The vans are clean, the pick up drop off times are good too. I was surprised at the lack of happiness by the drivers and the person in the booth. The morning driver was better. The night people not at all. Responding to a thank you …the response should not be ok. Weird.
So I thought it was low pay… looked it up as I was going to write they need better pay. Looks like that’s not the case, 29-35 dollars an hour. More than I ever made! If you don’t mind hostile people, this is a good place to park your car.

Great place to park your car if you go out of town. When I got there, there was a shuttle right behind me just waiting for me to take me to the airport. When I arrived from vacation, I waited for 1 minute for the shuttle to take me back to my car. You can probably find a lower rate than the $11 a day but I wouldn't look any further after the service I just received.

However, it is excruciatingly slow to pay on your way out. I left around midnight and had a 15-20 minute wait for only 3 cars ahead of me. The one other booth was no faster.

Update June 8th 2022, I must say that Lyn that drove bus number 14 was the best driver ever. I fell coming out the airport, and off of the shuttle. My legs are very week and traveling to that long of a distance did a number on me. Lyn was so compassionate and helpful!!!

We parked here 2 times in 2 weeks for separate trips we took. It was easy to find, we were told what section to park in and the shuttle showed up right near our car as we were unloading our luggage. Driver's do not help with your luggage so beware. My husband lifted our heavy bags on & off which was fine. I will use US Park again for future travel.

Good service very popular unfortunately DTW pickup area is an unorganized mess and when a sea of US Park customers get off flights there will be a giant disorganized line. On the plus side US Park seems to have a constant stream of buses so the wait isn’t too long for the 3rd or 4th bus.

CAUTION: If you don't have a printer at home, do not do the pre-pay option where you have to bring in the printed receipt.
There should just have to be a confirmation code to exit!
With more customers going paperless, US Park should get ahead of the curve and come up with a paperless option.

The drivers are friendly and super Customer service oriented . They pick you up at your car and drop you directly at your terminal. Then are there within minutes when you come back. They wait and make sure you in your car and it starts before pulling away. I'm my opinion #1 of all the parking serving DTW

I only use this parking lot, on average I travel 8 or 9 times per year. The drivers are prompt and courteous. They go above and beyond consistently. I never have to wait at my car for a shuttle, as soon as they direct you to a row they send a bus. At drop off they wait while I access my vehicle, and in the winter they even wait while I start my car. The lot is well-lit so I don't feel vulnerable when I arrive late at night alone.

Us this place every time we fly out of DTW. That are very friendly and helped us when we lost our phone. They went above and beyond for us. Even looked in our car to see if we left it inside. On our way back to the parking lot I forgot one of my backpacks in one of their busses, with very important items in it.
I called a day after and they had found it. They told me to go and get it at anytime/ day.
I was so happy when I went the next day and saw my bag. It was well kept and nothing was missing .

This service is easy to use and customer friendly. I used to park at the Green Lot, and then later on the Blue Deck while the Green Lot was closed. But when I travel through work my employer requires me to use the cheaper parking in the area. So I started using US Park. Let me tell you, I wish I started parking with them two years ago! Sure it's cheaper, especially for longer trips like I often take. But just the level of service and customer care alone make me prefer it over the other two! When you park, the bus comes around and picks you up. You don't have to walk to a bus stop like at the Green Lot. The driver also hands you a parking slip to keep until you return. You use that to tell the next bus driver where to drop you off. And they drop you off right at your vehicle! I normally fly through Delta Airlines at the McNamara Terminal. Parking at US Park is at least comparable to the same time you would spend waiting for a bus from the Green Lot or the Blue Deck, and sometimes has been even faster for me.

Omg so this morning I was planning to take a Lyft to the airport but couldn’t get anyone to pick up the ride. So last minute I rush to US Park- I got there 30 minutes before my flight was departing! Parking is always great; shuttles are quick. The loyalty points program is a mess. You get a card, register your account but can't make reservations from the parking software website in order to get any points. The regular US Park website indicates $11 per day if you book online; $12 per day if you're a walk in. I booked online then called US Park to see how I could get my loyalty points and was told that I won't get them because I booked online. I said that it was cheaper to book online though correct? She advised yes but that I could go online and get a coupon to use as a walk in. So I paid the same price registering online and have a reservation instead of worrying about there being enough space but I can't get points? The loyalty program is just for walkins?

First time going to US Park and it was a good experience! Quick service to and from the airport. I waited less than 5 minutes for the shuttle and they take you right to your car. I was tired from traveling and it was so nice to not have to go walking all over to get my car. It is so much better than parking at the airport parking garage! I'll be coming here again.

There was an additional charge to my debit card after I checked out on June 1st. I sent an email showing that I was charged $11 which is what I owed for parking an additional day and $76 which is most likely someone else’s parking charge. I received a reply from Nancy that only said thanks. So far I can’t get any additional responses when I contact them for a status on the extra payment. Just looking for a status or some type of response. This is poor customer service.

The shuttle to and from our car was extremely easy and smooth, the person on the shuttle was so friendly. However on our way out after picking up our car we had someone extremely rude check us out. There were no open lanes so I just chose one, and she says “I just turned my light off so hang on”. She tells me my total and after giving her my card I realized it sounded higher than normal so I let her know, to which then she proceeds to say “you didn’t think to tell me that before you gave me your card?” As she rolls her eyes. I explained we hadn’t done this before and apologized, but the whole interaction from her was very rude and disrespectful.

Our family uses US Park for every trip (3-4 a year). We have always had friendly drivers, and gate agents. They are always quick for pick up and drop off. Last night they went above and beyond! My daughter and I flew home late at night and as we got out and walked in front of the shuttle to our car the driver didn’t leave, she waited for us to load our items and get in the car before driving away. She stayed (with other passengers on the shuttle) to ensure we were safe. I will always recommend them and want to say thank you to everyone who works there.

Have used them for more many years. Just off airport grounds, easy access from I-94, fast & friendly service, reasonable prices. They certainly have the process down! Pick you up at your vehicle, drop you at the terminal. When you return, be sure to have your pink slip that the shuttle driver gives you. Watch for the US Park shuttle at the ground transportation area, they will pick you up right where they dropped you in the terminal garage. Hold your pink slip in the air so the driver sees you! Be sure to read the parking location on your ticket before giving it to the driver, the driver will call locations as they drop you at your vehicle. The drivers are always friendly, be sure to share the love with a nice gratuity.

They had a shuttle that picked you up at your car and when you came back they had a shuttle that picked you up at the airport and dropped you right back off at your car. The parking lot is convenient to the airport with good shuttle service. This lot shines because of the employees. As far as I've seen it is all women. They have great customer service and I've seen them do a masterful job packing in cars during high volune times. This past trip our vehicle wouldn't start when we returned. The manager brought us two boost boxes to try and many of the employees continually checked in on us as we waited for a tow, even letting us use their break room to wait. They made a stressful experience a lot more manageable for my family.

On my last trip, I forgot an item in my vehicle and requested an expedited return trip to my car. The driver was happy to accommodate me and, not only skipped picking up other customers (luckily, there weren't any and another shuttle was behind ours), but took me straight to my vehicle. We did pick up additional clients on the return trip, but that was understandable. We quickly made the return trip and I was no worse for the wear and in plenty of time for my flight.
Also, don't forget they have a coupon on their website. You only need to show them the coupon on your phone.

Sorry don't remember my driver's name, but she was fantastic. Lost my keys and she took the time. to check with the lost and found to see if my keys had been turned in. They found them and my driver took me back to the front gate then took me back to my car and waited til I was ready to go.

I realized while on vacation I didn't have my car keys. I called US Park and they confirmed for me that they could see that my keys were locked in my car. Upon our return, it was late and below freezing, and the staff didn't hesitate to let me and my son wait in their staff room where it was nice and warm while we waited for roadside assistance. Speedy service, On our arrival there was no wait, we pulled in, received our ticket/routed to a parking space & the shuttle was there waiting to get us to the airport. DiDi(i believe that’s her name) was sooo helpful with making sure i had locked my doors because I wasn’t sure. Didn’t hesitate to try and help. I received such respect and professionalism and humanity from all the employees (five total!) that I came across during my recent USPark experience on Tuesday, Feb 2, 2021! My car battery was dead when I returned from my trip. The driver did not drive away....she and her two coworkers problem solved with me. They offered to take me to the local gas station for further assistance, let me (and my son) wait in their break room and were just all around empathetic and very efficient. I was impressed with their genuine care for my success in getting my car started. The cashier and another employee in the break room were friendly and engaging. FYI-the next day I replaced my battery- phew!

I had a good experience here recently. My flight landed at 6am, and there was a shuttle ready to go.
They accepted my coupon for $12 a day, and told me about the upcoming price increase to $13 a day.
Based off the recent reviews, it seems like there is a shuttle staffing shortage especially during the slower times at the airport. When I landed at 6am, there was a shuttle ready to go.
I will mention that they just got done dropping off passengers, so maybe that's why they were there so quickly.
I've parked at all of the off the airport parking lots and my two favorites are Qwik Park and US Park. I'll give a shoutout to Airlines Parking as well.
They're all owned by the same parent company, but there are different operations.

The service we received from Donna and the Shuttle Driver was Wonderful. On 06/06/2021 around 3pm we needed assistance. The first Afro-American female attendant told us she could not assist us and she just started her shift(We are Afro-American as well- just describing the attendant). Even when I have had to wait, it is never long. A bus will show up in no time. Employee driving buses are always friendly and kind, especially the lady I had tonight. My Experience during my parking at US park around the Thanksgiving break ( parked near F36), after coming back from vacation I realized that I had left my passenger window open. Weather during that time was full of rain and snow. The US park team was notified about this situation while the Car was parked and the team sealed the window appropriately to prevent flooding in my car, I feel grateful that I didn't had to worry about anything. I can't imagine what would have happened if it wasn't taken care of.

So thankful to the ladies at US Park. We were coming back from a family vacation with 2 young children and we we got back to our car, we realized that we had left it running, and had no gas. I was planning on walking to the nearby gas station but they stopped me at the gate, learned of my issue, set me up with a gas can and had one of the drivers not only grab me a gallon of gas but also took me back to my car. So thankful for their generosity after a long day for my family and I! I have used US Park many times over the years and will continue to use them.

I have used this lot twice now in the past few months. I like that they collect me at my car and drop me at my car. all 4 drivers have provided smooth, safe rides and been courteous and efficient.

my 3rd time using this company and it has been a pleasure. Speedy service, On our arrival there was no wait, we pulled in, received our ticket/routed to a parking space & the shuttle was there waiting to get us to the airport. DiDi(i believe that’s her name) was sooo helpful with making sure i had locked my doors because I wasn’t sure. Didn’t hesitate to try and help. On our return not 1 but 2 shuttle shuttle were pulling up as soon as we walked out the door. Ms.SHIRLEY @the gate WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, a joy to talk to. Her spirit, her energy, her enthusiasm was WONDERFUL.

We used US Park today while attending an event at the airport. The attendants when we entered were extremely helpful even after having to answer the same questions 100's of times. While walking back to our car at the back of the lot, a shuttle driver even stopped and asked us if we wanted a ride. YES!! Finally, when leaving, the gate operator asked us how our event was and thanked us for using US Park. 👍👍
All around, our first experience was so good, we won't hesitate to use US Park again. Well done to all involved.

If you want to save a lot of $ then you need to consider this parking lot. Close to the airport, drop your car off. They shuttle you to and from the airport. Easy as that. The shuttle runs non stop. We didn't wait longer than 5 minutes.i highly recommend. Check them out on line prior for information. 😃

Good place to park your car when flying out of Metro Detroit airport. The shuttles run frequently from the parking lot to the airport. Staff are friendly and the buses seem clean. The only downside is the wait for the bus to pick you up from the airport to bring you back to the parking lot. For the last 2 times, I had to wait 30-35 minutes due to the bus filling up before I could get on and 2 buses running seconds apart from each other rather than every 15 minutes apart. Overall, it keeps my car secure behind gated exit and entry points and a fenced property.

We recently had a very above average experience with US Park! the parking lot and shuttle were fine. When we got to the airport a member of our family was suddenly missing their passport. We called the # on the ticket and a shuttle was immediately sent for us so we could search our car (Found it!), while they waited so they could drive us right back. Beverly on the midnight shift and her dispatcher were amazing! We made our international flight thanks to the wonderful staff. 5 Stars!!

Nice staff, they point you and tell you which row you’re in. Tons of parking spots available. Security and cameras to ensure your car is in safe hands. It’s a well lit area. The shuttle comes right to your car and drops you off. Worth the price!

I’ve used US Park quite a few times now and have always had a great experience. But recently, the people at US Park went above and beyond for me. As I was in the airport, I realized my keys had fallen out of my pocket earlier in the day. I called US Park and not only did they search their shuttles for my keys but they then located my car, found the keys inside my car, stowed away the keys, and locked the car up for me. Truly great service and great employees. 10/10.

I used it April 6,7th 24 with no problem. I didn't have to wait that much for both pick up from my parking spot and from the airport. check in&out cashiers were really friendly and drivers were very nice!
On our way back from the DTW one guy in the same shuttle shared his experience in last week, saying he had to wait 30 min once he arrived back in DTW. So it seems that delay could happen from time to time :)

First time using paid parking outside McNamara terminal. I am hesitant at first thinking that I will have more hassle compared to McNamara parking. I am wrong. It is easy to park here. Shuttle bus driver are courteous, clean and on time. Easy getting in and out. Cheaper when you do reservation parking on line. I will be using U.S. Park again next time I will be going out of town by Detroit Metro Airport. Most important is it is much cheaper compared to McNamara parking or the Blue Deck. Keep up the good work US Park.

Another positive for US Park: my travel plans just changed last-minute and I needed to cancel my reservation. The process to change/cancel your reservation is swift and straightforward on their website. Definitely earned another thumbs up with how easy the reservation process is for both creation and cancellation.

I've used this lot exclusively for the past four years and haven't been disappointed once. I feel like my vehicle is safe every time I leave it here. Every person on staff has been efficient, patient, and pleasant to work with. They know you have places to be and schedules to keep, and do a great job at making your plans their priority.

This is how I will come to the airport from now on. Park your car make sure to lock it before you leave. Get picked up at your car and taken to airport. When you return from your trip. You will get picked up at ground transportation and taken back to your car. Do not lose your ticket (I did) 🥴 they will ask for registration and ID if you do. Besides that this is the best way for travel and you do not have to worry about someone coming to pick you up.

We have used US park several times in the last couple months and they’ve been nothing short of wonderful. There is no wait time once you park your car and a very minimal wait time (if any) for a shuttle back to pick up your car. The best part is how friendly every employee you encounter is. I’ve always like parking here. The lot is in a great location that’s easily accessible from I-94. Instructions on where to park are clear and obvious and there is always a shuttle waiting for you after you park. The shuttles run constantly to and from the airport so there’s always a shuttle coming to pick you back up from the airport. Some of the drivers are better than others but that’s to be expected.

This is my preferred airport parking lot. They are friendly, quick to pick you up and provide frequent shuttles to bring you back. They give an AAA discount if you mention it before they give you the balance owed.. Today, they let me borrow an ice scraper. I just got the car and there wasn't any snow when i left town. Great service!!!

For our trip US Park had stellar service. They were right there on time for departure and arrivals. They provided boosting service for our dead battery, gas for the car, and packaged up and sent by UPS a bag that was left on the shuttle. They had a solution for everything. Those girls are amazing. Thank you for turning a nightmare of events into a pleasant dream. I highly recommend US Park.

They are great! I use US Park whenever I travel out of DTW. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get to the airport or to get back to my car. Management has been very responsive to my requests. I asked Karen to send me a receipt to submit to my company and she got it to me right away. I highly recommend using them.

Love this airport parking option. Shuttles are always very accessible and quick. Once, upon my return, I required a jump start, employees were very responsive and helpful. I feel safe here, when traveling alone.
Do not reserve online, if you want to use a discount or coupon!! Their system is a bit archaic and does not allow updates to the charges.

So I accidentally hopped on this park and ride waiting for my car rental shuttle (was a long long day of business travel) realized it when we were in the parking lot, I asked the driver (Patricia) to drop me off at the front and I'll walk a couple blocks to the rental place... she said, "no, no, I will shuttle you over". Best shuttle driver ever!!! She made time out of her day (she was heading to lunch) to drive my braindead stupid mistaken self to the right place. Patricia, I appreciate you! Shout out to her!

This was my first time ever using any parking service and I didn't know what to expect. First, the place was easy to find. I was directed to a lane to park and the bus came up behind me and was ready and waiting. Upon return, I called about the pickup location and there was a bus already there. The bus drivers were very friendly too. I misplaced my tag where my vehicle was parked, so the driver patiently took me around and we finally found it. Easy checkout too.

Every time we fly out of DTW in Romulus we use US Park. The drivers are almost always courteous and friendly. The waiting time for the shuttle bus is usually short both at the parking lot and at the airport. The prices are very reasonable as well. I can recommend US Park without hesitation.

Very kind employees. I forgot my wallet in my car and they not only calmed me and gave me peace of mind when I called but they helped me rush back, pick it up, and still make my flight. Reservation was super easy. I did it online the night before for the $1 off. The gate employee was super kind but spoke a little fast. We were confused and tried walking to the front within a minute a bus pulled up and picked us up. Pick up after landing was quick as well. Within 5-10 minutes of calling the bus was there to pick us up. Drivers were really nice, cashing out was super easy since I followed their directions and printed out my email to turn in upon exit.

Fast easy and convenient. Quick shuttle to and from Detroit Metro Airport. Lodging, food, and fuel options close by. Easy to book and pay ahead of time. Remember to have your confirmation number with you as you pay when you leave and if you don't have a confirmation number, you will pay twice. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. We didn't seem to get the same love leaving as we did when we arrived. Overall, I will use them again in the future.
