I always use Canopy and have used them for a few years. I really like them. One time I parked my car, went to the airport but missed my flight. I was booked for the following day. I went back to Canopy to get my car. They realized I'd only been there for a couple of hours. Rather than bending me over for a full day, they didn't charge me a penny and wished me luck. Also the staff are really friendly.

My father-in-law has used this place for years. I’ve come here several times over the past 8 years or so. We use covered self-park and take the shuttle to the airport. While you wait you can use the bathroom or grab a coffee and bag of pretzels. The trip to the airport is a short one. It’s always been an easy and pleasant experience.

I have been using Canopy for years and on a regular basis. I figured I should leave a review in light of the low ratings on google. I think if you do the following, you will be very happy with Canopy too:

1. Become a member of their rewards program. I have used many free parking days (every 7 instead of 10 like others).

2. If you have an E-470 sticker, use it for discounts. I always get that discount which is 30% off the regular prices. You can also link your E-470 tag to your account for faster drive in/out.

3. Make a reservation online the day of or the day before your trip for faster drive in/out as well as piece of mind.

4. When paying for covered parking, always park on the interior instead of on the perimeter to avoid potential hail/wind damage.

5. Print out the reservation sheet and take it with you (as I have had issues with scanners scanning the code off of my phone a couple of time)

“Covered” parking in name only-

I can recommend this “covered” parking lot for two reasons:

1) if you want to pay $75 for four days of parking in the “covered” lot AND have the added benefit of getting hail damage on the front end of your vehicle because the roof of the lot DOESN’T QUITE cover ALL “covered” parking spaces.

2) if you want to receive an official letter from this company (after three phone calls and two weeks’ work) where you are called a liar because said hail damage couldn’t have POSSIBLY happened in their covered lot, and are denied any further assistance with the damage to your car.

Hope you enjoy this parking service as much as I have!

Making a reservation online forces you to prepay. Rates for covered reservation state $13.28 per day but when you go to make actual reservation it ups the price to $18. Still more expensive even after applying their coupon. If you pull up they have a sign that says covered parking lot is “full” and some person connects to the remote ticket kiosk to tell you “covered is by reservation only”. So which is it, “full” as the sign reads or “reservation only” as the person reports? Well empty covered spots are visible so I try to make a reservation by the website from my phone since the people there are unwilling to help you. Only Verizon works out here by the way, T-Mobile failed. Finally reservation is made and the gate opens. Nowhere on their site is it posted that covered lot is unavailable if you drive up. It simply lists the prices and makes it seem as if it is available.

I find this company to be extremely deceitful from the start. I felt ignored and disrespect once I arrived, the person at the kiosk was extremely rude and unhelpful, and the website pricing is completely misleading and designed to trick you. Unfortunately I had no choice as my flight time was approaching and I had to go. I fell victim to their scam, I recommend others use a different company in the future.

Why 2 stars?? I had no idea that "Covered" parking meant that my vehicle was going to be "Covered" in BIRD POOP !!! I paid over $100 for fees so I guess the poop was an added bonus.

Bird droppings will etch right into the car's paint and needs be washed off as soon as possible - not days or a week later. Since the drivers and staff drive past the cars on a daily basis, Canopy must know about this problem (poop on the cars and birds flying under the canopy) and have chosen to ignore it. But then again if you choose to pay for their highly priced car wash everything is just fine. I used the covered parking for the first time. I pre-paid for the parking , scanned my ticket and followed the signs to the Covered Parking area. No problems. The driver was waiting at the end of the parking rows. Pickup was fine and the afternoon driver was friendly. The morning driver could use some lesson on saying at least a "good morning - how are you?".

You have been warned.

I have parked here for 5 years and up to 6 months ago it was great. Now they have horrible drivers (unfriendly), the wait time to get to the airport is LONG and if you park in covered parking, they will have no idea where you are as there is no system to know where you park once you enter the lot. Also, when exiting the lot, they used to have someone on site 24/7 at a booth but now it is not staffed and you have to use the machine. No way to use discounts - which I used to be able to show them my AAA card. They have lost this customer for good.

I have parked here many times. I joined the rewards program to get a better rate on covered parking or have been able to use a coupon code each time. Drivers are always courteous and safe. I had an issue with billing and was able to call and get it immediately resolved. Will continue parking here. Highly recommend.

I've been using Canopy for years. They have a good rewards program but if you decide to park here, give yourself an extra 15-20 minutes (at least) for traveling out and returning. Although they aren't always slow on their pickup, they seem to be every time you happen to be running a little late.

Canopy Parking took my car and drove it off the lot without my permission and I have proof from the Denver Police Department

Canopy parking moved my car from covered to uncovered without my permission. After waiting 30 minutes at the airport for the 3rd time my car was not in the space I put it in and had the ticket for. Canopy said they had no idea and didn't move it. UNBELIEVABLE. Previously I left a message with a female manager to have it washed, they never did. I have heard so many complaints while in the shuttle which echoes my experiences. I have never seen a company which is so inept in so many ways. Their general manager won't even call me back. I own my own company and would immediately fire the managers and retrain the rest.

I have since moved to DIAPark and have had a great experience,

BEWARE OF Canopy.

I have used Canopy parking regularly since they opened and I it had gotten worse each time. There is always a problem with something. The so called E470 is a joke. I keep being told there is a "glitch" and it keeps deleting my card attached, so I get in, that is when the gates are working but can't get out because "it must have dumped your card"

The wait time us unacceptable there were 17 of us waiting on the east side for almost 45 minutes in freezing Temps. When someone called in we were told the busses kept filling on the west side and we would have to wait until there was room on one. This is not a one time issue, I travel for work once a month and it is constant. Do NOT waste your time and money. I will go elsewhere to pay.

I like Canopy's model. There is valet, covered, and open air parking. Attaching a toll road transponder to your account gives you a 25% discount every time you park. I also enjoy that canopy has a rewards program. Friendly drivers every time.

DO NOT USE any of the "other services" offered by this business. Shame on me for believing that they were a reputable car detailing service. After paying $195 for a "full detail", my vehicle was returned with crumbs under the center armrest (which lifts up) they had not even tried to vacuum under the back seat (which also folds up) . Exterior detailing was better, but still very weak. I will spare everyone a long rant about everything else. My kids could have done better on a Saturday afternoon.

What I find most upsetting was the absolute lack of response to my complaint. I contacted the office and manager both by phone message and email. I got some email from an admin telling me the manager would be in contact, but that never happened. Just silence. I run a business and have employees, so I understand that they occasionally let you down, but what I don't understand is not even replying to a customer's complaint. I took pictures and was prepared to illustrate the problems, but they weren't interested.

It may be an okay place to park, but I would not spend abother cent with them. I certainly would not trust them to resolve an issue where they were at fault. Use at your own risk.
