Very nice hotel. Very nice. Good for weddings. Nice rooms. The 1st time they messed up our room and then replaced it with a very nice accommodations. Nicer than your average hotel.
Wow...love the room...felt like a luxury, bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Shower was hot and just the right water pressure. After a horrific day of canceled flights, severe cold and upper respiratory infection, hours of being shifted from airport to airport and the chaos of canceled flights it was just what a weary and worn traveler needed...if I had my choice of any hotel I would choose that one everytime.
Crooks. Irresponsible and unhelpful customer service. We stayed here overnight after our flight was delayed until the next day, and the hotel charged our credit card "by mistake" for charges they admitted were incorrect. We've called four times (long phone calls on hold) on three different days, and they still haven't refunded us because "they are waiting for their accounting department to approve it." They swindle for extra money. Don't stay here unless you want your credit card charged for things you don't owe. It may have been a decent stay were it not for this.
Had an unexpected lay over and Westin was quick and courteous with checking the line of very tired passengers. The beds and pillows were heaven since we had already had a 21 hr day. Merry Christmas to you all.
Great hotel. Staff is super friendly across the board. Starbucks in lobby, gift shop has everything you need + more. Forgot something? You can get it there. You can probably even get something you didn't know you needed. Bed is VERY comfortable. Room is good size. Almost too big if you're a business traveler. Shower is roomy but the water pressure is terrible. Toilet doesn't flush well either. The closet is weird too. It doesn't really fit what's in there (ironing board, safe, luggage caddy). Full length mirror in the room so you can make sure your outfit is looking tight before you go.
Very nice hotel for a business stay in Rosemont. Shuttle from O'Hare. Walking distance to where I needed to be. Great hot water for shower. Serving staff very nice and helpful.
Great hotel! I was here for work & it's a fantastic place to do work meetings. There are plenty of meeting rooms, a Starbucks in the lobby, plenty of open spaces to sit & the rooms are great. The location is nice for getting to O'Hare & they even have a free airport shuttle. I would consider staying here on a personal visit to Chicago.
We stayed at this hotel October 2019.
I am a former manager at a resort so have high expectations for customer service and hospitality. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, price was a good value, linens were high-quality, even the in-room coffee is Starbucks. We made friends with the housekeeping staff, and I liked the conference space decor. Would most definitely recommend this hotel.
I had a seriously great experience here. I felt special, appreciated and even a bit pampered. Great, easy to find location. Wide open pull-up area. Courteous and helpful check-in staff. The in-hotel restaurant fare was truly delicious, and it was fun to watch the chefs in the open kitchen. Comfortable beds and awesome robes. The complementary mid-day snacks were an excellent and appreciated touch. Overall, I'd give six stars if I could. Quite impressed.
I am a huge Marriott fan and an even bigger fan of the Westin brand. I stayed at the Westin Lombard very frequently when traveling for work. The Westin O'Hare leave something to be desired. There were issues with the gates which were never fully resolved the week that I was there. The setup of the hotel is kind of wonky especially for parking. And the lobby smelled like musty water. The service was mostly friendly. The bar inside the hotel left something to be desired but I went there for lunch and it was nice. Huge bonus points for having a Starbucks in the lobby.
Spoke with front desk manager Keely Meeker today. Cancelled room this online the night before my stay, sick baby so I needed to get home. Received confirmation cancel email, so thought everything was cool. Used points for the room. Got back home to see $300 charge on my credit card. Was told by Keely that i missed the 48 hour deadline to cancel. Explained my situation and she stated that this is the rule. I explained i was not aware of the charge, it was not communicated in my email confirmation, if I did, I would have called directly. Her response, sorry but that is the rule. Nice customer service! I guess Gold status gets you know where.
