I’ve parked many times at park DIA and have had very pleasant and easy experiences each time. (Tonight I not only lost my ticket that says where I parked but my car was also dead when I finally found it 12am) The shuttle driver drove me up and down isles helping me looking for my car AND when I called their phone number and asked if they could help me with my car battery the most amazing super hero of a women came and helped me and after all my drama I was on my way. Very thankful for all the help I received tonight.

I chose ParkDIA because I was looking for a solution for a longer trip that would be cheaper than a RT Uber trip, but cheaper than the on-property parking options at DIA and this was it. I wasn’t expecting much and thought it would take really long to get to the airport. But wow, ParkDIA truly exceeded my expectations. Not only are they close, they run a ton of vans so you rarely wait longer than 3-5 minutes for one. So parking there is quick, convenient and inexpensive. Their app makes traveling easy because once you book, your reservation is waiting for you on the app when you need it.

It’s convenient, and shuttles are always running so close together that you never feel like you’re waiting long (minus a few occurrences). I travel out of DEN a lot, so I appreciate the discounted parking when booking a reservation ahead of time and the points program. The staff is always nice in my experience, as well. I do miss the days when the shuttles would just come pick you up from the car instead of having to walk to a designated pick up spot, but they still drop you off at your car and help with bags so I’ll take it.

Really wonderful, easy and cheap service. The bus picks you up at your aisle and drops you off at your car when you return. The bus is on level 5, island 3, all the way to the right, very easy to spot at the airport.The bus drivers help you with your baggage and are very kind. I would highly recommend this service to you and will 100% be using it again.

We used them for the first time this past week! Phenomenal service. Easy to find the location, used the app and just scanned my QR code to enter the lot, followed the signs for next closest available parking, and then a shuttle even pulled over and hand directed us to a open spot! He even stayed there right by our car while we were unloading our luggage. The only time we had to wait for a shuttle was when we were returning and it was maybe only 10-15 minutes, I will definitely be using them again!

I've tried a number of airport lots over the years and now only park at ParkDIA. It's consistent, safe and easy. I travel somewhat frequently, and no matter what time I'm leaving or arriving, there's always a shuttle nearby. Usually it's waiting at the current parking lane, and I've never had to wait long for airport pickup. They offer great discounts via email, so you can save a lot by making a reservation when a sale pops up.
Expect a line for the shuttle, especially if you're traveling for a holiday. (I allow about 30 minutes to get from the lot to the terminal, and that has worked well.) It may be frustrating, but Denver has grown a lot very quickly. This is just how we live now. Shuttle lines are no different than bonkers TSA lines or having to watch two or three packed trains depart before you can squeeze in to go to your concourse. Everything takes more time, so factor that in.

This has always been a pleasant experience for me. The airport shuttle has always arrived on time. Drivers have always been considerate. It's a secure location to keep your vehicle. And the prices are reasonable. Reservations are also simple to make online or through your app. ParkDia is Denver's best reserved parking lot.

This is Alex, amidst a stressful night with a long ParkDia line, this guy, was calm, cheerful, personal and professional. I witnessed another car trying to illegally speed around him and he very safely and calmly slowed down and navigated the situation very well. I keep coming and using ParkDia because of people like Alex who work here. Kind, hardworking, and a pleasure to talk to. Alex was a great driver and an excellent conversationalist. He helped with everyone’s bags and was both efficient and gentle with luggage. What a guy!

Parked at ParkDIA in uncovered parking for three days. The shuttle basically picked us up right where we parked minutes after we arrived. The shuttle driver was friendly and very helpful with our luggage. The drive to the departure terminal took about 10 min. On our way back we had to wait about 10-15 min at the shuttle terminal for the shuttle back to the parking lot. The shuttle driver was again very helpful and dropped off every passenger right at their parked cars. Overall the service was good and made traveling very easy.

Used it because it was the cheapest price offered at Denver Airport. Parked here for 1 week, outdoor parking. When I arrived, very easy parking and there was a person telling me which row was open for parking. Shuttle was there straight away, helped me with my bags, gave me a handy little card with parking space and row on it for my return. Got to the airport no problems. On return there was a large crowd of passengers waiting. All I can say is WAIT YOUR TURN. After a 15min wait, the company sent 2 buses and people were swarming, but everyone just needs to relax because they will ensure that you get back to the lot. Just have some manners. I did not make either of the 2 buses and straight away they send a 3rd bus (THANK YOU) and I got on and got back to my car. They ask what type of car it is, row etc and they were able to drop me off at my exact car. Absolutely fabulous service, people need to understand that they are busy and to wait in line and you will get there but be patient. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! Great service :)

Always low prices and deals, pickup/drop-off drivers always friendly, and usually pretty prompt with pickups.
Retain the card they give you when first grabbing you from your car, you may forget exactly where you are parked otherwise (I usually take a picture of it with my phone).
Be kind and give the drivers a buck or two, they are helpful whether you admit it or not.

I left a horrible review a few weeks ago- we were unable to get a shuttle back to their parking lot for over an hour and a half in the middle of the night and the lot was unattended when we finally did get a ride. I did talk to a manager, Deborah, and she told me that they were working on righting the situation and she gave me some rewards points to stay for our next trip for free. I am happy to report that just a few weeks later, pickup with the shuttle was fast, the driver very hospitable and the service was great! Our driver told us that they have a whole new crew of drivers starting to keep up with the need. I am thankful that they are working on their service and am glad to see that change.

We have used ParkDIA about 10 times now, and love it's service! It is inexpensive, super close to DIA, and the customer service has been outstanding. Drivers have always been friendly. Also, this last week we took a trip to Florida & didn't plug in our electric vehicle before hand. My husband called & a super nice lady gladly went & plugged it in for us. This is our go to spot for airport parking every time!

The parking lot is big and close to the airport. It wasn't entirely clear upon arriving how I would get to a bus (I think they can come to you), and I was in a hurry so I ended up walking several rows over to where I saw a bus already waiting. Got to the airport quickly enough. I wish the information for how to take the return bus from the airport was clearer on the website. It's there in the FAQ but somewhat buried among other questions, whereas I feel like it should be pretty prominently featured since it'll probably be new customers' main question upon returning from their flight. Other than that, no other complaints.

We love this spot. So convenient, and the shuttle drivers are always thoughtful, friendly, and professional. Mason, the driver on our last trip, was particularly great! We always reserve ahead of time, and we know we can rely on a quick transfer to the airport on the way out, and their system assures that we’re never walking around a big lot searching for our car on the way back. We’ve parked with them 7 times in the last year and a half, we usually fly red eyes and/or get back late, and have never experienced the shuttle delays that other reviews mention.

I've used Park DIA for my last several trips. Each time after parking I was on a shuttle within minutes. On the last trip a couple of weeks ago a shuttle came by very quickly, but was already full. Longest I had to wait was about 10 minutes.
For pickup at DIA, so far I have not had to wait more than ~15min.
My only complaint is that on my last couple of trips the covered parking was full - but that is more my fault as I didn't reserve a spot until the last moment!

After reading reviews I was reluctant to park here but SO glad I did. I had an incredible experience with a Friday evening flight out and a Monday evening flight back. Shuttles were there in seconds both times and they drop you off right at your car on the way back. They were very kind and did not charge extra even though my flight got in late. Would recommend their service to anyone for a reasonably priced parking experience at the airport!

Great, the driver of the bus was friendly and funny. They are kind and helpful. I highly recommend for parking at Denver airport. It’s so much more wort it/than parking at the parking deck at the airport. You have to lug all your own luggage far/ especially in longer term parking. I would say worth even for 1 day. When you park in long term parking it costs more and it’s a very far walk/no shuttle. DIA is much better.

And the card with my parking location was a great reminder after the flight from hell my brain was fried!! Dropped me right at my car, then waited to make sure it started. I have used Park DIA multiple times over the years and never had much problems, but I noticed this last time that they no longer have the ability to call for a bus or to be able to see a map with live time of where the buses are at. I found this very useful for those very late night flights. I think this should be added back into the app. Reasonably priced and I’m always using my free days when earned.

The best airport parking experience I've ever had in Denver! When I got there, they had all the new arrivals in one place and were quite organized. I arrived at the airport with 15 minutes to spare and found a shuttle waiting (at 6:15 a.m.). I returned to Denver after midnight, and the wait for a shuttle was no longer than ten minutes. I'd definitely make another reservation with Parking Dia!

We had a good experience parking here. We made reservations. Parking and taking the shuttle to the airport was easy. At pickup we called and pressed the menu option for a shuttle and a shuttle came promptly. There were a lot of people waiting who didn’t realize they needed to call, but the driver who came called another shuttle. Drivers were friendly and helpful. I would park here again.

Smooth on pickup. Bus was literally right by my car where I parked. Then on arrival it was smooth again. Saw the driver, Cody, he waved me to go to the end of pillar section and was picked up in 10 minutes. Cody was awesome. Friendly and made it a great experience. Thanks Cody!!!

I've been using ParkDIA for many years. Pricing for both outside and covered parking are great and they have a free loyalty program. They also email 20-40% off coupons often. I've never experienced any problems. The shuttle to/from the airport is always quick and the drivers are always kind. The drivers assist with bags and drive you directly to your parking space. The pick up area on each side of the airport is very clearly marked and the shuttle arrives every few minutes. 10/10 recommend.

Weird that I feel so strongly about airport parking but I’ve only had good experiences with ParkDIA. The rates are good, the drivers are nice, and I’ve never had any issues reaching their customer service team if anything comes up.
I left my briefcase in a shuttle once when returning late one night from a business trip. Because ParkDIA was a local company with a phone number, I was able to call quickly and somebody was able to grab my bag. I returned about an hour later and they had it waiting for me in their office.

Will absolutely use them again! They picked us up literally as we pulled in the lot, helped us load up and they all were super friendly and nice, even at 3am. On the way back, it was easy to find, and only waited 5 minutes for a bus. They took us right to our car and helped us unload. This was my first time using ParkDIA, and I must say it was a pleasant and simple experience. Pull up to the stop sign parking area, enter with your keys, and you'll be given a return ticket with a phone number to call with your ticket number. When you return to the airport, dial the number provided, provide your terminal and airline information, and they will direct you to the letter passenger pickup location.
I waited about 5 minutes before continuing. When you return to the parking lot, your car should be waiting for you; simply go inside, pay, and pick up your keys to be on your way! Both the front desk staff and the driver were extremely friendly, and there was airport parking with coverage.

Reservations are easy to make online, shuttle is always prompt for pickup (both departing and returning), and there has never been damage to the car. I had a negative review previously, but just updated it due to my most recent experience. The last time I parked here Denver had a crazy blizzard with feet of snow, slowing down the shuttle service. ParkDIA has had fantastic service other than this time, it was definitely a fluke experience that had nothing to do with their service.

This is the fourth time we used this lot (we have also recommended it before to people asking). We have no issues before but after today’s exemplary service I wanted to share and highly recommend it. When we got back to our car today, after a week long trip, our battery was dead. Of course our hood was blocked in by surrounding vehicles and we didn’t have long enough cables for another traveler to help. I was going to call AAA and wait hour plus but I thought to try and call Park DIA and they had someone to us with a portable jumping system within 5 minutes. It was amazing. Terrible crisis averted- we took longer panicking trying to get in the vehicle, scrape ice, and find someone around to jump us than it took to talk to someone and for us to be on the road.
In general- they are very affordable- it’s cheaper to book ahead online and one time the lot did say it was full and only accepting reservations when we arrived so best to reserve a spot. Also they have frequent shuttles- we had to wait for the third shuttle with our bags but it was less than 10 minutes total from when we got to the pick up area by the baggage claims. The drivers help carry the luggage up and down stairs and give you a card with your parking spot to remember your section. Then they drop you off at your car when you get back (actually drive down the lanes until you see it).
Overall, great parking experience. Even without today, it is my favorite parking experience at any airport. Today went above and beyond though!

I will always use ParkDIA when I am flying out of DIA. They have plenty of shuttles coming and going, so it aren't waiting long to get to the and from the airport. The drivers help you load your luggage as well. They always go above age beyond, especially after this last visit. I prepaid for covered parking, since I read going to be gone for 10 days and the attendant gave me an uncovered parking spot. ParkDIA quickly realized the error and refunded me the difference in parking.
