The reviews were spot on. Easy online reservations, close to JIA with constant shuttles, covered parking and friendly. This will be my go to anytime we fly to visit family.

Safe, fast, fair pricing, covered parking. Have used multiple times. Within 2 minutes of parking in spot, shuttle comes to pick you up, puts your luggage in the back, gives you a business card with your space on it and youâre off to the airport. The front of the card has instructions to text Wallypark for the shuttle to come pick you up when you are ready to be picked up outside.

We are regular Wallypark users for our frequent travels. This past trip we had Bill V. As our driver on the way there and then Tim on the way back and they were both outstandingâŚfriendly, talkative, considerate men. Wallypark should be commended for selecting such high-quality drivers. My only regret is that there is not a way to do mobile tipping for those of us that never have cash. So all I can do is leave these men a virtual tip for excellent service!

I personally had a great experience from start to finish. The drivers were wonderful and so kind. I believe a manager picked me up last night and he was just wonderful. This took away my worries about finding parking near Christmas. Well worth the money. I canât speak on the negative reviews but for me, I had an excellent experience with very friendly drivers.

We recently used Wallypark and were pleasantly surprised by the convenience and great customer service. The shuttle service was prompt, coming directly to our car, which made our departure pretty straightforward and efficient. The garage seemed to have pretty good security and all the staff were super friendly. On our return, the process of getting picked up from the airport was equally smooth and efficient. They give you a card with a number to text once you land so the shuttle can be waiting for you when you exit. A special mention goes to our driver, Christine, who was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful! She ensured we knew exactly how to exit the garage and informed us about additional amenities like assistance for car batteries, which can be a lifesaver after a long trip.

Our flights were leaving super early and we didn't want to ask anyone to drop us off, so we decided to reserve parking. Plus, atleast for us, parking for 5 days was actually cheaper than a driving service to and from the airport. With a complimentary shuttle, you really can't beat the pricing!
From start to finish the process was a breeze and each person we spoke to, albeit just a few, was very kind and professional. The guys driving the shuttle got us to and from the airport safely and even took care of all the luggage each time - such a treat!

Faith redeemed!! Travel is already stressful from the beginning. Finding ways to reduce the burden is key. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I travel for work and pleasure. Having a guaranteed covered spot, with room to open my doors (Ford F150) IYKYK, is a great start. The new touch-less app, with the ability to store in my Apple wallet is yet another bonus. Knowing that several drivers pass by my vehicle hourly brings peace of mind to the security of my truck. Sorry for leaving it sticking out so far this week.
However, the most important plus and the reason for 5 Stars, is the staff. I was compelled to write this review after having the pleasure of meeting Christine our driver. Her positive attitude about my home state of Florida really welcomed us back. Without going on a personal tangent since that is NOT what Yelp is about, I wanted to commend her and our drop off driver Monday evening for bringing this customer back to using Wally Park for every trip. Well done Christine. Oh, thanks for not driving like an idiot. Travelers know what I mean.

The shuttle drives are always so pleasant. Iâve never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. They pick you up at your car once parked and deliver you back to your car upon return. They always offer to help with your bags (unlike most other shuttle companies who sit and let you fend for yourself). Go-to parking garage for Jax airport. I love that they have covered parking. Plenty of shuttles to and from.I had a flat tire and they were SO nice. At first they were going to put air in my tire but I decided my drive to my house was too far to chance it. Had to wait for AAA for a while and the staff kept checking on me. Made sure I had water, etc. They also have free WiFi inside so that helped keep me occupied. Definitely park here.

Super fast pick up and drop off right from where you park and from the terminal. no crowded airport shuttle buses or having to walk far in long term parking late at night. I had barely parked my car in an allotted spot and a young lady in a golf cart was ready there to take me to the office and transfer me to the airport bus which left within minutes! We recently parked our car at WallyPark for 6 days. We made the reservation online, and this made check-in and check-out very quick and easy. Joy (the driver who took us to the airport from the parking lot) was very sweet, and full of information. She is great. Leon was the driver who took us from the airport back to the parking lot after the trip, and was wonderful as well. He was helpful and fun, and though we were tired from traveling all day, Leon made us feel glad to be back home. We recommend WallyPark, and will park there again on our next trip out of town.

I have parked at several other lots at Jax and Wally Park is by far the best for several reasons. First, the cost was comparable to others in the area. The directions they sent me for locating them, parking my car, and getting to the airport were clear and spot on. Parking was easy to find. The garage was clean and well kept up. Most importantly, the shuttle service was very timely. The shuttle arrived in less than 5 minutes when picked up from car to go to airport, and when picked up at airport. Also, the drivers were very nice and helpful, too. I will definitely be using this place again.

Go ahead and go here. Its worth it. I've done the expensive parking garages plenty. My wife made me try this. Turns out this is just as fast, maybe faster. Maybe faster when you factor in driving, paying, looking for a spot, the long walk in. Here just pull in wherever, unload and go to the pickup station which are everywhere. It seems like a shuttle comes every few minutes. Its really fast. Getting back is easy too. Just make sure you write fown where you are parked! Yep been there done that.

The day of parking my vehicle in the lot, I noticed a shuttle bus circling and since I wasn't sure how the shuttles worked, I checked the site, the driver pulls up and blows at me and asked if I was heading to the airport, I told yeah and I wasn't how this worked. He was like I have people on here and was rushing me. He didn't get up to help me with my luggage on the shuttle nor give me a card of where I parked.. Carl driving was fast and bumpy. Upon returning back for pick up Joy was a sweetheart, she helped pull my luggage on the shuttle and take it off as well as making sure I git in my vehicle and waited til I cranked her before pulling off.
