Since Embassy Suites started charging $8 for the shuttle, I've switched parking locations. That usually increases my parking bill by almost 2 days!!
The hotel parking has been good, though last October and again this time the hotel charged an additional $5.
Frustrated that fron desk if hotel charged us $5 when we dropped off the car?! Total nonsense…
We needed to revise our initial reservation and had a very frustrating saga trying to get any help with getting changes met. We finally went directly to the motel and they were extremely helpful. Not sure we will be using this company again.

Always a great place to park off airport at DEN. New Change after being there a month ago. They have added a fee for the shuttle! I guess a nice tip for the drive was not enough. Time to look for a new location?

DEN airport pick up is supposed to be at :15 and:45 each hour. Waited from 7:05 till 7:26. No Embassy Suits Sprinter van. Drive from another hotel offered us a ride. Second time this has happened upon return to DEN. Rating NOT Good.

Actually this service is really good. However, if your travels plans demand staying longer than originally anticipated, the existing reservation is VERY difficult, if not impossible, to change or amend. An entirely new reservation must be created. Calling Parking Access to modify my reservation, I was told to call the hotel and they would change it accordingly. When I called the hotel I was told I needed to call Parking Access and/or make a new reservation. The hotel told me I could extend my parking stay thru them but, they would charge me almost 4x what I paid thru P.A.!!! And when you're in a totally other state you feel hopelessly helpless, especially talking to hotel personnel who couldn't care less about your predicament. Communications systems between P.A. and the hotel(s) sure needs to be examined and improved. Like I said, if you use the service and need no modifications, it's great! And I will definitely use it again. But, I've learned my lesson! Like the old Burger King Promo, don't change anything!!
I parked at the Embassy Suites Denver Airport for a 3-week trip. I parked at the entrance under a light expecting my truck to be safe. Someone broke into my truck and tried to steal it, but it has a system that prevents it from being started without the key. So, I returned to my truck with the exterior door lock broken, the door ripped open, and the interior pulled apart. Interestingly, the Front Desk Agent had the local police number printed on a card (as if she has to use it often!). The Police Agent explained that this is very common in the area. Today, 6 weeks later I am waiting for parts to arrive to repair my truck. The total damage $4,267.00. Do you think I can recommend parking at this location again?

Parking at the hotel saved me a LOT of cash compared to a parking only facility. The hotel runs a shuttle to the airport 4x/hr. They do disclaim responsibility for damage or theft but, they have camera security and the police have made an effort to crack down on such activity. In addition, it's a gated lot. All that said, I was still a bit apprehensive but, decided to give it a try. Thankfully, no problems! I will use this service again.
Could not have had a better parking experience. Best price around and it was a clean and safe environment. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I highly recommend for your DEN parking needs.

I love this spot! I will park here when ever I fly out of Denver. This is a inexpensive, clean and well lit parking area and the people couldn't be any nicer or helpful.
