As a long time patron of USA Park in Jacksonville, FL, I was kind of discouraged when I parked on September 29th and had to walk, with 2 pieces of luggage, from my car to the front of the property to await the shuttle bus. Have never had that experience! It appeared that was only one driver that morning. It was around 9 a.m. I'm hoping this was just a one time issue.

I just want to give a shout out to the employees and managers at US Park for always taking care of airport employees. The ladies that work at the booth, and the bus drivers are exceptional. It is sometimes a challenge to park at the airport due to limited parking space, and the staff at US Park are always willing to go the extra mile to help employees that work at the airport with park solutions.
It is greatly appreciated that they offer a special daily rate to us when we present out airport ID, and we get door-to-door service. This is especially nice when it is raining outside.

Be advised, for MSY, don’t go to the drop off in the front for pick up. It’s the opposite side at B6. Go through the door labeled “5.” The shuttle picked us up at the airport. Driver was nice and considerate. I was shocked by the cost and I had a coupon but it’s still cheaper than at the airport. The taxes and airport fees add quite a lot to the cost.
As far as the customer service, it’s top notch! Everyone that I encountered was kind and helpful!
Personal Preference: Depending on the length of my trip, I’m considering just flying from my hometown where parking is free and I’m home in under 15 minutes. The difference in the cost of the plane ticket is about the same as the parking fee and flying from home is a lot more convenient.
That or I’m getting an Uber to the airport which would be less costly depending on the length of my trip.

Fantastic experience. This was my first time parking for a flight out of the New Orleans airport. Customer Service was great. Everything from getting my ticket from the cashier...to being told exactly where to park...to getting on the bus and dropped off and being picked up by the bus went very smoothly. I only had to wait five minutes once getting on the bus and a bus was waiting when I was departing to go back to my vehicle. There is a 1st time customer coupon so don't forget to download or print that ($8 vs. $12 I think) and give it to the cashier before paying when you are leaving.

First time I used the $5 a day coupon and total with tax came out to be what it was supposed to and the second time (which was this week) I downloaded a $10 off coupon for one day and paid $24 for parking Tuesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon and got a couple of bottles of water each time. I forgot my coupon the second time(some people claim they only take paper coupons) and the reader on the side wasn't reading the barcode so I handed the cashier my phone and she scanned it with no issue. I am an Airline employee and have been parking at the US PARK lot on Veterans Blvd. since the new airport opened in November 2019. What a great experience this has been. The manager, Julie Thomas, is the most professional, friendly, personable individual I have dealt with. Additionally, all the drivers, booth personnel and management team are without doubt, the best in the business.
Their busses are always on time making my daily commute to work seamless and totally stress free! On many occasions I am the only one on the shuttle and it departs as soon as I board. My shifts vary but reguardless of what time I arrive at the lot, the shuttle is there and waiting. Likewise, when I get off work the shuttle is waiting to return me to the lot.
The contract parking is significantly cheaper than the charge for airport parking. From the moment you arrive and the booth person welcomes you, directs you to an available spot and dispatches the shuttle to pick you up, you realize how great their service is. The drivers address you with a warm and cheerful greeting when you board.
The experience of parking with US PARK is consistent every time! Keep up the great job. Thank you for all you do.

I always appreciate the flexibility of US Park. I’ve made reservations before, and other times I’ve just shown up and they’ve always had plenty of space available. They pick you up directly at your car in the parking lot and drop you back off at your car, and since shuttles are constantly coming and going I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes at most at the airport for a pickup.
Their drivers are courteous and will help with luggage if needed (I always suggest tipping if you can). It’s less than a 5 minute ride to the terminal and they often have some kind of coupon/discount to use on their website. The frequent traveler program is a great bonus if you live in the area, and they have nice customer service touches like complimentary water bottles as you exit. Great offsite parking option that’s convenient and reasonably priced!

In the midst of my chaotic rush to the airport I thought I may have left my company issued laptop on the shuttle. I parked my car here from September 2-6. The place is easy to find and only about 2 minutes from the airport. Also it cheaper than parking at the actual airport. The lot is clean, secured and they also offer covered parking. They provide a shuttle, that is free from the lot to the airport. They have shuttles running continuously, so no long wait. The staff is friendly from the gate attendant to the shuttle driver. Once you return from your trip the shuttles are easy to find and again no wait for them. This was my first time using this service and I will use the service for now on.

It is worth visiting, but the cost does add up.

Every time we fly out of NO we use UsPark. We have always had great service. Shuttle is always timely and gate ladies are friendly. Will continue to use this lot.

Every time I park here, I’m treated so well. I really love this location. They are convenient with great service and very fair pricing. I saw someone complaining about the taxes. I asked one of the associates. They have to charge the taxes to provide this fabulous service. Even with the taxes, their prices are less expensive then any of the other parking facilities and they still offer discounts on their website. I just can’t say enough positive things about them.
