Have to give these guys 5 stars for really trying to work with me and my parking challenge even though we made different plans. We're flying out of San Diego, will be gone a week, and needed a place to park our Mercedes Sprinter Chassis small RV. Corporate Park 'N Fly connected me to "Jake" who was a great problem solver, finding us a spot at Lot 3, and telling me how to make the reservation so that he'd remember to reserve a very specific spot for us. Great customer service, even before we parked.
We were very pleased with the location, ease of access, and the shuttle service drivers. We’ve been “official airport lot” people for years, and our experience this holiday has made us switch!
It’s a great service for the cruise port, however there is no organization when disembarking ship nor staff to keep everyone in order for a ride back. I just catch a cab and pay the $14 instead of waiting an hour to get back.
I gave it 2 stars because it was easy to park. However, the wait for the shuttle to the cruise port was 30 minutes (and we happened to get there before the crowd. I am sure the people behind us probably waited an hour or more because they had ONE shuttle running). After the cruise. We stood in a line of over 100 people and watched as every other company’s shuttles came and went. We waited in line for about 45 minutes. NOT what a family feels like doing after getting off a cruise and before a long travel home.
My siblings used Horton with much better, faster, luck, and covered parking, and $20 cheaper. We won’t use them again.
