EZ Park has lost their permit to shuttle folks back and forth from the airport. They were on top of it and brought my car to pick me up and then I took the employee back to EZ Park!
They have lost their parking permit so no shuttle, but they were great about picking me up with my care!
They picked up on time and when I came for my car they said it wouldn't start. The gentleman driving the van drove to my car with the office person and the next thing I saw was my car coming towards me! It was late at night and I was so grateful for their attentiveness to my situation!!!! Go Park EZ Fly!!!
Check-in was quick and easy. My car was waiting for me with the AC on when I returned.
They couldn’t find my online reservation when I got there. When I returned the pick up car was over a 30 minute wait.

Terrible! I drove to park my car, and they said it was all full, with no parking, so I had to look for another place to park my car & I'm requesting a refund & you guys are still looking into it. How can I get my money back your service is terrible, I felt scammed

Went to wrong parking lot per GPS reading. No signage. Very small antiquated lot.
On arrival shuttle was already there at airport and car was outside and ready for us at the parking area. Thank you!
They're easy to get into and out of and check-in is quick. A little waiting for the shuttle, but not bad. I use them on most flights.

Everything went smoothly. Was impressed that by the time we got out of their van, our luggage was in our car and ready to drive off. Will definitely use them again.

Everything went very smoothly with no problems during check in or pick up. Shuttle to the airport was available immediately and also available promptly for passenger pick up upon returning to the airport. Price is very reasonable.

No problems except the pick up, took 20-25 mins to get picked up on the return home
Waited 15-20 minutes to be picked up, and you’re just ready to get home after a long day of air ports
