Not the best hotel I've been to. Nice rooms and lobby, wonderful view of the lobby overall lower floors from the elevator and the city lights of Aurora and Denver and enjoyable at night. It has easy access to its parking garage as well as the Central Park Station. The problems come with price, obviously it is expensive but the breakfast is $20 per person, if not purchased with room. Overall not perfect and the location is only accessible via the A line or by automobile to anything nice. Good conference hotel.

Hotel is in a great location! We came for a Broncos game and it was really close to the stadium. Parking was on site. Lobby was under construction but they made a great effort to make it less noticeable. Beds were comfy. Loved the pillows. The staff that we had interaction with was very friendly! Breakfast is not included and we didn't even go over there to check it out, so can't comment on that.
(There's a Chick Fila in walking distance - all you need 😋)
We also were there over New Years and the hotel had a great view of downtown. We got to see a lot of fireworks!
Only complaint was that the room service knocked on the door at 8:30am. We had gotten in late the night before so it wasnt very cool to get an early wake up call. Make sure to put your DND on right away.

The updates look really good but even more importantly, the staff was extremely accommodating during the construction process. As a young couple, this seemed like a great choice at a great price. The location isn't great if you want to stay close to the city but the hotel was clean. The housekeeping brought towels to the room promptly (within 30 minutes). We didn't try the breakfast, though it did smell good.

In the era of Covid, I'm looking for ways to get out of the house, so I'm visiting hotels right here in town. Besides, I wanted to see the interior of the Renaissance because the outside architecture is so interesting. I wasn't disappointed. The lobby atrium is hugely dramatic, with floor to ceiling walkways that reflect the outer wall of the building.
The only glitch was that I hadn't realized you need your room key to get OUT of the parking lot. Then, my credit card got stuck in the card reader at the exit. The hotel took care of it right away, and I was on my way. Other than that the stay was enjoyable, with a friendly and helpful staff, plus a room that had been updated with a fresh, modern look.
There were no restaurants open during my stay, but there is food available. I had a pizza and the beef tacos, and they were very good. Bar service is available from Thursday-Sunday. All things considered, I had a great time, and it was so good to experience Denver like a tourist would.

The building seems old, and it has the issues of an older building. However, from what I saw in the ten days I stated there, the staff is constantly working to keep the hotel up and running very well. The main lobby is a good place to sit and relax, talk, work, and eat. My room was good and the staff did a good job. For the price the hotel is a great option. Yes, they did charge extra for parking. When you own a parking garage these days, it is premium property. It does cost money to keep the lights on, so I understand. The total cost was still less than many others in the area.

While this is not right downtown, it is only 5 miles away and pretty reasonable room rates. Getting here from downtown was quick though getting to downtown form the hotel took 30 minutes in the morning.
The room was great (photo attached with a view of downtown Denver and the mountains behind).
The gym was also not too crowded, something I was pleasantly surprised to discover. For some reason I wasn't able to get into the indoor pool but that wasn't something I had time for that day anyway.

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon and were so happy with our stay! The staff were so accommodating and upgraded our rooms in light of the celebration, we felt so special! The room itself was comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. The only minor issue was we weren’t getting hot water in the beginning but hotel service advised us to let the water run for 10-15 minutes and it did warm up eventually. We will definitely stay here again!

Their front desk staff was amazing, very attentive and friendly.

We just stayed here for 3 nights and it was great. The hotel was clean and very modern. The hotel workers were phenomenal and super friendly. The hotel is located on a busy street but we were high enough up that the only traffic we heard was firetrucks going by. The outside does have homeless people around but not as bad as many other reviews stated. The hotel will take you to the train station that is near by otherwise it's a short walk to a bus stop that will also take you there.

Overall this is nice hotel for the pricing. The location is in the outskirts of Denver, with downtown Denver being about a 15 minute drive. When standing outside on our balcony, there were a lot of homeless people walking and looking through the bushes outside the hotel...which doesn't bother us as we tend to spread the love, but it may bother others. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions. We never did see the breakfast buffet that was available for purchase downstairs...we also didn't go out of our way to look for it. Overall, good experience but we'd probably explore our options with other places to stay the next time in Denver.

While booking the room the lady on the phone had a glitch and had to start my booking over, upon doing so she messed up the date and reserved my room for a day later than was supposed to be. When we arrived we did not have reservation for the evening. Tracy was quick to fix the mistake, and to make us feel welcome and at ease. Relatively inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area of the same class, some rooms have a balcony so you can see downtown and the mountains, the interior is nice, clean, be aware due to COVID-19 masks are required in public spaces, not just in the hotel, but also in Denver in general. Only downside is the train track near by but if you can sleep through train horns then it's no problem.
The restaurant is actually really good despite being a hotel restaurant, its currently open for pick up. All in all a nice hotel.

I had to say I was skeptical in the beginning. Reading reviews about no heat and no hot water worried me. This is the first time we stayed here. The rooms were nicely updated. Balconies have a good view. Wish we were higher. Stayed on 8th floor. Mountain view with the city of Denver in the back ground. Beautiful at night all lit up. And there are some homeless to the right of the hotel but far enough away not to bother us. Plenty of food spots in the general area of the hotel also. Wal-Mart within 5 minutes if there is no traffic. Don't no about breakfast yet? Hope its good. On sight bar open till 11pm. For the alcoholics. Overall great experience especially for the price. Limited parking for bigger vehicles. 6'8" clearance for parking garage. Only 6 outside parking spots. And all the cars like to take those spots up. They can't make the 6' 8' clearance. Hotel should mandate no cars in the only 6 open parking spots. Or park in the street.

The hotel itself is very pretty. The staff were also very nice & professional as well as knowledgeable. They weren’t over the top about their professionalism either which was great.
The location, though, seems to be in a pretty rough section, so we didn’t feel comfortable being in that area. Especially when we were having dinner, the police showed up & were there for a few hours.
There was still trash in our room as well and cigarette butts on the balcony so, I don’t think the space was cleaned as well as it should have been.
The staff made it very nice though & we appreciated their hospitality.

Starbucks and other amenities downstairs weren't really open (covid) but location was pretty good since it's outside of downtown but still fairly central to get to food/things to do. I adore the design of the hotel and the little parts of the room that make you feel like "wow I'm gonna remember this about Denver...good hospitality". The sliding door to the pristine bathroom and the table and light fixtures are so neat but also useful. The only thing I didn't prefer was that I booked well in advance for a king room with views and they could only accommodate a double queen room with views and that ended up working well but I just personally would've liked to know that I wouldn't get a king if I booked a king (either way the views were AMAZING). The price is right and the views are nice so if you're considering a visit and booking this place - do it!

There used to be an airport right here in this area and I feel as if this hotel stands as a great example of how prestigious the airport was. Delaney at the front desk showed us the face of this company with such dignity and exceptional service. I have been to so many cities and so many hotels but none have never come close to this one!
It is my significant others birthday we checked in and Delaney said “Happy Birthday” as most places do. We dropped our luggage in the hotel room, went out to dinner and returned in the room with 2 cheesecakes, snacks, and beers! With a CARD!!! Thank you Delaney, Craig’s, Kate, and Marat for making this birthday special and for making us feel so welcome. Plenty of amenities nearby via grocery, quick service dining, or dine-in joints as well. The area is up and coming, a lot of it newly developed. The rooms are nice, I've stayed here several times and always had a balcony - try to get a room that faces west. Good views of the skyline, mountains, sunsets. Very pretty.

Check-in, Front Desk, Restaurant, Gift Shop, Coffee Shop and the like, all were up and running like a well oiled machine. Met the manager on our way out. Our stay was exquisite. Very friendly staff and they even pulled a few strings and got me checked in earlier then normal. Very quite atmosphere and the whole place smelt so good. Not over bearing either just a nice aroma. Room was clean and very accommodating. Would of liked a tub for the wife but over sized shower made up for that. Lol. Large balcony was awesome, ask for a room facing West. Beautiful view. And i guess if your a smoker the balcony is a plus to. . It was a lil more then i would of liked to have paid per night but you get what you pay for and i was satisfied. 4.5 out of 5... I recommend staying here and will be back.

The hotel has an excellent lobby with a great lounge vibe. The staff are professional, pleasant, and happy to help you. A members lounge is also available, rating 5/5. The hotel restaurant has a bar and a menu with full dinner options. I ordered the burger with fries; rating 3/5. The location is not the best, but it is located within walking distance to several mainstream restaurants. A rental car at this location is beneficial. Overall, I will stay at this location again, but I expect more from a Renaissance. Note to staff, replace old menus, or use QRC codes.

The architectural beauty of this hotel is hard to miss. It is perhaps one of the iconic buildings in that side of town, if not the city. I spent three nights here, and I can say my room was generally comfortable and neat. The staff were very courteous and provided any assistance I needed. You can see downtown from the balconies of the west side of the building. I was however not pleased with the occasional noise that emanated from downstairs. I did not get the chance to test services like restaurants and bars in this hotel since I was extremely busy elsewhere.

My stay was great! I came with a group, there was 4 of us total , we came for a girls trip. This hotel was perfect , the beds were like sleeping on clouds, it was beautiful all around, and staff was great, my favorite employee was Jonathan, he was so kind every time we saw him, he was happy to help and very attentive, give that handsome young man a RAISE!!
We got a balcony room with two queen beds. My only concern was with the smoking policy. You’re not supposed to smoke on the balcony, or you can be fined $250.00 . I followed the rules, but the people a couple floors up didn’t, and threw their cigarette buds off their balcony and they landed on mine. Thank god we went out there to take some photos and found them. If you decide to stay, follow the rules it’s not that hard. Most of us don’t have an extra 250 to spare for someone else’s mistakes. So don’t be that guy.

My family stayed at the hotel during our trip to the National Western Stock Show. I used to travel with my father when he showed cattle at the NWSS, and we always stayed at the Renaissance. Even though I haven't been to the hotel in 17 years, the staff was as friendly as I remembered, the hotel room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle to and from the stock show is a bonus. Even though the area has changed a lot, the staff work at making the hotel feel welcoming and safe. My only real critique is the buffet style breakfast is expensive for a family of four.

This hotel was so nice. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Great shower with name brand fixtures and luxury shampoos/soaps. View from our balcony gave great views of the Rocky Mountains. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

I stay at different hotels at least every month or more. Of all the hotels I have used this one is easily my favorite. It is beautiful architecturally, it is convenient to the interstate and shopping if needed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The inside has lots of innovative and interesting decorations if you pay attention; up to and including a formation of model folded airplanes on the ceiling above the bed.
Most of all, the staff is the best example of friendly service I have ever experienced at a hotel... period.
On my birthday I arrived back in my room to find a bottle of wine with a covered dish containing a large beautifully garnished piece of cheesecake waiting, compliments of the hotel. I was beside myself that a hotel would pay such close attention to detail in an effort to please me. A few minutes later a nice neat bourbon (Woodford Reserve) accompanied by a separate glass of ice was delivered to me by a very sweet employee named Lauren. My daughter had called requesting that a bourbon be delivered to my room. Lauren agreed to bring it herself even though that is not normally done.
Then she called my daughter back to let her know that I had joyfully received her gift. They made an otherwise bleak away from home and family birthday an awesome experience.
As a result, I have made a lifetime commitment to stay at this hotel anytime I am in Denver.
I would add a star to my five star rating if I could.

For the most part the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The pool was amazing, the hot tub was also pretty good except a little smell to the water. The rooms we rented were clean and well stocked. I would highly reccomend this hotel to anyone. It was also one of the only hotels i found in Denver that didn't have a hidden resort fee. You only have to pay $13/car if you want to park in their lot and not on the street.

Great customer service. They go above and beyond to help. I needed to go to Walmart across the street one night to get stuff for my baby and didn’t have a car, they offered their shuttle service to help me out so I don’t have to walk with the baby. I was very impressed. Rooms are very clean and nice views.

It was an amazing stay. Sandra checked us in and gave me plenty of information, we felt safe with ask of the restrictions in place and even got to enjoy the swimming pool twice all by ourselves. This was our first trip to Denver and I do not regret staying here. The furthest we had to drive was 20 minutes for anything. The staff was also nice and helpful. Gorgeous view from our balcony too!

After driving 14 hours and getting to the hotel after 10pm there was an issue with our reservation made through a booking site. Jonathan the assistant front desk manager not only took the time to call the company and resolve the issue but upgraded us due to the inconvenience. The room itself was very clean along with the rest of the hotel and our stay was wonderful.

Hotel staff was super nice! Pretty secure hotel, you need a key to get around everywhere, which is nice! Must wear a mask when walking around, they gave us extra cleansing wipes, everything was clean. Hot tub and pool was open (needed to ask for pool key). Outdoor hot tub at night was so nice. Only thing was the shower got clogged, but we had 2 rooms so we just took showers in the other room. We let them know about it up front and they were super apologetic and asked if we wanted someone to come look at it for us. We didn't need to as it was our last night, but it was a nice gesture to ask!

Our home away from home. We’ve spent dozens of nights here in the last 2 years. The rooms are always dazzling clean and the employees friendly. The walls aren’t paper thin so you can’t hear the people in the room next to you snoring. The rooms have balconies which is such a nice feature, even though the view is of the Home Depot parking lot across the street. There is a train close by but they provide you with earplugs. The breakfast is nicer than most. The pool and fitness area are well maintained and enjoyable. The location is a little sketchy with many broken down campers turned into permanent residences and numerous tents but that’s pretty much everywhere in Denver these days.

I am glad I decided to stay at this particular hotel. To me it is close to everything. It’s not far from a nice little outdoor shopping mall that also has restaurants. It is also across the street from a shopping mall! The room was updated, the balcony was clean, and the staff were very nice! I will be staying here again the next time I’m in Denver!

I went here for a conference. The ballroom space set up for the event was very nice. We had plenty of space for breakout sessions and lots of support for all the audio and visual technology needs. The lunches were very tasty and they accommodated all the different dietary needs well. They staff kept the hot coffee and tea flowing through out the day. Overall a good experience.

The building seems old, and it has the issues of an older building. However, from what I saw in the ten days I stated there, the staff is constantly working to keep the hotel up and running very well. The main lobby is a good place to sit and relax, talk, work, and eat. My room was good and the staff did a good job. For the price the hotel is a great option. Yes, they did charge extra for parking. When you own a parking garage these days, it is premium property. It does cost money to keep the lights on, so I understand. The total cost was still less than many others in the area.

The only reason for the 4 star is that the AC in our room wasn't working. They did offer to move us but we were here just one night so we declined.

The room was very nice, getting around was easy. The only thing is driving into and out of the hotel can be a little tedious. The outdoor pool was pretty gross and doesn't look like it's cleaned often, there was an indoor one but the door would randomly lock when you were trying to get in.

The Rooms appearance much the same. Walk in shower, good sized mirror and sink. Good sized Samsung TV. A Mini Fridge, Small safe, The Beds were firm yet comfortable and warm. NO microwave though. Available spa and pool. The weekend breakfast is fantastic. High quality foods and service.

We left Warwick to come here. From the friendly and quick check in to the amazing decor! (We spent a couple of hours just exploring! ❤) to the indoor and outdoor option to the amazing view to the awesome bar this place was amazing! Couldn't say enough great things about it. The beds were a bit firm for my taste but were way better than Warwick. Parking is included in the price. We did have an a/c issue that I called the desk about and 2 minutes later someone was there!!! And fixed within 10 minutes!! Plus the hotel architecture is so cool!! Loved this place.

Over all great experience, minor areas of concern. Odd sulfur or egg smell in areas, maintenance needs to be upped in some areas, the brass catch for the door locks missing on some doors. Hot tub needs to be repainted. Staff were fantastic meeting our needs.
