Using Marino again tonight for parking. Have had nothing but good experiences the last two times and have switched from another well-known parking area. During the winter they started my car and notice I had left my jacket in there when it was freezing cold ( on purpose due to going to a warm destination). They brought it to the airport when they picked me up....now beat that!

It had snowed about 2" upon my arrival back to Pittsburgh and they had my car cleared off and warming up when I got there. They even loaded my luggage in and out of my car for me. I had an early flight and ran into construction along my way and then yes, you guessed it, ran into traffic on the parkway! (Imagine that). I pulled into the lot and Gene was patiently waiting for me. He graciously got my bag from my car and loaded up the van while I went inside to check in. I was greeted with a smile and told they had me and I was good to go. They were prepared ahead of time to save me time (that I lost during my road trip to the shuttle service). They knew I was running behind schedule and wanted to be sure I caught my flight! Thank you for that!!
On my way back, I called to let them know I was back and ready to be picked up. I went to the restroom and missed the van. (They arrived much quicker than anticipated). They called me to let me know that the van got full and that they noticed I wasn't on the van during that trip and they would be over within 10 minutes to get me.
