Most of the elevators do not work. Had to drag the suitcases 5 flights down before someone stated that there was one working elevated at the far end with no signage. Calls to customer service are answer by a bot that identifies as Mary but does not provide any service. Pathetic, disgusting personnel manning this parking lot with no sense of why they need customer service. Possibly the law might require them to have a customer service number but likely the law does not necessarily mandate providing customer service. Misusing their monopoly on the parking lot infrastructure.
I made the online reservation and was quoted $82+, which I felt was reasonable. When I went to close out my bill on Sunday 9/14 the price had gone up an additional $15+ and the attendant told me I was being charged an additional day. Nothing in the reservation mentioned the additional cost. Plus he wanted me to pay in cash when I normally carry very little cash on me. Something didn’t sit right with the transaction. I feel businesses need to charge the agreed upon initial price and not adjust the fee at the last minute.
