Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Airport (JAX)

I had the king size atrium view room. The bed was super comfy. Everything was pretty clean. The bathroom is kind of on the small side, but it was still nice. My only complaint would be that the tv needs to be updated. It’s one of the older ones where you have to go to channel 2 to access the guide and/or just scroll through the channels to see which ones are even working.



The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and easy going. They helped with any problem I had and fixed it in a timely manner.



I visited the bar and the drinks were pretty good as well. I didn’t have time to visit the restaurant though, sadly. The food did look good though.

My customer service day was not the best today with other merchants, but Ms Corine and Ms Olivia turned it around for me. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and cozy. The atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely stay here again.

My experience at the hotel was amazing!!! Sandreka and Lawrence customer service was top tier!! They greeting me with a smile and was very punctual with getting me in my room. I will definitely be returning back soon! If I was able to stay longer trust me I would have!! Thanks again for your genuine kindness 🫶🏾🩷

All in all a good hotel for a couple of days vacation or overnight stay before an early flight the next day.

In close proximity to the airport and I 95, makes it ideal for a quick getaway.

It has a gym, with basic equipment and a bar/restaurant on site.

Check in was quick and helpful, have ever I was overcharged $50 (price was $235) my card was lifted for $285.

Room is decent size and shower is hot and adequate.

Bed is big, but mattress way to soft for me.

I had a great stay and will be back again one day.

The TV in our room didn't work and there were parts that weren't clean. The staff, however, were exceptional. The restaurant had great food. Service was amazing. The lady at the Starbucks counter was lovely. Every employee we encountered was extremely nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed here July 1st - 6th, 2026. We came to town for his birthday. We really enjoyed our stay, the pool, the staff and so much more. We've stayed here previously for just a night prior to cruising and we enjoyed our stay then as well. We will definitely be back! Also considering your banquet/event space! Thank you, Crowne Plaza!

Absolutely Exceptional Service – Felt Like Home



I travel constantly for work and have stayed in countless hotels over the years, but my recent experience here was truly unforgettable. I had an issue with my room late at night, and Olivia at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and supportive—exactly what you hope for after a long day. Her warmth and professionalism made me feel truly welcome, and I will never forget her hospitality.



I also had dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was delicious, and I was lucky to be served by Monica. She was so kind, generous, and attentive—it really made the meal even more enjoyable.



To top it all off, the shuttle driver was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and on time.



It’s clear that the people who work here genuinely care about guests. They create an atmosphere that feels like home, and I deeply appreciate that. Thank you for such a memorable and positive stay!
