Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport

The rooms and bathroom need more hygiene. I'm sorry but she doesn't clean them thoroughly. I put a trap in the room and the bathroom. She was tipped and told her to leave everything clean. She only changed the towels, which by the way smell horrible. She didn't wash the toilet or the bathtub. To be so demanding and be in a good place, she's terrible at hygiene. Every day the same menu: waffles, eggs and bacon. Sometimes, as early as 9:00 am, there's no breakfast. Some guests wake up at 8:00 am and 9:00 am, they can't find anything because the lady takes everything away... they're always there looking at the breakfast. I hope they change that, clean more, how many bacteria would they avoid, provide a better breakfast and a good appearance! If you don't believe me, look at the Fel Loving sofa, how dirty the back is and how there are spider webs in some places...

Where to start? I was in an unfortunate circumstance where my housing was not ready for couple days so I booked one night just to see I showed up way early to check in because it was snowing. The older gentleman was more than accommodating. I swung in fir breakfast and made mini waffles in a press, had awesome eggs, bacon and bagel with a bottomless OJ. Got to my room it was tip top and quiet. I had left my cell phone charger in storage and the front desk man S.K. was beyond accommodating and lent me one. All staff very friendly I couldn't have picked a better place. Service was unbeatable. If you're looking for an affordable place to lay your head before a flight or just need a quiet place this is it!

We stayed here before and after our 2 week trip to Hong Kong. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The towels, linens and bed seemed superior to similarly priced accommodations. The ability to park our car during our absence and take the Airport Shuttle to and from Pittsburgh airport was the main reason for booking our stay here. We have done this numerous times in years past and always appreciate the service and staff.

Overall it is fine. Great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really nice. However, the facility is kind of old and some updating/proper maintenance may be needed. My room has clean beds, but there were dusts and dead bugs at edges of windows. The faucet for shower was kind of stuck and not very easy to pull. The fridge was pretty noisy. The phone connection was almost falling off, probably does not mater, since only a few people would use it. In addition, the wifi was very very slow.

Great staff. Nice place to lay your head after a long travel.

Great option near the airport if you are traveling with family. Our room had 3 beds. That is something that is hard to find in one hotel room. We were happy with the price and location and the kids were happy to have their own comfy bed.

The check-in person was friendly and competent. The room although showing age was clean, quiet and comfortable. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed at in the newly opened COVID time frame, this had a FULL breakfast with a friendly chef all included in the very reasonable price...most impressive!

1st of all the pricing 4 my hotel was fair (very reasonable) as well the stay & comfort of my room was great likewise I told a lady about the safe I didn't use of which she didn't charge 4 it. Otoh, I left my Sunday School book while I was late & n a hurry.



When I call the hotel 2 c they have my book that I left n the room I was staying, a guy that answer the phone said no (of which I know he was lying). I was disappointed.

For the price you pay, it’s worth it. Keep in mind this isn’t a luxury hotel so I adjusted my rating to account for that. It’s close to the airport and has a free shuttle to it, which is why I booked it. The room has noticeable wear and some of the paint in the bathroom is coming off. Service is great and the front desk was very helpful. I would book again if I needed it.

Got the suite instead of two rooms. Bright and clean, just wish the window a/c in the smaller room was quieter.

Didn't partake of breakfast, but it looked like lots of people had.

It’s not a fancy 5-star hotel but it’s fantastic for what it is. Our room was clean. Microwave and fridge, pod style coffee pot with plenty of coffee pods and tea bags - you can go and ask for more at the front desk. Plenty of channels available on the TV. Paying slot machines in the lobby if that’s your thing. They do have a complimentary breakfast but our shuttle left too early to try it. Front desk very, very friendly and helpful when we checked in late and after shift change when we checked out early.



We have another early flight in February and we’ll definitely use again.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend and had a very enjoyable stay. After checking in I was greeted by "Nikki" of the housekeeping stay when I entered my room. She asked if I had everything I needed and told me about nice things to do and see in the area. Her friendliness and helpfulness set the tone for my stay. The room and bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful. "Sherry" makes fresh bacon and eggs every morning and she is very friendly always greeting you with a smile. Quality Inn Airport is a great value and Highly Recommended!

Everything. The staff and housekeeping was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. There was someone there every mourning to prepare eggs and bacon fresh to order. We are definitely staying here our next trip to Pittsburgh

It's not bad for the cost, didn't know that I was getting placed at the smokers section though. Just the typical issues that everyone else had. Kind of wanted to shower but, there was no way to plug the tub let alone switch to the shower head. Room needed to be aired but, i didn't mind it too much. Breakfast doesn't start till 6:00 which, conflicts with my schedule. I was still able to grab an go though

I had to cancel my reservation for two nights and parking at the hotel this past holiday due to a change in plans. The staff were very nice and helpful. Due to an oversight one night was charged to my credit card. The staff without question refunded ny money. Very helpful and considerate.

We were sooo sceptical but my gosh we were blessed. It’s cute on the outside and picture shows and great location close to the main highway. Lots of parking. Breakfast was better than I imagined for the price we paid. We had a child with us and variety of breakfast foods with tables to sit and eat. We got extra towels from the friendly staff Immediately when needed and we had a clean room with all we needed. The staff was very welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised we didn’t have any issues as some of the other reviews talk about. There wasn’t noise issues at all and sure the blinds are not pitch black but the top bed linen can easily be used to provide darkness which we did the one day and it was perfectly fine.

Wonderful check in. Quick easy shuttle ride from the airport. All prepared for our arrival and even put us on the first floor. Clean room and great bed nice accommodations. Very kind and great hot breakfast. Overall for the money and convenience this was the best choice.

My son is attending school in Pittsburgh and we made a last minute trip to visit. The price was good, overall a decent stay. None of the staff talks to you. The entire check in process no one spoke or explained anything. Being a former hotel worker and frequent traveler I just found it odd. But I would stay again in the future.

Excellent stay in their accessible room. The bathroom was workable, but the lack of an accessible shower or tub limits stays to only a very short time.

I drive past other hotels to stay here. The staff is friendly at check in and out. They offer an excellent breakfast, hosted by a long time employee who takes pride in her work. The rooms are a bit dated, however they are clean and comfortable.

We booked this property because the price was right and they offered an airport shuttle. I was thrilled to learn that I could also leave my car parked for an extended period of time at the hotel for an additional minimal cost. Pratap Khadka, the front desk worker, was a huge help in checking me in, delivering exceptional customer service, and making my parking arrangements.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and well maintained premises. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.

Good location, close to airport. Quiet and seems very safe.

For a 2-star hotel, this hotel gets 5 stars on value. The free airport shuttle was convenient, fast, and saved me money on a taxi. The front desk staff was really friendly too. They give free water bottles to guests if you ask. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. I stayed for one night but it felt safe and it's close to the Robinson Town Center.



It's obviously a bit rundown and could use some renovations, but it's a 2-star hotel so not surprising. Overall, I'd stay here again and would highly recommend it to others!

Minus the police chase on my last night... Everything was great.



There was even staff cooking eggs & bacon for breakfast patrons in the mornings!

Great place to crash for a night! Private door to the outside like the motels from the past! (Great for smokers) there rooms are clean and up to date modern! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My husband stays here when he works out of town ..I come there and stay with him from time to time I really like and recommend this place .the breakfast is great and there is even someone there to cook ur eggs and sausage how u like it ..When u stay there u get dinner for free on Tuesdays and it is also great ..The staff is very polite and courteous ..great experience. 10 stars. The rooms are clean too😃😃

Don't get me wrong, this isn't a 5-star hotel, but our recent experience there was amazing. We had booked through a 3rd-party site and then tragedy struck and we had to fly in early for a funeral. Contacted the 3rd party site who, of course, notified us that our booking was non-refundable, blah, blah, blah but they would try to see if the hotel would help. The initial response wasn't encouraging, but in the end they honored our initial reservation just a few days earlier. I cannot tell you how much it meant to us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport is an excellent value for anyone needing to travel for multiple days from the Pittsburgh International Airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking and shuttle are an excellent choice. We had an early flight and even before the hotel put out the full breakfast there was plenty to eat before getting our flight. We will be retuning to Quality Inn for further flights from Pittsburgh

Have stayed here twice now and would definitely return if back in the area. Great value for my travel dollars. Hallways and stairwells are not great, but lobby, breakfast room, and guest rooms are great. Everything works and is clean. And great breakfast.

The Park and Fly program was on time, professional, easy, reliable, and affordable. The room was fine. Our goal was to get to the airport for a 6:15 AM flight without hassle. We took the 3:40 AM shuttle, which was exactly on time and we had plenty of time to spare at the gate. We had a lot of luggage due to the nature of our trip and that was not an issue. We waited no time on pickup as well. We got our luggage and the shuttle was already there.

Room was clean, hotel was accommodating, and they were able to book us at a moments notice with a more than affordable price. They also accept AAA and government discounts.

A good property just off the Steubenville Pike, nearby the Robinson Township mall. They have a small, cosy reception area with an attached breakfast area adjacent. A decent hotel that meets one's expectations for a short or a long stay. Team members are warm and friendly.

While a little threadbare, this property is entirely serviceable. Room was clean, NO bedbugs, decent shower. Comfortable bed with pillow density choices. No wait for hot water. TV remote didn’t initially work but that was quickly remedied. Quiet location because there is little else around. Breakfast was significantly better than last weekend’s near MGW :).

Just stayed there night before last..... 5 plus stars. Staff was beyond amazing and the room was perfect. Highly recommend.
