Great place for the value! The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all guest needs. They offer a full complimentary breakfast every day of the week. Better than you would get even if you stopped at any chain restaurant.

The staff we dealt with were fantastic. Really friendly and helpful. Shuttle service from MSY (even after a 12:30 AM arrival) was quick and easy. The rooms are dated, but adequate for an overnight stay before or after a flight. The breakfast buffet area was well stocked and there was a good selection of both hot and cold items. Didn't get a chance to use the pool area but it looked decent.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We liked the color and design of the room. We wished there was more counter space in the bathroom, but other that that it was great. There was a nice breakfast with waffles and cheese omelets along with the other stuff you normally find at continental breakfasts. We only wish that the hotel staff was a little more friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are a great size and the beds are so comfortable. What really was amazing is the hospitality given by the employees and especially the front desk girl that is there from 2PM-10PM. So glad I was able to find this hotel after a canceled flight. To make the stay even better, the complimentary breakfast was delicious. They also provide a airport shuttle bus that leaves every half hour.

This is a good business hotel with reasonable amenities. The breakfast was better than some but could have offered more fruit selections. The mattress was firm and comfortable. The television channel selection was extensive. My only complaint was the lack of shampoo in the bathroom, but since I carry my own, I didn't contact the desk.

Good hotel 5 minutes from the airport. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Decor and finishes a little out of date but not bad.
