We stayed one night … it was great, super clean, big beds with warm, cozy and clean blankets…. Warm breakfast ( only egg is missing)…. Perfect customer service with friendly staff…. Price was good… worth it to try, would be an amazing stay

Rating this 4.5 stars so rounding up to 5. We were looking for a cheap hotel near the airport after a long day. Plenty of parking for our uhaul and trailer. Ended up paying about $50 for one night. Awesome, awesome room and experience. Girl at the front desk wasn’t that friendly, but the room was clean and comfortable. Only other con was the a/c could’ve been a bit more powerful. Would lovely to stay here again and highly recommend it if you need a place to stay and park.

We did not get to stay here but they allowed us to use their pool and restrooms/changing room. As we stayed next door at Holiday Inn and had a horrible experience 🙃 Holiday Inn did send us here however, when we walked in cold from running from next store in November we were greeted by Samantha at the front desk and Xander helped get clean towels and allowed us the use of their pool as the one next-door had issues with to many guests (would not recommend staying there). We are already planning our return visit as the pool was a delight and we know the service is great and very helpful. Highly recommend and stay-cation here or a night. Samantha is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with and Xander was just as helpful. Highly recommend Hampton Inn.

Xander is the best! After a long day of travel and excitement, he went above and beyond to make sure we were checked in smoothly and comfortably. He even made sure we all had something to drink because we were really thirsty. We appreciate the great customer service here!

Sam at the front desk was friendly and provided a welcoming environment. She shared helpful information as we checked in to park our car to then take the 7am shuttle to the airport.
The shuttle driver was great! Overall an amazing experience with the Hampton Inn Detroit/Belleville. Looking forward to future stays/shuttle services.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was perfect and the eating area was kept very clean and was even decorated very nicely with fall decor. The rooms were clean and had lots of complimentary toiletries. The area is very safe and you can even walk to some of the restaurants/stores if you wanted to.

This is a very impressive complex two swimming pools families with large amounts of luggage kids swimming and playing in the pool. The capability of this complex to accommodate people is nothing short of amazing.

Great staff, fast check in. Emailed the receipt the next morning after the easy check out. It had snowed and plow truck came by more than once. Clean room, good breakfast.

So I have not started here but the entrance is always nice and clean and they do have a breakfast bar.
I use the ParkandRide her because I cannot giving a weeks pay to park at the airport.
They provide a shuttle to and from the airport and are extremely nice. I have had a different driver every time but they have all been friendly and drive carefully.
Please be sure to tip these guys for the convenience of but having to drive yourself through the confusion of that busy airport.

The hotel provides free parking for your stay and a very reasonably priced park and fly package for those needing to fly out.
Although the breakfast was hot, the selection was very limited.

Shuttle to and from the airport was quick and drivers were friendly. Car parked in lot for a few days and had no problems, nice enough area of town. I was staying alone and the woman at the front desk did not say my room number aloud while checking in which helped me feel safer!

I really love Hampton Inn like I did last August for the 3-day Convention at Massachusetts, Natick. I love that place because it has 2 beds with both of the people who have a partner to sleep there, have play pool and fitness, and have food & drink too. I really appreciate it. Also, hotels have WiFi too.

Visited a friend who was staying here while their apartment was being renovated, the service was stunning, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful when I needed assistance.

Nearly cancelled due to the handful of somewhat recent negative reviews and photos showing old rooms. But glad I didn't. Yes it's an older location but the rooms have been recently renovated, plenty of space didn't have any noise issues at all, and couldn't find any cleaning issues either.

For the most part, I was pretty satisfied with this hotel all of the front desk clerks were very nice and friendly, especially Bridget and Kendall.
However, the only one that was not very friendly and acted like you were bothering her when you asked a question was the person that turned out to be the general manager which was very disappointing.
The breakfast was good, but I think they could offer a few more choices .
The breakfast staff people were also very helpful and friendly.
The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The cleaning staff were also more than friendly.
They could use some improvements on upgrades because some of the things were outdated.
They also have a pool and workout room which was very nice
The hotel is also in a pretty good location.
Now if they would just get a better general manager, they would be close to perfect.

We had a rough trip in to Detroit with missing our connection flight. The team did an amazing job making sure we had a crib for our baby. Food was decent beds were very comfortable.

It’s my first time staying in a Hampton inn I always stayed at hiltons embassy, Hilton gardens but this was the closest Hilton available to my event it was small but cozy the staff was amazing. Friendly it was clean lovely the room was clean bath room was clean blend was so comfortable I didn’t got up for breakfast lol the only thing I did notice the bathroom keep taking water like the toilet every so often but didn’t bother me . I did enjoyed my stay my son and I sleep like babies and the location is awesome. I recommend it

Chelsey at the front desk is absolutely amazing!! After I had a very long and stressful day due to a flight being canceled, my experience at this hotel was a fantastic one. I cannot thank her enough for going so above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely stay again!

We entered our room and opened the drapes to find a fence less than a few feet from the window. We did have one day with no room service. I will give them credit for changing us to a handicap room. Nice employees. They just need more of them.

Clean neat with friendly and efficient staff. Brest was good for Hampton standards though more fruit options would be nice. It would also be nice to have the ability to choose your room when checking in via iPhone.

Typical Hampton Inn - decent stay. Rooms clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Parking is a bit diffiult, as the large rear lot was almost completely full. The electronic key feature of the Hilton app worked fine and is convenient.

Hampton Inn Detroit/Belleville-Airport Area was one of the smaller Hampton lobbies we've experienced, but it worked fine for breakfast without a large crowd there. The pool area was nice with a big wall of exterior glass. However, it was also viewed by everyone checking in. Weirdly, our hallway was FRIGID--I mean super cold unlike any hotel we've ever used. Not sure if something was wrong. But the room was nice. We absolutely hate the newer rolling barn type doors on the bathrooms. They are space efficient but do not offer privacy. Also this one kept rolling open since there are no locks on these types--bad idea. The shower pressure was really low, so you need a bit of extra time for your shower, but it was a very clean nice shower with a spacious bowed curtain rod. There was a spacious counter with an extra ledge for toothbrushes, etc. The room maintained standard Hampton Inn cleanliness we have really come to appreciate with warm blankets and comfortable beds.

I really recommend this hotel , very clean and the staff are Amazing . Came really late and the receptionist a was very helpful and kind . Totally great place to stay and have a good rest. Beds are amazing 🙂

I was just passing thru to deliver some food and see a friend really quick.
Talisa at the front desk was super nice and really hospitable
She got me hot water and invited me to take a seat.
This kind of soft skills goes a long way.
Especially on a quiet night where I will be working.

Well, I have not stayed the night here, but the entrance is always nice and clean and they do have a breakfast bar.
I use the ParkandRide here because I cannot see paying more than $100 to park at the airport.
They provide a shuttle to and from the airport, and are extremely nice. I have had a different driver every time but they have all been friendly and drive safely.
Please be sure to tip these guys for the convenience of not having to drive yourself through the confusion of the busy airports.

1st time here and it was PERFECT for flying out of DTW. The park, stay, and go package is great with 7 days of parking. Sam was the best answering all of my questions and letting us know the best deals and things in the area. Always ask for Sam!!!

We had a nice stay, comfortable bed, nice staff too. Minus 1 star due to elevator floor had same dirty spots for 2 days in a row! Not a good sign during Covid!!!

Everything actually surpassed my expectations.
The money to quality ratio is unbeatable for the area. We have paid the same for much lesser quality in the ann arbor region.
We actually got a hot breakfast, instead of a toaster for a bagel.
The pool was heated, comfortable & clean.
But the best part aside from getting a real breakfast was that I slept like a baby.
I am a hot sleeper & I didn't sweat with the comforter.
I typically don't care enough to leave reviews but this hotel deserved it.

We had to extend our Michigan trip due an unexpected and unfounded Spirit Airlines cancellation and had to scurry to find a room at 6pm. This hotel ended up being the best hotel stay we’ve had in a long time, hot breakfast was excellent, room was clean, staff was sober and friendly, clean unburnt sheets, and prompt shuttle service at the last minute was a blessing. Hampton Inn will get my business again!

Hotel is conveniently located off the highway. Plenty of parking behind the building. The area has multiple hotels next to each other. All are within quick drive of restaurants and shopping.
Lobby is small but adequate. Rooms are clean and relatively quiet. Pool and hot tub area has 2 rickety plastic tables and about 6 plastic chairs. Hot tub is deep. Pool is very cold but is clean. Small workout area. Breakfast was typical Hampton fare.

Whenever I am traveling and the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor area this is one of my choices. I would not see my top choice but one of the best Hiltons in this particular area. The customer service is always great, the room is clean and the only recommendation I would give would be a few updates compared to the other Hilton hotels. But overall I would recommend this area.

I am very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn Belleville location. The staff is very friendly. The hotel was very clean. I watched staff sanatize tables after use in the continental breakfast area. Staff worked together to make sure there was enough coffee for the guests. I will be back in the very near future.
