Reading some of these bad reviews makes me wonder did I go at a good time?? I've never had a bad experience with Canopy. Seems like a hit or miss with other reviews. Hopefully I don't run into those kind of situations. I'm going with a 5 star review.

I did the valet parking and got my car detailed while I was on a weekend trip. What a great feeling to come back to a clean car, that was already turned on and warm and waiting for me about a 1 second walk from where the shuttle drops us off. Everything about this experience was professional - almost no waiting time when I landed and walked to the place where the shuttle picked us up. I love that if you link your toll road transponder you get 30% off parking rates. Will definitely park here again!

We always park at Canopy. They are efficient and friendly and ALWAYS help with the luggage which we appreciate. Lately wait times have become longer for pick up at the airport and only once did we wait a bit longer than usual for pick up from the lot, but we plan our arrival accordingly so we aren't late for our flights. I suspect all are equally delayed at any given time so its the service that allows Canopy to stand out. We also appreciate the options for outside, covered or valet. Online reservations are also convenient.

I have parked here many times. I joined the rewards program to get a better rate on covered parking or have been able to use a coupon code each time. Drivers are always courteous and safe. I had an issue with billing and was able to call and get it immediately resolved. Will continue parking here. Highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. We had to wait a long time for a shuttle and when a shuttle did come it was full before everyone could load. The driver check to see how long the next shuttle would be and didn't leave until we had an answer. Another shuttle came and stopped just to tell us he was drop off only instead of just driving past us, he also provided an update on the next shuttle. I appreciate them loading and unloading our luggage for us as well. I wasn't able to scan my reservation at arrival but was told they would combined the reservation when we left. They did just thar and it was a very smooth process. We will be using them again if we fly out of Denver airport again! Keep up the great customer service!

The sign in process was fairly easy, and the pricing was inexpensive. We used the open parking option. We used our phones to get into the parking lot, but it didn't work when we left so we had to use the help feature, and it was hard to hear. The shuttles worked great and in a timely manner. On Saturday night when we returned, there were a lot of people waiting to be picked up, but there were a lot of shuttles that kept coming. Will definitely use again.

I had my first of many experiences with Canopy and they've created a huge fan out of me! Their drivers are wonderful and courteous, the customer service is amazing, and the location and prices are perfect. I booked online for five days of open air self-parking at a discounted rate (thanks!). They sent the info I needed, which was easy to access. I arrived, scanned the QR code, then followed the easy directions to park. As soon as I parked, my driver, Art, was there waiting on me. He gave me a slip with my car's info and location on it, and got us to the airport in a safe and timely manner. Upon my arrival back in Denver, I followed the pick-up instructions on the slip of paper and my next driver picked us up at the loading location outside the airport. The location was easy to find and well-marked. I gave the driver my slip and he dropped me off at my car and made sure I was inside and safe before departing. He even offered to help with my bags, but I only had one small carry-on. So sweet! Absolutely amazing staff! I didn't get my second driver's name, but he was fantastic. Please, tip your drivers. They work hard and do a wonderful job with getting us from point A to B and safely.
About the lot: I read lots of reviews about potholes. I saw many that had been patched up nicely before my arrival. I didn't have issues with any. My car was safe and in the same condition in which I left it days earlier and thank God for that! The lots are clean and look very safe. I will surely use their services again. Thank you!

Canopy is an easy cheaper way to park your car for an extended stay at DIA. However, you may experience whiplash driving into the lot or while finding a place to park, the potholes are basically moon creators. The drivers write down the information where you parked on a little piece of paper. Make sure you take a picture on your phone so you can remember. Drop off is easy as they drop you at your airline entrance. After your trip, they drive you to your car and help you with your bags. Make sure you add at least 30 minutes to your trip to get to your gate on time if you park here.

What a great place to park a car! The valet experience is the absolute BEST! I read some VERY unfair reviews from other people when looking for a place to park my car in Denver. My experience was ABOVE and BEYOND!!!! The valet guys were amazing when dropping of my car. The service when picking it up was just as great! My shuttle ride to the airport was good and my return shuttle ride was even better! I had none of the wait times or issues others have commented on. This place is GREAT! Don't let someone's bad day keep you from using this place. Well worth the money and I wished we had a parking place this good where I live. After my last trip not using canopy parking, I figured I need to give these guys a shout out for their service and organization. You don't always recognize great service until you experience terrible service. Canopy has by far the best service and easiest to access. I have used them multiple times, and they always have a shuttle ready for me at my car once I arrive. They also have prompt shuttles that have always dropped me off promptly as well. That driver announced which terminal and airline she stopped at so that it was very easy to understand where to get off the shuttle. We were provided the same service at drop-off when the shuttle stopped right at my vehicle. We did have to wait for a shuttle, but the area was covered. I will absolutely use this parking again!

I fly out Denver almost every week. I always park my car at Canopy parking. I like it because it’s very nice and convenience.
It was happen to me couple months ago on Labor Day weekend. I came home from Arizona. My car was stolen. I was really unhappy and upset. I wondered how was my car disappeared from the parking lot. “NO ANSWER”. They did paperwork for me and I reported to the police. I got a car back two weeks later. It was bad. I have to spend a lot of money to fix. I thought I won’t use Canopy parking ever again but I pushed myself to give them a chance because they don’t want that happen to any customers.

The parking lot has various options for parking. Outdoor, covered, and valet. The lot itself is pretty easy to navigate, and the shuttle drivers are always fantastic! They could use more shuttles. It is not unusual to have to wait for the next one when trying to get from the airport to the parking lot because the first one fills up. Pricing is very reasonable, and getting in and out of the lot is pretty simple.

I always park my car here when I fly thru Denver! There is always a bus there waiting, even late at night. It’s saves me a ton of money so I don’t have to pay to park at the airport and there are usually coupon codes if you search online. The drivers are always nice and grab your bags for you but my favorite part is they drop you off right at your car, so you don’t have to go searching. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone driving to and from the airport!

They have done a nice job for us. Our family has used them 3 times and been pleased. Quick shuttle service. 10 min is probably the longest we've had to wait. One downside is that they have some huge pot holes to avoid in the parking lot. On one trip I forgot a backpack in a shuttle. I called the company from the airport and we were able to connect in about 10 minutes when the next shuttle came around and I got my backpack back without any trouble.

I've been using Canopy since they opened and regularly after owning an EV. As long as Canopy continues to be the easiest (and cheapest with points and discounts tied to my account) place to book online and park/charge my EV in covered parking, I will continue to use them as my default parking solution.
Their shuttles fill up fast some times and sometimes you have to wait a bit, but I can understand them working with a finite number of drivers/buses so I won't fault them for it. It's tough out there.
I do wish their infrastructure could get the love it needs (lights in covered parking are dim and flickering, massive roadway damage) and that EV charging/juice bar parking was separated more/enforced better but I have yet to be ICE'd or left needed charging/parking that I reserve on line yet.

I live an hour from Canopy. This is my go to place to park because they have free level 1-3 charging. If the self serve spots are full, they offer level 3 charging. The drivers are usually waiting for me before I’m done plugging in and have always been polite. Covered parking is nice during the hail season. Thank you Canopy!

We usually book the valet parking. The attendants and the drivers are very friendly. With the e-pass discounts and the occasional free night we earn through their awards program I think they have competitive pricing. I feel safer when travelling alone knowing I am not walking into a garage alone when I return late at night. When the family travels together we may do covered parking to save a little but still have peace of mind that the car is covered and safe from hail.

Great customer service Juan the shuttle driver was funtastic 😁, he makes you feel welcomed to your home state and answers your questions patiently. The night guys at the service guest station were very helpful and courteous. Place was safe easy to park and will definitely come back. It was my first time, shuttle service was prompt, Also if you can buy your ticket directly from their website would be better I got mine from a third party as it's my first time using park and fly in Colorado and that company didn't send my info to Canopy parking on time, but the staff were understanding and they helped me otherwise I would have missed my flight. PS, there was a shuttle ever 10 minutes and once you arrive you can call the number on the ticket and they'll come get you. Will use their service again.

As a consistent Canopy customer, what started out as a poor customer experience turned into a positive because of B’s commitment to delivering me a positive experience. B embodied being a team player as he did not throw a team member who left me as I was getting my bags out of my car under the bus (the Bus had 4 people max). Rather, he shed light on the context of what occurred (dispatch calling the driver to
valet), empathized with my standpoint and took it upon himself to make sure I made it to the airport on time.
We had a terrific conversation discussing our paths to Colorado, professional endeavors, and perspectives around how a genuine good-hearted conversation between two strangers can change one’s day for the better.

We love how easy it is for us to plug in our electric car, head to the airport, and come back after our return flight to a fully charged car to get us back to Pueblo. We used to have to stop and charge for at least a half hour after our flight, so finding Canopy was a big game-changer for us. We also have a 2 year old and she loves the experience on the bus and it helps to have an easy way to transport the stroller, diaper bag, car seat, and all the other STUFF that comes with travel with a toddler - it goes from our car, to the bus that comes to us, and right to the airport.

Seems a lot of the reviews are fairly negative but my experience with Canopy has been great overall. I have used them the past 3 airport visit and I travel rather frequently. Pick up drop off has been quick enough, drivers have been nice, they seem to wait for the right amount of customers but not so long that you're just twiddling thumbs in the shuttle. The best part about Canopy Airport Parking is the door-to-door service. They picked us up right behind our truck almost immediately after we parked and dropped us back off in the same place when we returned. In that huge lot, we would have been walking for a long time to get back to our truck if they only used intermittent stops like the airport shuttles. They were also very quick, the drivers were polite, and they were less expensive than the airport lots! I can't say enough about how great this experience was. We will definitely be using Canopy Airport Parking whenever we fly from DIA.

Great options for valet and covered parking (especially in an area that receives brutal weather on the fly), and the shuttles are frequent and pick you up from your car. Drivers are courteous and prompt. They give you a card with your slot number during your return. The drive is a bit far from the airport but it's well worth it. The drivers are safe and I didn't feel like we needed to hold on for dear life. Great rates and coupons available. We definitely will be parking here again.

Was a bit concerned about the promptness of the shuttles after reading some reviews here, but our experience was top-notch. On arrival, a shuttle appeared just as we parked, but was full by the time we’d grabbed our bags. Before we could get back into the car to wait for the next shuttle, it had already arrived. On our return, we found the shuttle waiting for us when we walked out of the airport. It’s possible that we were just uncommonly lucky but it seems that the shuttle frequency issues others have encountered have been resolved.
We did return to a decent amount of bird poop on our car, but I think that’s just the price we pay for not paying for covered parking. Great experience overall.

Jessica was our shuttle driver and not only was she super personable, she was kind enough to let us stay warm in the shuttle and help ensure we were able to get our car started. The female driver on the way to the airport was very polite and the conversation was amazing. The mail driver on the way from the airport back to the parking lot was also amazing and loaded our bags into our vehicle for us. In the shuffle of everything we accidentally left a bag and when we went back to retrieve it it was a very smooth process to retrieve our lost item. Everyone we came in contact with was very polite and accommodating I would definitely recommend this parking service in the future. Not to mention how quick and easy their online reservation service was!

I have been using Canopy for years and on a regular basis. I figured I should leave a review in light of the low ratings on google. I think if you do the following, you will be very happy with Canopy too:
1. Become a member of their rewards program. I have used many free parking days (every 7 instead of 10 like others).
2. If you have an E-470 sticker, use it for discounts. I always get that discount which is 30% off the regular prices. You can also link your E-470 tag to your account for faster drive in/out.
3. Make a reservation online the day of or the day before your trip for faster drive in/out as well as piece of mind.
4. When paying for covered parking, always park on the interior instead of on the perimeter to avoid potential hail/wind damage.
5. Print out the reservation sheet and take it with you (as I have had issues with scanners scanning the code off of my phone a couple of time)

My father-in-law has used this place for years. I’ve come here several times over the past 8 years or so. We use covered self-park and take the shuttle to the airport. While you wait you can use the bathroom or grab a coffee and bag of pretzels. The trip to the airport is a short one. It’s always been an easy and pleasant experience.

I always use Canopy and have used them for a few years. I really like them. One time I parked my car, went to the airport but missed my flight. I was booked for the following day. Reliable! We've used them at least three times and the last two times were during the holidays. We always give 30min just in case for short staff; but every time they are able to pick us up within just 5 minutes of us waiting. Reservations are recommended and they offer good discounts if you join their free membership or use AAA discount. We got delayed for 2 days during a snow storm and couldn't fly back in time but the checkout process was easy as they just billed us the difference when we scanned out. Customer service line was informative about that process which was a bonus.

I have been using canopy for about a year now. Normally, I opt for the covered self park. It is easy to find a spot where your car will be covered from the Colorado elements. The van picks you up at your car and drops you off there again. This last time, I opted for the indoor valet and WOW! Great service! It's last to be picked up, so you're not driving around the lot and first to be dropped off! When they do you off your car is warmed up and waiting for you. Loved it! Would totally pay up for valet again in the future!

My Bus driver’s name was Kurt, I had a lovely experience and he took us straight to our car and helped us with our bags along the way. Kurt is the kindest Bus driver I’ve had in a long time! Thanks Kurt!!

I used Canopy for the first time to park my car in the open air parking for a week. I was given a discounted rate, making it the most affordable option for me. The drivers were prompt and polite. I was able to get to and from the airport without any issues. My only complaint is that the parking lot is in serious need of repair/repaving.

The employees here went above and beyond the call of duty to make an incredibly stressful situation manageable and even pleasant for me. I cant thank Sandra, Han, B.K and a couple other employees enough for their outstanding customer service. I had car issues that caused me to camp out in their lobby for hours and without their wonderful, personal and thoughtful service I seriously would've had a meltdown. So grateful!!!

Very affordable airport parking with very friendly amazing staff on the shuttle buses. Only suggestion I have is the surfae of the uncovered parking is in pretty bad shape with many large potholes. Otherwise I really enjoyed the service and would definitely use again.

These folks have treated me with excellent service. I have asked them, on my year round outside vehicle, to start the car occasionally to charge the battery, and to disconnect the battery terminal quick release for the winter. They are always helpful and considerate and Stephanie in particular has been great to work with.

I like Canopy's model. There is valet, covered, and open air parking. Attaching a toll road transponder to your account gives you a 25% discount every time you park. I also enjoy that canopy has a rewards program. Friendly drivers every time.
