Recently renovated hotel that has been brought up to the latest standard. Rooms are now very modern and sleek and mine featured a nice sitting area with movable table to work. Front desk was a little slow and methodical with the check in procedure. In addition since you are right next to the airport the planes go right overhead and therefore there is some noise from the jets, but you are also conveniently located by O’Hare which is also a draw of this property.

Be warned, the exterior shots on Google and the Marriott website make the building look very modern and blue - it's actually a rather ugly shade of brown and beige, typical of airport hotels. The interior, however, is newly renovated and very nice, and the airport shuttle is incredibly convenient and easy to schedule and ride (the suspension on that bus leaves much to be desired, however - it sounded like it was about to fall apart every time we hit a small bump in the road!)

I travel a lot and I am very picky about hotels. I usually go for 5-Star properties, but I have to say this is one of my favorite hotels. Even the most basic room is large, very thoughtfully appointed, and in great condition with sleek yet warm decor and finishes. It's exactly what a Westin should be! The shower is also fantastic. All they have to do is stop using Aquafina as their bottled water and I would have zero critiques!

I love this Westin! Stayed here twice in two different types of rooms while traveling abroad through the Chicago airport. The service is great. Free bottled water waits in the room and more at the check in desk if needed. Rooms are clean, smell well, spacious and not beat up like some Marriotts within the Bonvoy group. The linens are good quality and always crisp. The beds are very comfy. And for someone who does sleep well outside of home, I have slept well in these beds. Bath towels are nice and not dingy, and in the upgraded rooms the robes are very nice. The toiletries are great quality and smell divine. The lobby is neat and clean, so are the common bathrooms. The restaurant at the hotel offers quality meals at good prices. And the shuttle to the airport has always been on time and it’s a 5 min drive. Overall a great experience!

I am commenting on their shuttle service to the airport. I usually buy parking in advance and scan the barcode to get into the lot. Their shuttle bus doesn't run as frequently as some of their competitors but they are a bit more affordable than other places. We did lose a wallet inside the bus one time but we were able to track it down pretty quickly. They were very helpful during the process.

I really liked this Hilton. Only issue was Starbucks. So apparently they don’t take Starbucks rewards for star points. They will allow you to download the app but have a sign up that says we do not accept QR codes which is how you get you star points. They said it is because they are not a corporate location. Ok so then why tell people you can get the app but not allow existing customers to use it. You can tell the 2 ladies working there had people complain because they were very rude. I am sure they get it all the time as people are very sensitive over points. I would rather them have a sign up that says save your receipt, take a picture and send to customer service to redeem your points. They did have a cool cake pop 😁

I was at the Westin for the Chicago Salsa Congress. The free shuttle from the airport runs every 20 minutes and was very convenient! There is a Starbucks in the hotel. The hotel has huge rooms with a table and 2 chairs. There is ample light. The bathroom is big and the rain forest shower head made my shower after nights of dancing so wonderful.

My friend & I stayed here the weekend of November 19th. My only complaint is the shuttle driver who pulled up, paused, & drove off before we could even walk out of the airport doors. We had to wait another 20 minutes for the next shuttle. Upon arriving & checking in, staff was amazing! The room was very nice & clean. I'm a travel agent & I'm very picky when choosing hotels. I do travel with Lysol & Clorox wipes & even upon wiping things down, it was spotless. I wish that I would've gotten the 2 ladies names who worked upon us checking in, the guy who got us towels and water, and the lady who checked us out. All 4 were very helpful & professional. I'd definitely stay here again & recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. I can't wait to go back. Oh and I don't recall hearing the planes from the 11th floor. However, I did enjoy watching them land.

You can probably even get something you didn't know you needed. Bed is VERY comfortable. Room is good size. Almost too big if you're a business traveler. Shower is roomy but the water pressure is terrible. Toilet doesn't flush well either. The closet is weird too. It doesn't really fit what's in there (ironing board, safe, luggage caddy). Full length mirror in the room so you can make sure your outfit is looking tight before you go.

Flew into O'Hare for a business meeting and our meeting was at The Westin O'Hare. The conference rooms were well equipped and the catered we good but not spectacular. The service was OK but not terribly attentive. The rooms were nice with a good size mini fridge and bathroom. The shuttle to and from the airport was really convenient and there were restaurants walking distance which was nice. The shuttle will also take you to other close by restaurants and shopping areas. Very reasonable hotel which I would give a 4.5 star rating if I could.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The hotel has plenty of sanitizers due to the ongoing pandemic. Rooms were clean and the decor was updated and modern.
The best part of the stay was the fitness center. I try to work out when I travel and this hotel's fitness center has been by far the best one in all my trips to date. Typically the workout rooms are a joke with a barely functioning elliptical and a few weights, if at all. This one had it all. Plenty of well maintained equipment. I am a huge Marriott fan and an even bigger fan of the Westin brand. I stayed at the Westin Lombard very frequently when traveling for work. The Westin O'Hare leave something to be desired. There were issues with the gates which were never fully resolved the week that I was there. The setup of the hotel is kind of wonky especially for parking. And the lobby smelled like musty water. The service was mostly friendly. The bar inside the hotel left something to be desired but I went there for lunch and it was nice. Huge bonus points for having a Starbucks in the lobby.

Modernized, spacious room. Stayed for a short night and was delighted to find a nice room and big comfy bed. Just down the street in walkable distance is the famous Chicago deep dish restaurant. Plenty of closet space and dressers for items.

This hotel is located near my place. This is my go-to hotel for many years already. It has very nice surroundings and very well designs architecture place that you will be amazed. It's really a very big place that you will appreciate the food, and it's the class of the hotel. A very big and spacious parking lots where the security guards standing-by ready to assist you to park your car. It was all perfect for me. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful and clean hotel. The lady who checked me in was very friendly. The bathroom is spacious. I will definitely stay here again when I'm visiting. Close to restaurants and Fashion Outlets Mall.

My recent stay @ this Westin was excellent...
The location is great with shuttles consistently running to & from O'Hare, along with restaurants & convenience store nearby The room was modern, very clean, and provided plenty of space. Got to get in a swim & hot-tub/spa before the wedding festivities. And the staff was extremely friendly & professional. Aja @ the front-desk was the best!

Great hotel. The rooms were just renovated, the beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious, and it's probably got the best hotel gym I've been to in a long time. The only thing you need to be aware of (and this is common to every hotel near O'Hare Airport) is that there is a decent amount of airplane noise due to planes taking off and landing 24/7. The staff is friendly and the hotel common areas are clean and smell nice.

This is one of my favorite hotels! The calming fountain in the lobby, plus comfortable seating is a great welcome. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfy. Conference rooms & auditorium are also well appointed. 💙

Wow...love the room...felt like a luxury, bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Shower was hot and just the right water pressure. After a horrific day of canceled flights, severe cold and upper respiratory infection, hours of being shifted from airport to airport and the chaos of canceled flights it was just what a weary and worn traveler needed...if I had my choice of any hotel I would choose that one everytime.

Absolutely loved our stay here! They were very accommodating in the hotel room was extremely clean. We spent three nights here with family and had conjoined rooms. The cost was very affordable and they also had great packages which allow us to get a Starbucks voucher every morning plus free parking. I highly recommend you check this place out if you're looking to stay near Chicago.

Very sleek, clean, and spacious common areas. Great for conferences and events and giving clients accommodations near the airport. The rooms have spacious, updated bathrooms, and the bedrooms have good window light. The restaurant/bar is open late, which is very helpful. Cons? Parking here is expensive, and don’t expect to go exploring the area. Plus it’s a bit on the pricey side compared to similar hotels. Here you get a nice look and atmosphere for the extra buck you pay.
