Very nice. Friendly staff. Clean room. I'm very sensitive to chemicals so I was grateful there was no bleach/perfume smell on the sheets. And thank goodness they don't use those automatic air fresheners in all the hallways that some hotels do! The only negative was no dark roast coffee at the breakfast bar.
The rooms were comfortable and cozy. The breakfast was good. And the staff were exceptionally hospitable, especially the young blonde lady !
We had an issue with our room being cleaned when we first got there, but the issue was quickly resolved. It’s a little further out from downtown than we thought, but it is close to a really good diner.
I called to make a reservation and when I did I was given no confirmation number or email. I had to call the next day to cancel it, per their policy I can call anytime before 6 and cancel with no charges to my credit card. I call to cancel and I was told there was no reservation under my name, I called multiple times before 6 to confirm that. I then see a charge on my card for the stay, even though there was no reservation under my name.
I called every day for an entire WEEK to get this correct and every time I spoke with someone at the front desk, they told me they would look into it and get back to me. I never received any calls back. I was then directed towards a manager and was never able to get ahold of them. Every time I was told when they’d be at the property, they weren’t! I was given an email to communicate with. I sent an email explaining the situation, I was able to get this situation fixed but I still never heard back from any form of management about this. I just think it’s ridiculous that I had to call every day to get this figured out and then never heard anything back.
I’ve never had such an unprofessional encounter before with a hotel.
Front desk staff is amazing!! So patient, nice and helpful. I stayed in holiday in express in cherry creek and the microtel surpasses it, by far.
Rooms and staff are very nice! Comfortable beds and pillows as well! Breakfast although simple was good! Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast started at 4 am, so we could eat before our plane. Beds were comfortable
Staff was friendly and professional. Room, not so great. Lights that didn't work, probably bulbs. AC worked but not that well. Biggest problem was the missing smoke detector on the ceiling. Wires were just hanging from the ceiling. Fortunately our room was on the ground floor. Would we stay there again? No. Why did we stay there? A major weather event on the east coast left us stranded at the airport.
Let’s start with nice staff and the window opens. Let’s end with a really dingy, old, undecorated room, no fridge, not even a cheap microwave. The bedding looks old. No bedside lamp! Come on. I hope there aren’t any bed bugs! The elevator is broken. How are they open?
It is one of the least expensive hotels in s very overpriced Denver market. Big disappointment. One night, just one night.
We had some ants on the bed to begin with and had gotten bit. They came in and put new sheets on. The AC wasn't working right the room got hot after midnight. It was set at 70. I had to take it down to 67 to come on. But the breakfast was good and the airport shuttle was excellent. The staff were freindly
Very surprising! Excellant service, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms at a great price. Close to the airport and excellent for early 6am flights. If you just need a great place to crash before your flight, this is the best place to stay. Thank you for all your assistance getting my package out!!! I highly recommend.
