Mike our driver was great. I gave him a hard time (jokingly) and he rolled with the jabs like a champ. Very cordial and friendly and the music he had on made you want to dance. Great experience on the way to the airport.

Convenient access from 5 South in particular. Covered parking and not horridly expensive. One of the better options since SAN turned the economy lot (by the rental center) into employee parking. Vans/transport are a little old and run down but they have a LOT of them. Pick up is fast either arriving or departing.

Parking at the airport is never fun, but they make it as painless as possible. The drivers were very helpful in providing extra service for my mom and her wheelchair. We booked online through one of the parking apps and only had to present our printout upon entering and again upon exiting. You want to make sure you keep that in a safe place where are you can find it easily

Not usual for me to rate car parks but the car was safe, fine and untouched in any way. The reason for 5 stars is that my hubby parked the car and couldn't remember which floor or spot. The garage attendant stayed with me until the car was found. What a guy!

Didn’t realize how accommodating this place was. They pick you up right at your parking spot and drop off at the airport.

Great experience at this parking garage , very nice shuttle driver for cruise drop off , prompt pick up . Shuttle driver remembered us and had water for us when we got back to the garage

We were very pleasantly surprised at how great this experience was. They were very efficient and got us to and from the airport quickly. The car was in a covered garage so it wasn’t dirty when we got back. The drivers and other staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
