Parking in the lot and the shuttle to and from the airport were great. No issues at all. However, I needed to extend my parking time as a result of airport delays and an unplanned rescheduled flight. I tried many, many times to reach a service agent via phone to assist me, but every single time the automated system attempted to transfer my call to a service agent, my call was dropped and there was no possibility of getting a returned call. Frustrating and not what you need when you are already dealing with airports, baggage, and rescheduling issues. Service agents must be readily available at all times. I was unable to book another NEW reservation with Parking Access through the website because it showed the parking lot to be FULL and unavailable. However, upon finally returning home, the parking lot was less than 25% full. I actually booked a reservation through a different parking company that serviced the Airport Hilton. In the future, I may park at the Airport Hilton, but I will not use Parking Access.

Great experience. Easy to book. friendly Hilton front desk staff to help you check in. Shuttle comes leaves every 15 minutes and they are on time. Some shuttle drivers are friendly, others not so much. I think the price increased recently, but still worth it.
