.a Hilton property. Despite the major renovations going on inside the hotel and the floor in the lobby being torn up, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful & accommodating. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They also offer complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from the airport and they also have lots of parking. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.

I stay here regularly for work. The place is a little dated but it has been under construction now for a while. It's still open but being updated which is good. Staff is friendly, beds comfortable, rooms clean. It's well worth the money to stay that close to the airport.

Nice clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly staff. Has a decent restaurant open until 11pm. Close to the airport with 24 hour shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. Great for that unexpected layover.

Close to the airport, easy to find. Parking was confusing and the lobby was undergoing renovations. Totally understand needing to update, but that there was only one working elevator was a bit annoying. Otherwise, clean, updated rooms and everyone was very nice.

They’re doing clean up on some floors but everything was awesome. They really tired to make sure everything was great. Will be 5 stars once renovations are complete. Will stay here again.

Pretty nice hotel. Proximity to the airport is great! Had two small issues:
1. The toilet would “burp” about every 45 minutes. It didn’t overflow or anything but it seemed like there was air in the line enough to where it would kind of burst up from the bottom. Made me nervous to sit down because I didn’t want my backside getting pressure washed by toilet water. Had to drop & hurry up to close the lid to keep it from spraying up. So that was kind of gross.
2. I forgot a razor (my fault) so I tired to use the Hilton front desk chat thing to see if they had some available I could buy. Chat never got a response so I called the front desk and got put on hold twice and never picked back up. I eventually gave up.
Overall though the room seemed pretty nice and clean. Even for being an “airport hotel” it was perfectly quiet at night.
