For the return trip, WallyPark's JAX page, archived December 18, 2025, said the airport had temporarily designated the North Upper Departure Curb for its shuttle pickups and drop-offs, and that texting for a pickup had been discontinued. JAX's ground transportation page, checked September 15, 2026, still lists the North Upper Level Departure Curb for hotel shuttles. Because WallyPark called the curb temporary, confirm the pickup point in the WallyPark app, which tracks shuttles in real time.
Some reseller listings still show a text-for-pickup number and a 1.9-mile distance; go by WallyPark's own page. WallyPark names no concourse or door at the JAX terminal.
