Getting to the airport was fine but returning was a disaster!!! After we arrived back into San Diego and got to the pickup location we contacted your service via text message. At that time it was us and one other couple. After 15 minutes went by I contacted you by phone and was told a van should be there shortly. After 25 minutes other people began to show up. At the 35 minute mark a van finally showed up but there was about 30 people waiting and the van can only fit about 10 to 12 from the looks of it. We gave the driver our bags and he loaded them. As we go to get in the van there is no spot left for us. The driver then tells us that there will be another van coming soon and trys to leave with our luggage. We ended up have to take a taxi back to your parking garage. Very disappointed since we had waited the longest and were left to wait. I won't be utilizing your services in the future nor will I recommend you to anyone!
I love how easy it is to book with them, and pick up/drop off was super easy. My only feedback is about the broken down vans they have. Very squeaky and a rough ride.
Parking was good. Driver was quick and courteous and picked me up from my car. Pickup was a short wait but very tolerable. Definitely the best airport parking option. Also they are almost there cheapest, because the other options too you if with unlisted fees. Best. Cheapest. I'll park here everytime.
Pre paid for parking, which ended up putting me on the roof, driver followed me to my spot and got me going right away. You can have valet and a oil change done here, which will be next visit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
Awful service when flying back and need to get back to your car. Had to wait over an hour after 4 phone calls, text messages and being forced to wait when three vans left. So many of us were waiting and calling and texting then when they finally sent the shuttles they couldn't fit people. It is the WORST parking service I have seen. No organization and when you ask to speak to the manager any staff just tells you to call back later and does not care. One other passenger waiting with us was being forced to pay an additional day because she was 30 minutes late even though we had all been waiting over an hour for THEM to send a shuttle!!!!! I will be calling corporate to demand answers and a refund!
No issues with parking it was a breeze. We did covered valet and it was great. However the shuttles are in disrepair and a new fleet is desperately needed. Our driver to the airport was friendly and courteous, no complaints. However the lady that picked us up from our return was absolutely rude! The entire van was a gasp with her attitude and bad customer service. It takes a lot to get my husband upset, but this woman definitely got his blood boiling!
I will definitely park at WallyPark for all my future travels! It was a great price/location and website booking was very user friendly! I felt that my car was safe there for three days and took a lot of stress off my shoulders. The shuttle was right by my car when I got there and right there to pick me up when I got back, I didn't even need to call! The staff was all extremely kind and helpful! Wanda picked me up from the airport and brought me back to my car in the shuttle, very kind! Great experience and would recommend to anyone! Thank You!!!
This place was very disappointing. I made two reservations and made modifications to both reservations. As a result I was charged for four reservations. I waited to see if the first two charges will drop but they never did. I called by phone and was never called back. I spoke to someone in person who gave me an email address and I never received an email back. I called several more times and I never received a call back to help resolve this. I will never consider using their services again.
I travel for work often. After some issues with another lot, I decided to give Wally Park a try about 8 years ago. Now, I exclusively use the San Diego Wally Park garage every time I travel. The reservation system is easy to use, with discounts always being available. Every staff member that I have encountered in the hundreds of times that I have parked at the lot has been friendly and helpful. I am always rushing so it’s perfect for me that the shuttle drivers are in and out of the garage often enough that I never have to wait more than a few minutes to be dropped at the terminal. I also appreciate that I have never waited more than 10 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Keep up the great job!
Valet parking does not have the nice amenities of rest rooms and water. Upon return I texted the company as recommended. I waited 25 minutes curbside before the shuttle arrived.
I have changed my rating from one star to four because manager called and gave me two free days to use in the future. He did the right thing. This goes a long way toward turning a bad experience into a decent one. He said he will look into what happened that made my wait so long. Good for him. He’s interesting in improving his service. Well done.
Edit - these guys picked up the ball and got things moving. Appreciate David and Daniel who helped get the refund processed. Best advice for other clients is to call until you get a live person on the phone...VMs and emails were less effective.
Double billed me for parking. I called and emailed hoping that a manager or maybe anyone at the company would reach out so the overcharge could be reimbursed. But after about a week, still no response.

Horrible shuttle service. We waited over an hour to be picked up...it was very cold. We called and text several times and the only reply we received was alrighty!! Will never use them again I rather pay more money per night.

With being at the parking garage at early morning drop off, they were very cheerful and most amazing attitude in providing the up-most care in getting us to the airport on time. I would most definitely will used them for all our future trips.
We just finished our second parking experience with WallyPark in San Diego and it will definitely be our last. The first was several months ago and we chose to use Lot 2 because we did not want valet parking. When we arrived for our pre-paid reserved parking we were told the lot was filled and they would have to valet park. We again said we did not want that but were offered no other option and had to get to the airport so we agreed. Our second experience this past week was absurd. We arrived for our pre-paid reservation to find the whole parking lot gone. A sign was up that said it was closed for construction with no directions as to what to do. We went to the parking garage and were told to park across the street and when we asked why we were't notified, they said they didn't have our phone number or e-mail....which was given for the reservation confirmation. No more Wally for us!!!
Was nervous after reading other reviews but my company has an agreement with them. I found the location easy to find and no issues entering lot or finding parking. The shuttle to airport picked me up directly from my car and was there within seconds of me parking. Upon entering shuttle was given a card with my parking spot filled in for me.
The return shuttle was at pick up location with in 5 minutes of waiting and took me straight to vehicle. This was a seamless operation for me.
