Horrible service never again! Waited 1hr for a ride to pick us up
This place was terrible. My car was damaged when we picked it up. The man on the lot just said that they weren’t responsible and was pretty abrupt and rude. I had to give 1 star to be able to post otherwise I’d give no stars at all.
We had booked a place there and when we arrived they said no spot was available Even though we had a confirmed booking. The man said we’d have to leave our keys and they would park it when a spot opened up. I very reluctantly left my keys with him.
We then waited for the shuttle which we were told would be there in 10 minutes. We waited a lot longer before it arrived. The shuttle wasn’t a bus, it was a seven seat small SUV. One other person was waiting as well.
The driver opened the trunk and we loaded our bags into it. At the airport we unloaded our bags, and tipped the driver even though she had not helped in any way.
When we returned to pick up my car my husband had to find it and bring it back to the office. When he pulled round I saw that there was a dent on the front passenger side and that the the trim over the wheel arch was badly scuffed.
When I showed this to the man on the lot he told me that it couldn’t have happened there because my wing mirror was unharmed. He was really rude and abrupt and kept telling me that they weren’t responsible.
I really don’t advise anyone to park there.
This is located far from the airport. I had booked and paid for a parking spot then when we arrived I was told the lot was full.
I had to leave my keys which I did not want to do.
It took the pick up driver over 20 minutes to arrive. He never got out of the vehicle and refused to help with the luggage.
It will be a miracle if my car is on the lot and undamaged.
I will never use this vendor again.

Very, very, small lot more like a fenced in small warehouse office with room too park about 20 vehicles tightly together, although we had no issue until final payment they attempted to get my pin for my CC debit card as well as raise the fee $20.00 will not return
We will never use this place again! They called us the night BEFORE we returned for our car, saying we would be charged for an extra day, when we had the ticket with the pick up time clearly stating we would pick it up the next day. When we got there to pIck it up ON TIME, they didn't know where lur car was. My husband had to walk around the parking lot until he found it, with no help from the workers. When we finally found our car, they couldn't find the remote to let us out of the gate! It took us almost a whole hour just to pick up ou lr car! Oh. My. Lord.
We have been using this place for years. After my experience today will no longer be using Again. We are 10 year customers and the way the owner spoke to my husband and I was completely unexceptable. He told us someone would be there to pick us up in 10 mins we waited 30 and called back... he said someone went to get us and no one was there which was a lie... we were there and no one came. Also was overcharged last time we came here and i gave him a second change... not only was he rude and lied to us he refused to let us use the online coupon for $3 off bc it wasn't printed... false advertisement... he just lost a long time customer over $3 horrible customer service. This makes me so sad. Will pay just a little more at the airport not to have to deal with all that.

Before, I had only been charged $ 10 for 24 hours before. when I called to be picked up at the airport they yelled at me and make me waiting for a long time. it was very cold outside. It is not the first time that they act like that.
I parked a 24' RV here for 26 days. They charged me $ 1,100.00.

Thursday arrived to be taken to airport, no one at the location to serve us, call the number was told a driver would be there in 10 minutes. Was not sure where to park. . Driver arrived 10 minutes later very nice. She loaded us and dropped us off at airport. Glad we had extra time. Pick up was a joke. They only use one of their 3 vans, so we had to wait at the airport pickup location for over 20 minutes for the poor driver to unload the customers he had in the small van to come back and get us. It was 10:30pm and by the time we were picked up and left the location it was almost 11:30. While we were waiting US Park had a shuttle coming and going all the time. Guess unless we want to wait around next time we will use US Park. NOLA Parking customer service is awful. Unnecessary to make their customers have to wait like we did. My 4 year old granddaughter was worn out after flying from LA. California and then having to wait till we could get a ride. Why didn't they use another van when they know they have large groups arriving. Very poor customer service.
Great place to park. Good prices. Quick pickup. Nice people.
I went there at three thirty in the morning. I had an early flight to Miami, FL. They took my vehicle and keys as there lot was packed along with all of the other lot's in the area. They were the only help I had. When I returned 12days later. Everything was fine. The attendant did a great job.
I will say that some of the staff is friendly and service oriented. HOWEVER! At exit the charge was already prepared and when I asked for a detailed invoice, it could not be provided. I was told to call back for the manager who would be back in several hours. Still not available. Another day, and called again, and still no manager available.
When I checked in several days ago, there was only 1 employee available to be cashier, parker, shuttle driver and to answer the phone. When I returned, it was a different person but the staffing issue was the same.
The on duty agent should have taken my name and number and offered to have the manager call me back, but 2 separate agents and neither offered.
I will pursue with a Credit Card dispute at this point, and of course, never park her again.
This place is close but they don’t have enough shuttles and you will end up waiting for a long time when you return to MSY. The other companies have shuttles running at 4x the frequency.
I had a great experience here. When I dropped my car off I was taken immediately to the airport, the lady was very nice and we had a great conversation the whole time. Then when I came to pick it up a lady was very helpful showing me where to go and who to talk to. The man who took my ticket, took my payment, and made sure I knew where my car was, qas extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely park here again in the future.
Do not use this place! We had a reservation for a spot and when we showed up we were told the lot was full. We told them we had reserved online and had a confirmation email. They just kept repeating that the lot was full and threatened to call the police if we didn't leave. This almost ruined our vacation but US Park down the street was able to accommodate us and save the day.
They're a small operation that does not have the most friendly (or in any way professional) staff. Know going in that they don't keep a vehicle at the airport but instead you have to call and wait to be picked up and brought back to their off site location. Also, takes several minutes to 'check-in' when you first get there instead of just getting a ticket.
The employees are so nice & prompt to deliver or retrieve me from airport & the prices are fair
