Great place to park for the cruise terminal if everything else closer is full. Check Groupon for deals. Great customer service and a shuttle every 10-15 minutes for the cruise terminal. It's even faster for the airport. Just be sure to let someone know if you're there for a cruise. Complimentary water and coffee. The only thing is parking spaces are tight! If you're coming back from a cruise, look for the flag for the Aladdin shuttle. There's only one or two going at a time, so the wait to get back to your car can be close to an hour after getting off your ship. Plan accordingly!

LOVE THESE GUYS! Talking about friendly service, on time departures and peace of mind, this company has it all dialed in.

Parked here instead of my hotel. Saved a butt load of cash over those 5 days. Bongos were safe in the backseat the whole time. A truck was parked too close to me when I left. Had to climb in from the passenger side over my bongos. Leave your bongos at home. Even if they are your traveling bongos. Trust me.

Definitely recommend AGAINST using Aladdin Parking-my real rating is zero stars! I had a terrible experience there-over $1,000 in damage to my vehicle directly due to an Aladdin employee's negligence. Aladdin management had me make a claim to their insurance company, which was promptly denied. Neither has Aladdin management offered any financial compensation for my loss. THESE PEOPLE ARE GREEDY AND UNSCRUPULOUS! Details of my loss you may wonder? I entered Aladdin Parking with a flat tire I incurred shortly before. Asking to be directed to the nearest parking space due to the flat, the Aladdin employee instead directed me through a narrow passage to an air pump-which I didn't ask for, as I intended to leave my car with the tire flat to repair upon my return after my vacation. The passageway the employee directed me to was narrow, and on the right passenger side of my SUV was a short metal pole not visible to me, it being below the passenger side window bottom. The Aladdin employee stood in front of my car, carefully guiding me forward-forward so that the side of my SUV contacted the metal pole, damaging both the front and passenger doors! What a way to start a vacation! Stay away from Aladdin Parking!

Great service, easy parking, and they take you the airport and pick you up from there. They run about every 10-15 minutes so the wait isn’t long at all. I’ll use this parking facility all the time.

they used to be good, but service has deteriorated and price gone way up. and its very confusing to park unless you choose valet upgrade.

Very disappointing this time. Prices went up and had to wait over 15 minutes both ways to catch the bus and it was not off hours. Used to be such good service.

My first time parking at Aladdin was recently to go out of town for a funeral and I would park there again. I parked on the roof. I felt really comfortable leaving my car there and the shuttle service was prompt and they honored a coupon for a dollar off per day. This was my first time parking at the airport area period. I paid for four days at a pretty competitive rate with the other quality parking structures in the area. I was happy to pay $56 to have the added layer of security for my car and free shuttle service. It was actually cheaper than a Lyft ride which would have been $80 round trip from where I live in Carlsbad. To reiterate I would definitely park with Aladdin again. The only thing that was confusing was how to get off of the roof when it was time to leave. There could be more signs up there guiding someone to the exit.

This was my first experience with Aladdin Parking and I was impressed. I parked indoors, the car was relatively clean after being garage parked for ten days. I was provided a discount for my military service, which I appreciated. I will feel very comfortable returning to Aladdin Parking for our next trip out of the San Diego International Airport.
