Good place to go when the airport parking lots are full (especially in a pinch!). All of the staff were friendly & helpful. Price was not bad either for using their lot. They have certain areas that are covered parking, a section of the lot is not paved which some have to park in and other sections are paved but not covered. They have a lot of parking here!

After parking make sure to take note where you parked. The shuttle comes to pick you up & drops you off as close to the terminals at the airport as they can. The shuttle did not take too long to pick us up after parking ~10 min.

At pickup from the airport (instructions on the slip they give you when you first get picked up will tell you where they will pick you up), the driver will collect your slip then (has where you parked on it) & they will drop you off where your car is in their lot. Be careful traveling through their parking lot as there are no stop signs & you cannot see if another car is coming down another lane. We will be using their services again if needed!

I have had the best service with USA Park. They pick me up instantly as I drive through and they have given me my location to park the car. There's never a wait. When I get to the airport they drop me off, pull my luggage out for me and make sure I'm set before they leave. When they pick me up. It's never more than a 5-minute wait for them to come back by again. They are courteous, friendly and very professional! I've been using them for years and will continue to do so.

We have used this parking service for 7 or 8 years. They have several buses and we have never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to be picked up from our car when departing and not more than 5 or 10 minutes at the most from the airport arrivals. I am happy to recommend them.

Very easy to park and they give you your parking space info before you depart at the airport so when you return you give the slip to the driver and they drop you off at your vehicle.

My flight was delayed and then rebooked for the next day and they didn't charge me for the three hours I was parked there.

This is my favorite place to park! I had 2 short trips in October, at which time I joined the Fast Pass program. It's free. This month I had a funeral to attend and was gone 4 days. Apparently there were bonus days added to my pass (because I joined within the allotted time), so this trip was covered! The drivers are always friendly and attentive, and the staff in the booths are great at answering all of my (many) questions. Happy customer, right here. 😊

We parked at USA Park for two weeks when we went North for the holidays. The shuttle was prompt, the driver was courteous, and they handled our bags too!! When we returned, the shuttle dropped us off at our car. Sadly, our car had a dead battery!! We walked over to the exit where Gwen was incredibly helpful, and sent Josh over to jump start our car!! I used uncovered parking for 4 days. Entry was simple. Lot attendant was very welcoming and informed me where to park. I was picked up immediately and taken to the airport timely. Upon returning I waited about 15 min for pick up . Returned to my car. All went wonderful . I'm thinking wow! I will definately use this lot from now on....until the exit attendant, rude as he**. Didn't even stop her side conversation with another employee and got a straight attitude when I showed her my coupon, as I experienced problems with it not scanning on her little scanner....so, end result, my car was fine, Which is great! but don't expect any customer service upon exiting. All other customer service and parking went well.

First time using them and it was an excellent experience. Quickly after arrival I was already on the shuttle and on the way to the airport. When I returned I quickly found the shuttle and was on my way home within a few minutes. The parking is a great rate with the coupons, the shuttles are fast and courteous, the experience would have been a 5/5 if the parking attendant at check out wasn’t so mean. Her tone was demeaning and she spoke to me like I have a learning disability and all that I had asked was to do a split payment. I wanted to scream so loud at her by the way she spoke with me and wouldn’t want anyone to have that type of service. Her attitude was the worst that I have encountered in any setting for months. If she isn’t working and you can leave without interacting with her then this place is the best.

I have always had a good experience with this place, but I couldn’t find my keys which were tucked away in my suitcase somewhere when I got back to the car. The driver, Josh, refused to leave Until I found them and he could put my bag in my car. He said that he would want somebody to do that for his mother if she were in that situation. I gave him my tab, but he was such a good person. I have had great experiences with the people that work there for years!

I’ve been using them for a long time…way over 70 nights stayed. More recently, they have been lighter on their shuttle scheduling. In the past, you would leave the airport and there was a high likelihood of a shuttle being there or arriving in two minutes. Lately, it’s been a longer cycle. Still good, kind folks and the convenience is pretty high, only wish they would watch the flight schedules more closely and have shuttles there when planes land.

I'm here pretty much every month. I was hesitant at first but it's actually been great. I feel safe and my car is safe while I'm gone. It's so convenient!! I took 1 star away because the app is fickle. It doesn't always work. It logs you out at the worst time and the directions aren't very clear on how to get free parking stays. You guys need to fix or improve the app.

I left my iPhone in the car and had to return to the parking lot. Luckily I arrived early as I was traveling with my daughter and two grandkids. Josh took me back with another returning group. Could not find my phone in the car. We returned to airport where I rifled through my back pack’s many pockets. Still no phone. Had Josh take me back to the lot. This time I had asked Josh to call my phone from his and I was able to locate it in the car. I was grateful for Josh’s patience and impressed by his calmness in dealing with my crisis as well as all the other customers on my three shuttles. I decided to give this company a try after a couple of terrible experiences with the Jacksonville Airport's Economy Parking and their lack of adequate shuttles. This will now be my choice for airport parking. From the moment I arrived a shuttle bus was immediately behind my car to take me to the terminals. When I returned to the airport and made my way out to the ground transportation pickup, a shuttle was already waiting and got moving with three passengers - Zero wait time is a great improvement over the few and far between packed buses I was used to with Economy Parking. No more clawing your way to the front of a crowd to get on an already packed bus after seeing two full ones pass you by with rude drivers yelling "We Are FULL!" This is the way a good business should work!

Some advice and points to note:

1. Get the coupons online for reduced pricing and budget in an extra day on the end in case your flight gets delayed. The coupons "expire" after the end date you specify which would leave you paying the higher price.

2. There is a 10% Airport Fee added on the bill so be prepared for this. Even so, the prices with coupons come out cheaper than Economy without the bad service.

There aren't many businesses that can offer great customer service at an exceptionally low price.

USA Park does all this. Five Stars.

First, their rates are more than reasonable, like $4.00 a day for uncovered parking and coupons and credits for free days!!!

They have covered parking as well, think these rates are around the area of $6.99 to $7.00 again, reasonable.

Shuttle service to the airport terminals is offered again, very good if not excellent customer service. Pick up and drop off at your car with bag assistance, if needed.

All and all very great place to leave your car.

It's my understanding that USA Park is developing an APP that can be used for this great airport parking place.

This is the best place to park! The van meets you where you park and the driver helps you load your luggage and drops you at your plane's departure door. Upon returning the van picks you up quickly and takes you right to your car and helps load your stuff. I have always felt safe, especially at night after dark. Our driver on my most recent trip was very helpful and had all in the van laughing and enjoying the ride. Plus you're given bottled water when you check out with the cashier. Have tried several other nearby airport parking and USA met all the check points. Easy online reservation, quick entry and most important, our flight was delayed and didn't get in till after midnight. USA was there to pick us up minutes after we got our luggage. Call it good luck? I'll find out cause I've signed up as a loyal "fast pass" customer.

As always they were great. Picked me up at my car and shuttled me to airport. Less than 5 min wait for the shuttle...always. Fares we're cheap compared to airport parking. $8.75 a day for covered parking.

Faster, friendlier and more cost competitive than the on airport covered parking. But use care when parking, and exiting the covered stalls with narrow (hard to see), posts. Great shuttle service. Friendly and helpful gate personnel

The employees are friendly and prompt with service. My driver at midnight on Jan 11/12 was great. He left the airport as soon as I boarded the van so he could get me to the parking lot quickly. He drove well and took my luggage to my car. He’s a 5 Star employee.

Convenient covered or uncovered parking with great door to door friendly service and a rewards program. We get free days for our vacations from all the work trips! They even had a jump starter to help when we came back to a dead battery. 👍♥️✔️

I have used USA Parking several times and have never been disappointed. The shuttle runs regularly and the wait times are minimal for airport pickup.

I enjoy the convenience of parking at USAPark however, I do not appreciate a driver holding their hand out in expectation for a tip. That is very tacky and disrespectful. When that happens I give less of a tip than I had originally planned. You will NOT intimidate me!

I have used USA park for about 20 years now. It is an amazing company. I don't like giving the keys to my car to anyone. Some of my friends have told me about finding really nasty things in their cars at those places. At USA Park I keep control of my keys. Their shuttle drivers are almost all wonderful folks who are very helpful. They come get you when you first park so fast that you get to the terminal faster than if you parked in the hourly garage. Going back to your car is a pleasure as they drive you right to your car, not like the airport lots where they dump you at a bus stop. USA Park takes you right to your car. I would never park anywhere else.

App easy to use. When entering, attendant directs to parking place and transport van picks you and luggage up. Just as easy upon return. Everyone was nice and professional. Upon exiting, you and car passengers are offered cold bottle of water. Nice touch after dehydrating flight!!

We arrived at Jax airport on Monday 6.24.24. We were tired n ready to go home. We walked to Post 1 n waited approximately 10 minutes. The shuttle arrived n the driver grabbed both our bags. He drove to the parking lot n stopped at our car. He then placed both bags in the back our car. He provided excellent service. We’ll be back for our next trip.

Love USA Park… been using them for 20 years now dot you never have to wait long for their bus… They will leave with just one person if No one else is around for 30 seconds or so… Always have two buses going to and from… Never had an issue with my car while I was parked there… Their bus drivers and the people at the entrances and exits are very courteous as well… Always offering you a water if you want… A very well run business, and I’m glad to give them my business

Best BEST place to park when going on a vacation. The lot is well lit, someone is always there to make sure your car is secure. The drivers were great. I missed the first van when I came back and the next one was there in less than 5 minute. Amazing service! I highly recommend! I will use them again.

Parking was easy and affordable. I downloaded the App and saved cash. We were gone for 8 nights and got home at 2AM, there was a shuttle waiting for us and the driver helped us with all of our luggage without asking. Professional service all around.

Easy check in and check out. Scan your fast pass card first then when you exit scan the fast pass card, then any coupon then swipe your credit card or you can assign a card to your account to have payment deducted. Shuttles timely for pickup and dropoff at Jacksonville airport.

Great experience! Just go through gates and park. The shuttle was at our car picking us up very quickly. When we returned the shuttle was prompt. It was pouring out and he did such a great job getting us as close to the car as possible so we would not get soaked. When checking out the attendent was very helpful. Recommended
