Canopy says its shuttles leave the lot for DEN every 10 to 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For an airport pickup between 12 AM and 6 AM, you call (303) 574-9800. The lot is 5.1 miles from the airport in a straight line, Canopy describes it as 5 miles west of Denver International Airport, and the driving distance is longer.
Canopy serves both the East and West sides of the terminal at Island 3, through West Terminal Door 508 and East Terminal Door 511, effective June 1, 2022. It says it is not permitted to pick up anywhere else. DEN's parking page places off-airport shuttles on Level 5, Island 3, which matches. Canopy does not publish the ride time in minutes, only that it takes a few minutes.
Arriving at Canopy
- Leave early. Canopy advises adding 30 minutes to your airline's guidance, or 50 minutes during Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, Thanksgiving and December holiday travel.
- Drive to 8100 Tower Rd in Commerce City. The entrance is on the east side of Tower Road just north of Peña Boulevard; Propark Mobility places it at East 81st Avenue.
- Scan your reservation at the entry lane. If you pull a ticket instead, keep it and scan both the ticket and the reservation at the exit kiosk.
- For self-park, follow the signs to the row marked for the fastest shuttle pickup, park, and wait outside your car or turn on your flashers after dark. The shuttle comes to your car and the driver helps with bags.
- For covered valet, enter the valet garage on the right side and check in with the attendant. The shuttle picks you up near the indoor lobby, which offers free coffee and snacks.
